Real Estate Has Added Millions to the Family’s Wealth
Dubrow and Terry have made headlines for several high-profile real estate deals over the years.
In 2013, they sold their longtime Orange County home for $16.4 million before purchasing land in Newport Coast for $4.3 million. The couple reportedly spent approximately $21 million building their 22,000-square-foot mansion, which became known as Chateau Dubrow.
In 2022, they sold the estate for a reported $55 million.
That same month, the couple purchased a $14 million penthouse at The Century in Century City. They also own property in Idaho.
Those real estate transactions have played a significant role in growing the family’s overall wealth.

Latest News: Heather Addresses Vicki Gunvalson’s Inheritance Claims
Dubrow found herself at the center of one of the first major moments during the RHOC season 20 premiere.
At her Valentine’s-themed “Hearts and Heels” party, Vicki Gunvalson questioned where the family’s wealth came from, repeating previous comments that she believed Dubrow and her husband had inherited much of their fortune.
Dubrow quickly pushed back.
“Our mothers are alive. Where did we inherit money from?” she asked after Gunvalson suggested Terry had inherited money from his late brother, Quiet Riot frontman Kevin Dubrow.
When Gunvalson continued questioning the family’s finances, Dubrow defended both of their careers.
“My husband worked at Kentucky Fried Chicken and has worked his ass off, as we both have, for everything we have,” she said before adding, “See all this? This was paid for by boobs. Lots of boobs. … We didn’t inherit our money!”
Although the exchange became heated, the two eventually moved on, with Tamra Judge joking afterward that Dubrow had “lit you up.”
Earlier in the episode, Dubrow also referenced comments Gunvalson made on “My Friend, My Soulmate, My Podcast,” explaining in a confessional that she wanted to address the claims directly after hearing them repeated publicly.
