Trouble Logging In

How to Change Your Display Name
Go to your Account page. Then click on Forum Profile. You can change your display name there.
Website Giving an Error Message
Sometimes websites crash for reasons that are out of our control. Our website is hosted on a server at a hosting company. Aka, the server is not in Amanda or B’s house. So, when the server does crash, Amanda contacts the hosting service’s customer service line, which answers 24/7. (Amanda knows this after calling it at 3am on a Friday). Then, we let the hosting company know so they can get it back up. Usually, once we know about the outage, we can get the site back up quickly. So, please let us know when you see an error so we can fix it. BUT, with that said, we are only two people. And we are not awake 24/7, so we do our best to work as quickly as we can. But, we also work overtime to make sure you guys get as much value as possible from your memberships, and when there are outages, like during the weekend that #Scandoval hit, we work overtime to bring even more value and content to you as members to make up for the minutes of outage time.
Adding Your Private RSS Feed to Your Podcast Player
When you sign up, you’ll get an email from Castos – inside will be your personal, private RSS feed. Copy that feed (it looks like a link) and enter it into your podcast player where it says, Add RSS Feed. Here’s a link to a great article that covers the how-tos for pretty much every podcast app out there.

If you have a problem, please contact us. Any legal disputes will be resolved under Colorado law. If you use accessibility tools and have questions or concerns, please contact us. We will always work to make it right for you, our community.
General Working Hours
Our general customer service hours are Monday-Friday, 10:30am – 4:30pm Eastern. We work to get back to everyone in 24 hours or less.
We are a team of two people, and do not have a round-the-clock staff of people helping answer customer service questions. Not yet at least 😉 . Please give us a bit of grace – but know that we always work to make things right.
