192. All about our NYC weekend and Hulu’s Tell Me Lies event; Kyle and Amanda; Wild Charleston Divorce

Amanda flew out to NYC to join B for a Hulu event for the Season 3 premiere of their show, Tell Me Lies. We tell you all the funny behind the scenes stories about recording in-person with Tracy, our amazing feast after, and of course, all about what it was like to be inside the Tell Me Lies event and meeting the cast. We share the latest intel we’re hearing about Kyle and Amanda’s marriage status. Does anyone actually believe they’re still together? There was a wild Tik Tok going around about a Christmas card being sent around in Charleston – it’s truly so wild, and of course, there is a Bravo connection. Kandi filed a motion against Todd in their divorce proceedings. And Teresa Ruelas announced that she and Gia are opening a restaurant – but Cocktailers have already known this.

What’s up? Cocktails. Hello, Amanda. I miss you. I literally feel like we were together yesterday, when I was looking at figuring out my day. I was like, Oh my gosh, like yesterday. I was like, we’re recording again tomorrow. Yay. So wild. But yes, I miss you too. Hi, cocktails, my cop is so full. I know that’s such a cheesy phrase, but it’s so true. We just We had so much fun. Amanda and I are husbands. Tracy and her husband and I wanted to share something that I actually didn’t say to you when we were figuring out dates, because Amanda and her husband were always planning to come to New York in January, because it was after the holidays and we wanted to get together, so we didn’t January. The weekend of January, 12 was not or whatever it was. 10th wasn’t a date that we had mentioned, and I didn’t throw it out there, because the 13th, which was the Tuesday, was the anniversary, is the anniversary of my mom’s passing. And as anyone Amanda knows, and any of our listeners, which I’m sure all of us who’s lost somebody close to them, you kind of never know how you’re gonna feel leading up to it, I know myself, like, I like to just not have like, big plans so I can, like, be in my feelings, if I want to be right. So all of a sudden, Amanda and I get this amazing invitation to a Hulu event about their viral hit, Tell me lies, which we watch. We know most of you guys are watching along with us. Season three premiered on Tuesday, so Amanda was like, I can make that weekend work. Let’s do it. Tracy was able to hang that weekend. So it’s funny because I purposely didn’t say that weekend, and it just felt it ended up feeling like it made perfect sense, because I always have told you guys I started this account when my mom was sick, and I always tell Amanda, and I probably make her uncomfortable, but I always tell her, I feel like Amanda. My mom sent Amanda to me because Amanda and I are a very interesting combination, because we’re so much alike in like, the very important ways, and we have so many things in common, just different things in our lives, and then we’re so very different in other ways. I think our listeners would agree, like you could see, we agree on so much, but we’re also different personalities, so we’re just very easy, compatible, I would say friends. And yes, it just it meant a lot that we were together, and I don’t think that it was a coincidence that it was on that date. I’m so flattered, and like you’ve said similar things before, and I believe everything happens for a reason, and I believe people come and are put into your lives by some kind of greater power. And so I will say I loved there. I got to hear such a funny story about Your mom and you and your dad. Maybe we’ll tell it sometime on cocktail. But I hadn’t heard that one, so that was a good one. But you guys what a whirlwind trip, because we said we are already planning to come a little bit later in January. So.
Yeah, this event comes through, and I get, like, I can’t remember what I was doing. I was doing something that I like, because usually, you know, we’re all pretty close to our phones. But I was in a meet, I think I was in a meeting, and I come out and I have like, 15 texts from B and she’s like, Oh my gosh, we got invited to this event, this place. Like, I’ve been trying to get reservations, like, it’s impossible to get into this place, and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And so she’s like, I know it’s a long shot, but if you could come. And I was like, well actually, that’s great, because we hadn’t booked our flights for later in the month anyway, and so it was great. And it was so great that my husband was able to come too, because I’d really wanted him to get to meet all of you guys, which he really enjoyed. So Tracy B and I on Saturday, all hung out at B’s house before we went to dinner. And it was so funny, because we started recording, we could not stop talking. So those of you guys who are cocktail party members, you will hear it. And then, of course, somebody had to, like, take a quick bathroom break. So we’re like, Okay, we’ll just cut it there. I know everyone’s like, Wait, it just stopped. I was like, oh, there’ll be another one. We didn’t edit. I was like, we didn’t do a very good job of explaining that, but it was more of a like, somebody literally, like, hit I think, was like, I have to pee. And so our editor pulled that out so you guys wouldn’t have to hear that. And then here I am telling everybody, but we are drinking Prosecco, laughing so much, so so much. And then the funniest thing to me, we get there, we’re going out. We know we’re going out for a big dinner, a big Italian dinner. And of course, B has a charcuterie plate, and she had a sushi platter, like, in the fridge that, like, we didn’t even touch, I don’t she was like, ready for us. I couldn’t not have something to offer. And then I was like, we’re going to an Italian restaurant. So the charcuterie made no sense. But I had no other. I had no other. Yeah, we snacked on it. And then so our plan was, my husband was gonna take the guys somewhere to, like, watch the game and have a couple drinks while we recorded the cocktail pod. But then it’s winter, it’s cold, and I was like, we could just go in the basement and record. So that’s what we did. I don’t pay attention to sports. I don’t remember what they were watching, but it was so much fun, and the guys got to hang. And it made me sad. It made me sad that we don’t live closer, like, for many reasons, like getting together, but also it was so nice to record together. But I said this on the cocktail pod. For me, it was harder because I found myself like, just, like, making facial expressions instead of when we’re not, like, when we record, we shut our cameras off. So everything I’m thinking, I have to say, but if I just am thinking, like, Oh, what a lunatic. I was just like, looking at them and like, looking at them and like, and then I’m like, Oh, I can’t do that. I have to say it. So, yeah, so I guess I think it was better that we don’t record in person, because there was a little bit of a learning curve for me. Yeah. I mean, I think all of that was great, and we knew I was listening and, like, you could just tell how excited all of us were to pee together. And I think that comes through in the recording. I think that’s great. I might be better, like, for our bodies, maybe that we don’t live so close to each other too. I think, like we were 20 and the amount of food, yes, oh my gosh. And my husband kept going, this isn’t enough food. This. No, you have to add it. Because we ate family style, because we wanted to taste everything. He’s like, you have to order another dish. This is not going to be enough food. I’m like, what we’re not going to the electric chair. This isn’t our last meal. That was I one of the funniest thing. My husband and I were talking, laughing so hard about it the next day, because that was a good five minute conversation. Well, Tracy’s husband and my husband were heavily concerned about the amount of food that we were ordering. Yeah. I mean, it was, it was so good, and so they it was funny, because when Tracy and B were talking about where to go, they both are like, Oh, we should go to this restaurant called Parkside. So that is a restaurant that Bethany took the Roney housewives too. I think season seven, Episode 11, so June 2015, and she said that was her favorite spot. And it was everything like, you know, we were told, is like very New York Italian, you know, felt like right out of the sopranos kind of place we get seated upstairs in the Marilyn room, which both Bea and Tracy are, like, so excited about, because they’re like, We never get seated up here. Like, this is so cool. And there’s all these pictures of Marilyn Monroe, and then even news articles about how she was friends with Tony the restaurant’s founder. Tracy actually had a cola favor in, and it was a week ahead that she made the reservation. But it’s a Saturday night, and the place is iconic, but she knows the girl who runs the media account for them, so she got us in and got us VIP seating. A lot of you guys asked. So remember the infamous Dorinda clip, clip that was a different.
Italian restaurant. It’s actually at a place in the Little Italy in the Bronx, also amazing, but not the one that I took. Amanda, your thoughts on the bread basket. We posted a picture of the bread basket. We’re my husband. I are still talking about the food the bread basket. I’ve never seen, I really never seen anything quite like it. One of the breads had this like, was it prosciutto? Yes, prosciutto bread. And then they do. They also bring out, like, a whole charcutery trait that they also give you with the bread basket, the steak, the pasta, the lingostino pasta, and the like. Of course, we got dessert. But then they bring out these little complimentary biscotti. Oh, what about when they were ran out of Zaba own and I was like, What do you mean? I’m like, I don’t know what zabayon is, but that’s, this is terrible. I don’t even know what it is. It’s almost like whipped cream, which we ended up getting the whipped cream and strawberry, right? But it’s like, I don’t know what they do. They cook it. I don’t know it’s just delicious at that point in every meal. I’ve always had so much wine, but it’s so good. Do you know what else we were talking about that was so good that we’ve never had that we will start doing is the little my husband got it, your husband got it, I want to say Tracy’s husband got it. The little frangelica on ice. That dessert? Why? Or dessert? No. Tracy got it. Tracy got it. And because my husband ended up getting it too. And I had a sip of his I was, like, that is delicious. Like we should, for sure, start having after dinner. I mean, why not? Like, we’re in New York. I mean, it was and you guys, what’s really funny is we ended up eating most. I mean, there was not enough to, like bring home in a box. I don’t think. No, we ate it. A good job. We Oh, we ate it. We ate I ate way too much. But then on Monday, we went to this Hulu event, the Tell me lies event, where the entire cast was here. So that was at the corner store, which is a restaurant in Soho that, like you said, it’s apparently impossible to get a reservation at, and I could see why. So I have to tell them about before. So Amanda and I met up before because she was staying in the city, and we met around the block at the Mercer hotel. They have a restaurant, sartianos. So Amanda was a few minutes behind me because she ripped her tights and had to go shopping. So there was only lab for New York, though, like that, I was able to do that and not be more than, like, 10 minutes late. So there’s one seat at the bar, so I awkwardly sit in the seat. And as after I’m seated, and like, take my jacket off and the whole thing, I realized my chair was like, facing this couple that were very clearly on a first date, so I’m like, staring at them. I’m not quite sure why. I didn’t realize and move the chair like anyway, Amanda showed up quickly. We had a drink, and then we headed over to the corner store. I was thrilled with the Hulu invite, but I have to tell you guys, I was doubly thrilled because it’s a fairly new spot. I think it’s about a year and a half old, and it just has. It’s one of these Manhattan places that goes viral celebrities like you can’t get in if you’re not a celebrity, or like an influencer with a million followers. There’s all like, the different online write ups about it. So Larry actually DMed me, and he was like, Are you going to the Hulu event? Because best of Bravo, Maggie at best of Bravo, had told him she was going, I’m like, Yes. He’s like, I think you’re the only two Bravo accounts invited, and I didn’t know her in person, like I never met her in person. But of course, all of us accounts are friendly in the DMS, So Amanda and I met up with her there. Amanda and I secured a booth. I don’t know how we manage it, but I was like, let’s get a booth, because they’re passing hors d’oeuvres. And we were like, in the perfect spot, because they passed us first. So we got everything. I’m you guys, when we’re talking about hors d’oeuvres, we’re not talking about, like a little crab cake. We’re talking about a French dip sandwich that comes with the dipping sauce. Like this was, like, you kind of need it. I don’t know how anybody was able to really eat that while standing up. Yeah, people did it. Managed IT, obviously. But we like our food around here. Yes, this is now a food pot. Much preferable. We got our aura read by these guys that had bandanas, glasses on, they didn’t speak. They had, like, the brother typewriter, like the type, word processor, word processor. I had one, like, I said that too. Put the paper in and you like, yeah. Also, I want to tell you, I think that we were the oldest quote, unquote influencers or creators there. I don’t think anyone else had word processors. And you guys are probably wondering, like, you guys are anonymous. So Hulu, the rep that reached out to us. I spoke with him, and I said, Listen, we’re anonymous. We really want to come. Is it possible I just give you our, like, actual government names and you don’t attach Bravo and cocktails to it? He was like, that’s not a problem at all. So when we walked up, we just said our real names and went in. So he could have been and Amanda. And I kept saying, like, what do we say? And I was like, we’ll just say that we work in media for Hulu. Like, vague.
What nobody asked. It was not a science cheating. Yeah. Like, nobody cares about us. Yeah. And that did it things like, they want to, like, talk to the host. They probably want to, like, meet the can, you know, like, yeah, meet the cast. Like, talk to the Hulu people. Like, I wasn’t so worried about it. Yeah. And the guys who do the aura it are called the bum bees. Yes, one, I think, is a girl. One is a boy. I don’t know. One had, like, a girl wig. Oh, that’s, I don’t know. You can’t really tell, because they have like, sunglasses, bandanas over their faces, like, completely anonymous. So they’re real enough. There could, for all we know, there could be like, 20 bus and then just like, like, pair off in twos and go to parties every night, and we would never know no you are, because you really you can’t see and you, they can’t hear you, they can see you, so they like, look at you, and then they figure out your aura or whatever, and then they type it on this, like typewriter, and hand it to you, which is actually super fun. tarot cards, tarot cards, which was a long line and like, we just wait. Well, Amanda waited first, and then the line was shorter. And I was shorter. And I was like, Okay, I’ll wait now, but it ended up being a long wait anyway. But it was worth it. It was fun. It was so fun. Okay, so I think favorite parts, just the vibes overall. Like I said, the food that lobster roll with the caviar was so good, the service, like, funny story about that. So the party was like, I don’t want to say crowded, but like, you know, like, it was a very good turnout. And so, like, you’re not feeling crowded, but if you’re trying to get from one area of the place, the restaurant, together, you’re kind of bumping into people. Like, not in a bad way, you know what? I mean, it’s just, you know, people are, like, it was, there were a lot of people there, and so we’re standing in that back room, I’m talking to somebody, and I feel this, like nudge on my hand, and I so I just assumed it was somebody trying to get by and so I just, like, without even looking just kind of like, shifted over like a foot or whatever, figuring somebody was trying to get by me. Then I got another nudge on my hand. So I kind of look over my shoulder and it’s the waiter who is standing there. I never asked for another spicy mark, but he is replacing my spicy mark with another fresh, spicy mark. The service was incredible. Service, yeah, it really was wonderful. I definitely think the meeting that cast was a huge highlight, because it was one of those things that wasn’t any kind of formal. Nobody got up and did a like, ding, ding, ding, and did any announcements or anything like that. It was really just a party. And so the cast was kind of hanging out in this back room that was where the bum bees were and the tarot card people, and so we are kind of standing there. And Kat missel, who plays brie, was right there. And you guys might not know this, but she is a singer, and sang a couple of cover songs on the show, like not on camera, but it was on the soundtrack. And I know this because my husband and I were watching it was one of the shows in season two, and we heard this amazing version of the song, Mr. Bright Side. And we’re like, what is this like? Because we’re always the same music, and like, adding it to our playlist or whatever, and it, it was cat missile. And so then she actually has another song that’s a cover of crazy that song by nir’s. Yeah, I love both those. Um, so I like, tapped her on the shoulder just to tell her, like, how much I love our songs. And I was like, my my husband and I like to listen, like, it’s like on our like, cocktail list, like, when we’re making dinner or whatever. And anyway, she was the sweetest thing. And she was like, telling me a little bit about it, and the next thing we know, like, the cast kind of is all, like standing and we’re we kind of all, I think you struck up a conversation and, like, we all kind of start chatting with them. We all, yeah, we kind of just all started talking, like, Okay, well, I’m standing next to Grace Van Patten, so yeah, all roads lead to Bravo. Her uncle is Eileen Davidson’s husband. So we’re chatting, and I’m like, Can we get a picture? So it was me, Amanda grace, and then Pippa.
The actress who plays Pippa, and then and Bri and Bri. And then Steven was right there. So I’m like, Hey, Jackson, can you jump in the picture? And I said something like, you know, he plays Steven the devil, yeah. And I’m like, I hope you’re not, like your character. And he’s like, I’m not. I’m not. And then the professor was there, and I was like, professor. And they all were like, are you shouting professor? I’m like, I mean, that’s his name. They were so lovely. And the professor is actually English, which I probably should have known. So he’s like, talking to me, and I’m like, Oh, wow, you’re actually English. He’s like, What did you think I was? I’m like, I don’t know, but a lot of times, you know, actors have access, right? It was just, it was chaotic. It was lobster roll with caviar. It was celebrities, tons of content creators. They were people from love island. There was a guy from the bachelor that was super cool. Keep inviting us, Hulu. We love you, and thank you so much. And I Amanda and I started watching. First of all, if you guys are not watching, Tell me lies, what are you doing? This is not a paid advertisement, but it is. It is a train. I’m gonna watch the first two seasons. I This is you can’t jump in. Yeah. You have to know that. You really need to watch it, yeah, because there is so much that goes on that it’s like, one of those shows. It’s like, it jumps back and forth in time a lot, and so it, I don’t always say that, but this is one of the shows you definitely need to watch. The first two seasons 100% like, a lot of times people ask me about housewives, and like, if the housewives have changed a lot or whatever, I’m like, you could start to make it relevant to who’s on it. Now you could start at season whatever. But in this case, no, you need to start from the jump. There’s only two seasons. Season Three is wild so far. Yeah, so we’ll talk. We’ll give you guys a little bit of a chance to catch up. Yeah, to catch up. And then, oh, which, by the way, B, I didn’t tell you this. I sent the picture of us with the cast to my mom, and she’s like, why were you like? Because, first of all, she’s like, okay, because she like, has things to say about what I wear. And she was like, Okay, your outfit was because I had told her. I was like, I don’t know what I’m gonna wear yet. She’s like, Okay, your outfit was great. But she’s like, why did you bend your knees like that? I was, like, contorting squat. And I was like, why? I was like, that’s such a good question. Why do I do that? Why do I annoying? I need to stop it. I don’t know how to I do that. Too. Great job. And I also a camera. I like, contort my body so I totally know the squat, which I’m guilty of, but I’m also guilty of, like, twisting my torso in a very awkward way to where, like, it looks like I’m double jointed and I’m not. I just look weird. I do this. It’s almost like we were nervous, guys. We’re not around celebrities. What do I know exactly? I was like, gosh, Mom, go easy on me. It’s not like we were able to be in there and be like, Okay, let’s do another one pose like this. Yeah, another one pose like this. We weren’t like the candid shot, but we didn’t have a step and repeat coach, mom, yeah, exactly. I’m supposed to be behind the camera, not in front of it. Okay, so let’s get to our usual tea we’ve been sharing for quite a while, all the until we’ve been getting on The Real Housewives road trip. So we know that is filming starting what this weekend, right? And we had shared on cocktail pod that Nene would be on, but definitely not full time. So we have now found out that she is hosting Atlanta, the Atlanta portion of the show, but Portia will be the main Atlanta housewife before the cast was announced, here’s the email that we got. It said from road trip. Subject. Cast, the road trip will have multiple elements. Main cast will be traveling to every city. Other housewives will have a prominent role, as they are hosting in their city. Then other housewives will make appearances to the parties. Main cast, Vicki, Theresa, Luanne, Kyle, Giselle, Portia, Lisa Barlow, it says Nene will be hosting Atlanta. Karen will be hosting Potomac. Dorinda in the Berkshires, Melissa in New Jersey, Sutton in Beverly Hills. These housewives will be seeing more than the others who will just be attending the parties, and it sounds like possibly Lisa Hochstein hosting the Miami party, unsure who will be hosting Salt Lake City. What’s interesting is Kyle’s definitely filming at her house because her neighbor had to give like, production spoke to her, and she’s like, it’s a school night. When will this end? And they’re like, not later than 10, because the ladies all need to be like, up and out by 6am so I don’t know if they like, start at Kyle’s and then go over to Sutton’s. I’m not sure we had heard Porsche beyond. Watch What Happens Live. Nini officially confirming she’s back. Guys we have heard for the longest time, and I want to give my opinion on something everyone is like. Nini sued the network. Here’s the thing, Nini sued the network for racism, and it ended up we weren’t sure if it got settled or what, but if there was a payout, I don’t think she’d be back. And I think it’s a sort of thing where they’re like, she’s willing to work for us, so we’re not racist. That’s my honest opinion. Like, I don’t know. I Yeah. I mean, I would love to know. What the heck.
The whole story was, or maybe there was, maybe it was a person that ended up being the source of, like, a producer who no longer works, right, right, you know, and so, like, you know, maybe nini’s problem was never with the whole network, but it was with what had happened, and that would be understandable. I know it does seem like she and Andy have always been on good terms, and her her video yesterday, tears in her eyes, oh. Very genuine. And she thanked Andy, she thanked Portia, which we know they’re good friends, but I loved when she thanked Phaedra, because, as an OG Atlanta fan, when Phaedra first came on her and Nini butt heads a lot. They are both from the same area, which I can’t think of, off the top of my head, a small town in Atlanta and not in Georgia, animal town, yeah. And it’s like, on the tip of my tongue, it’ll come to me, and Phaedra kind of shaded Nini, like, yeah. I mean, we’re from the same town, but she went to school with my oldest brother or my oldest cousin. Like making it like, I’m so much younger, and Nini was like, I don’t know her very like Mariah Carey to J Lo so the fact that Portia, Portia, we know because they’re friends, but the fact that Phaedra really lobbied for Nini to come back, and Nini appreciates it, I’m excited for that, because I think they would be such an amazing duo as friends, and they clearly are in a good place now on a girls trip, of course, everyone can Kiki and get along, but I hope all goes well, and this is a step to Nini coming back to us on Atlanta Next season in a greater capacity. I can’t imagine that there is anybody who isn’t clamoring to have her back. Honestly, I think everyone is, yeah, I don’t think she got a lot like, much hate. I mean, yes, she Oh, my God. Every housewife past and present commented, they’re like, even Vicki. I thought it was really sweet. She posted a picture of her and Nene and said, Who? Who said you can’t go home. Welcome back. And I was like, I mean, listen, housewife fans, no matter what you think about individual ones, they are OGs. We’re also going to see 60, over over 60 other housewives. I am so excited. I don’t envy the production team. Can you? I cannot imagine what a logistical night and dealing with the personalities they’re obviously flying to a lot of the places we know that, like, just purely,
they’re not, yeah, they’re not having, like, I said, while I would love it if we could happen to just be at a buck use and see them all get off the bus, we know better. Like, that’s not the way it’s going down, right? I am no big surprise. Salty about Karen hosting Potomac, I just again. I don’t love to see her platformed. I would rather have seen Robin or Charice for Potomac, because they’re both OGS as well. After watching the Salt Lake City reunion part one, I can’t with Lisa Barlow, right? I mean, I am watching that, and I’m like, she doesn’t just sound crazy. She looked crazy. She’s, I don’t know, maybe in a situation where it’s, like, this kind of big celebration of housewives, you know this, which is what the show’s supposed to mean, and they don’t have these deep histories, maybe, maybe I will like her better in that format. I just I would rather see Heather in Lisa Barlow’s place, because I think Heather is much more funny. But I think Meredith actually would be great to host Salt Lake City, since she seems to have so many good connections, or at least so many connections with House wise for Salt Lake City. I was first thinking I would have preferred Mary, but then I said to myself, You know what? She hasn’t been on every season. So of the ladies that have been we’d have to look at Whitney, Heather, Meredith, Lisa. And honestly, I Whitney, I would not pick I don’t think I just wouldn’t Okay, Heather’s annoying me. I know Lisa’s annoying me too, but Heather’s severely annoying me. I just find her so produced. I’m she has lied. And I think I’d pick Lisa. I mean, I think I would in this situation, Kyle from Beverly Hill is obvious. Obviously. Theresa, obvious. Vicki makes sense? Yeah. You know, with you got to go with Luanne after Sonia was on that Watch What Happens Live episode A couple years ago, they did one of these things where they got a bunch of housewives together for a while, and she got so wasted, we haven’t seen her on anything since then, and she wasn’t an OG. Oh, that’s true, right? What like third season? Maybe.
Maybe, right? And we know nobody wants Ramona, and Ramona was probably not interested anyway, yeah, I think for me, Salt Lake City was probably the hardest choice because it’s in its sixth season, and there’s so many OGS, but Meredith has next gen. Finances are all intertwined with his wife and his parents assuming that’s a divorce delay. It’s a dicey situation. She has earning power and is very she is has earning power, and she is very much on the uptick. This person also said that they heard that he recently turned down a very big offer, which is now being viewed as a mistake. I’m gonna guess that’s a buyout for the brand. This makes so much sense to me. They have no prenup. I think, I think that, listen, Amanda is not keeping it as tight to the vest as he is. She’s not confirming it. They denied it at bravocon. Do I believe that they’re having a discussion with the network? I do because they have a show coming out and then another show coming out. We’re gonna see stuff. They’re gonna have to be interviewed, they’re gonna have to do press. They are gearing up on how they’re gonna handle that. And I don’t know what that meeting said. The meeting may have said, Guys, you are still not allowed to discuss this until summer. House has aired and the spin off airs. Maybe that’s it. Maybe we’re not gonna hear it immediately. You know, we don’t know what was said in that meeting. We weren’t in the meeting. And think about when you were mentioning the information about the finances. Do you remember that scene from summer house years ago? They’re out on some rooftop, and it was when they were getting the rubber boys started, and they did like a friends and family party and round of investments. So I can imagine that maybe both of their families have invested. Okay, fine, right? But think about the fact too, and this is exactly the case, I think, with Mauricio and Kyle, when a couple’s network is tied mainly into a business that is not a situation where there’s an easy, clean break. It’s not even a matter of, you know, splitting the 401, K’s, you know, like it’s, there’s investors, there’s a board of directors, and it’s not liquid. It’s not which also tying back to the other thing you said, makes a lot of sense, that maybe he should have taken, they should have taken the deal. I think knowing Kyle, I’m going to take the leap from what we’ve seen all these years and say, in his mind, whatever he was offered for a buyout, he believes his company is worth more, yeah, and so he didn’t take it. And I also think it’s a strong possibility that he believes he can convince her to work it out. I think he has done that many times in the past, and she has always forgiven him. She has always she hasn’t left the marriage, and I think he’s holding out hope. Candy was just before I got this email, like posting with him, like talking about wanting to remain friends, but Todd, seemingly is making that very difficult. So I guess I was kind of out of the loop, because I knew about Fatima and I knew about the rumors from before I had thought that the rumors about Todd and Fatima continuing, I thought that those had been dispelled, or whatever, disproven. So what the heck is he doing? I mean, that’s just, he’s I mean, that’s just bad, that’s so just bad taste to be opposing about another woman like that in general, while they’re going through this divorce. And like, kind of a dumb play on his mind, like, I’m sure his lawyer was like, What the heck are you thinking? Honestly, a lot of the stuff that he’s doing, it seems to me like he’s really, like, pushing the envelope. And it also seems to me like he he’s mistaking Candy’s kindness for weakness, which is always a fatal mistake, in my opinion, because she wants to do the best by her children and her stepdaughter, and he’s making it damn near impossible. So he’s fucking around, and I think he’s about to find out, because, yeah, he hasn’t seen that side of candy that we know exists. Oh, I’m sure it exists. And I think that him deciding not to contribute to expenses is probably what he thinks is a strategic play so he can say he’s broke, and, you know, hopefully get more money from the settlement.
