Britani Bateman is spilling a little Salt Lake tea — and this time, it’s about a text message she never expected to receive. The “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” friend says her phone lit up the night the season 6 premiere aired, and the sender was none other than Lisa Barlow. The twist? Britani didn’t answer.

During a visit to BravoHQ, Britani admitted she had ignored the call entirely. “She called me after Episode 1 aired and texted me, too, and I just didn’t pick up,” Britani told us. And no, it wasn’t because she was scared of a Lisa monologue at 10 p.m.

Britani Bateman Shares Where She Stands With Lisa Barlow Today

According to Britani, Lisa wasn’t calling to fight — she was calling to thank her.

“She texted me, ‘Thank you,’” Britani said. “Because I feel like she saw for the first time how hard I rode her. I rode for her so hard, and it just got, like, passed over. Did you notice that? No one ever really talked about it.”

Britani even pointed out that Heather Gay swooped in and took credit for defending Lisa. “Heather even took all the credit for riding hard for Lisa and really, it was me,” she said.

So where do things stand now? Wellicy.

Britani said she truly believed she and Lisa were close. “I felt like she was like a sister to me,” she shared. “And when someone’s that close to you, they can hurt you the most by betraying you.”

That betrayal still stings. “I didn’t pick up the phone,” Britani added. “She just said ‘Thank you’ and I knew what she was thanking me for, so I just said, ‘You’re welcome.’ And that was the only communication we’ve had.”
