These are Cocktail Party’s terms of use, and they apply to all users of the Cocktail Party membership content. “We,” “our” or “us” refers to Cocktail Party. “Cocktail Party” refers to this website and the content and services offered by us. By using Cocktail Party you agree to these terms and to the Bravo and Cocktails policies, which can be found below.

 

Membership

When you create an account you must provide us with accurate information, in good faith, and you agree to keep your information updated if it changes. To join Cocktail Party, you must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your conduct when logged in to Cocktail Party. You are responsible for the security of your account – users who are found to share their password will have their subscriptions terminated immediately. If you believe your account security has been compromised, please change your password or contact us immediately. ANY MEMBER FOUND TO SHARE COCKTAIL PARTY CONTENT OUTSIDE OF COCKTAIL PARTY WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED WITHOUT REFUND. ALL CONTENT (BEHIND PAYWALL OR NOT) ON THIS BRAVOANDCOCKTAILS.COM IS UNDER COPYRIGHT PROTECTION.

 

Your Conduct

Your conduct as a community member is important. Abusive or destructive behavior towards the Cocktail Party website, community members or hosts will result in the immediate termination of your account. Sharing information or content from Cocktail Party is considered destructive behavior and will result in immediate termination of membership.

Membership

Membership to Cocktail Party begins when payment is submitted on the Join page. Memberships are automatically put on a monthly payment subscription. Memberships can be cancelled at any time by going to the Account page and hitting the Cancel link. When an account is cancelled, you may have access to Cocktail Party until the end of the current month. Cocktail Party has a NO REFUND policy.

Tax

We collect tax identification information and report this to tax authorities as legally required. Members who live in places where VAT and Sales Tax apply will see taxes automatically added to their membership fee at checkout. Applicable tax will be charged in addition to the membership fee. All taxes collected will be remitted to the applicable taxing authorities. Depending on location, some banks may charge a foreign transaction fee.

Cocktail Party content is protected by copyright law. 

 

Indemnity

You will indemnify us from all losses and liabilities, including legal fees, that arise from these terms or relate to your use of the Cocktail Party community or Bravo and Cocktails website

 

Warranty disclaimer

Cocktail Party is a website. Websites go down for many reasons. In case of website failure, Cocktail Party will do our best to get the site back online as quickly as possible. Cocktail Party is provided to members “as is” and without warranty of any kind. Should a website failure occur and previous content to become lost, Cocktail Party does not make any promise or warranty to replace lost content.

To Cancel Your Cocktail Party Subscription

You can cancel by going to the Account page and then hitting the word Cancel  under Actions (it will be in bright pink). You will get access to Cocktail Party for the rest of the your subscription month, i.e., 30 days after your last payment date.
 
To Resubscribe to Cocktail Party: 
 
If you were a previous member of Cocktail Party and want to join again, go to bravoandcocktails.com and log in. The OOPS message will pop up – but if you click on the Your Account link on the left, and then hit Subscriptions, and you can hit Re-Subscribe, which will show on the right side of the screen.
 
Hotmail Users:
For unknown reasons, Hotmail blocks our password reset emails. We have reported this, but as of now the problem has not been resolved. If you are a Hotmail user and need to reset your password, please reach out to amanda@bravoandcocktails.com to reset your password.
