RHOC season 19 has officially wrapped, and — shocker — the aftermath is messy. Toxic narratives dominated the season, alliances cracked, and fans wasted no time calling for firings, demotions, and full-on cast shakeups ahead of season 20.

So far, only one name has been confirmed as safe: Vicki Gunvalson. Bravo revealed during BravoCon 2025 that the OG of the OC will be returning with an orange for season 20, a decision that has fans either thrilled or absolutely enraged. There is no in-between. Filming is reportedly set to begin next February, and until Bravo confirms the rest of the cast, the rumor mill is working overtime.

Gina Kirschenheiter Shuts Down Emily Simpson RHOC Firing Rumors

One of the loudest rumors floating around online is that Emily Simpson could be getting the boot — and Gina is not having it.

Gina, who is best friends with Emily, recently posted an Instagram reel promoting Emily’s new podcast, “Legally Brunette,” which Emily co-hosts with her husband, Shane Simpson. While the post was meant to hype the project, the real tea lived in the comments.

A fan wrote, “Ok, I’m a little upset that people are spreading around rumors saying that Emily is getting fired. Please don’t let this be true.” Gina jumped in quickly and shut it all the way down, replying that the rumors were “Absolutely not” true.

In other words: put the pitchforks away — for now.

Tamra Judge Wants Nostalgia, Not Grudges

Tamra, meanwhile, is hoping season 20 brings a return to what made RHOC work in the first place.

“I think that will definitely happen,” Tamra, 58, told Us Weekly at iHeartRadio 102.7 KIIS FM’s Jingle Ball. “I think it’d be fun to have the olden times.”

What Tamra doesn’t want? More unresolved tension — especially with Shannon Beador. While the two showed progress during season 19, the reunion told a different story, with Shannon dubbing her co-star “Tamra Grudge.”

“To be a good housewife, you have to have conflict and resolution,” Tamra said. “She’s one that holds a grudge, but yet she’s calling me Tamra Grudge? Where all I ever tried to do is move forward, she cannot.”

Don’t Believe Every RHOC Casting Rumor

As for reports that former Housewives like Meghan King or Kelly Dodd could return, Tamra urged fans to slow their roll.

“First of all, Meghan lives out of state,” she said. As for Kelly, Tamra made it clear she’s not advocating for her return, adding that Kelly has “crossed a line of no return.”

Instead, Tamra said she’d love to see familiar faces like Jeana Keough and Tammy Knickerbocker pop up when cameras start rolling again.

Bravo hasn’t confirmed anything beyond Vicki’s return — but if history tells us anything, season 20 casting news is far from over.
