Lindsay Hubbard is embracing what she calls her biggest comeback yet.

After years of being one of the most polarizing stars on “Summer House,” Hubbard says fans are finally seeing her in a different light following one of the busiest and most dramatic chapters of her life.

Speaking with Us Weekly, the Bravo star said the recent support from viewers has been especially meaningful after years of criticism.

“It’s validating after so many years of having my character attacked,” Lindsay said. “People finally understand me. They’re like, ‘Oh, OK, Lindsay’s a strong, hardworking girl who doesn’t take (expletive) from anyone.'”

Lindsay Hubbard Says She’s Finally Feeling Like Herself Again

The past two years have brought major changes for Lindsay.

She ended her engagement to Carl Radke, welcomed daughter Gemma, went through another breakup shortly after giving birth and filmed both “Summer House” and “In The City.” At the same time, she found herself in the middle of the 2026 Bravo firestorm surrounding Amanda Batula’s secret relationship with West Wilson, who previously dated Lindsay’s best friend, Ciara Miller.

Now, with “Summer House” earning its first Emmy nomination and season 11 on the way, Lindsay said life finally feels different.

“I do,” she said when asked whether she feels a shift. “It’s a culmination of so many things. I had a heavy couple of years… I became a mom and did back-to-back TV shows. There was obviously a big scandal in the middle of it, which was very consuming, but there were some positives that came out of it. I’ve gotten lighter.”

Lindsay said she started feeling like herself again just a few months ago.

“I said, ‘OK, I’m in a good groove.’ I have my mom cadence down and scheduling with Gemma and work.”

That renewed confidence has also changed how she approaches social media and speaking her mind.

“I say what I feel, and if you don’t like it, don’t follow me,” she said. “I do feel activated in a really positive way. I’m also goofy and funny, and I’ve obviously found my softer side since having Gemma. We can be all of these things.”

When asked about returning for season 11, Lindsay summed up her mindset with a simple declaration:

“I am so back, baby!”

The Bravo veteran also celebrated “Summer House’s” first Emmy nomination with plenty of excitement.

“I screamed and I ran a lap around my apartment,” she told the magazine. “I texted Kyle and Carl on a group text first… My messages were filled with a lot of caps, exclamation marks and extra letters.”

Away from Bravo, Lindsay said she’s entering a new chapter as she prepares to turn 40 in August. While she’s open to dating, she isn’t rushing into another serious relationship.

“I’m enjoying not being locked down,” she said with a laugh. “I’m already locked down as a mom and at work, so I don’t have the energy to commit fully to any one person.”

For now, Lindsay is focused on raising Gemma, filming her Bravo shows and enjoying what she says is the happiest version of herself in years.

The “In the City” finale airs Tuesday, June 14.
