“Summer House” fans are officially spiraling again — and this time, West Wilson and Ciara Miller didn’t even need a confessional to do it.
The former flames were spotted attending Super Bowl 60 together, instantly setting off Bravo gossip and reigniting speculation that their once-messy romance may not be fully in the past.

While there was no PDA caught on camera, a joint Super Bowl outing is not exactly subtle, especially given where things currently stand between the two in season 10.
The timing raised eyebrows after the season trailer teased a rekindled dynamic, and Ciara has since been surprisingly open about the progress she and West made after going no-contact following their 2023 breakup.
Ciara Admits Things With West Are Better Than They’ve Been in Years
Ciara recently addressed her relationship with West in an interview with Entertainment Tonight, confirming that communication alone marks a major shift.
“I mean, he comes and sits on my bed the first episode, which is like huge, big, because I didn’t even speak to him last summer,” she said. “But I feel like we made a lot of headway this summer, and it’ll be interesting to see it all play out.”
She also acknowledged how strongly fans reacted to their relationship — and how difficult it was when they stopped speaking.
“It was tough when we weren’t on speaking terms,” Ciara shared. “I’m so much happier now that we are speaking to each other and building back a friendship.”
According to Ciara, time apart changed their dynamic in meaningful ways.
“I honestly think he’s changed so much in the past two years of not speaking to him,” she added.

That progress becomes a storyline early in season 10, when Jesse Solomon wastes no time digging into the Bravo gossip. He asks Ciara if she sees herself on friendly terms with West now that some time has passed.
“Only God will tell,” Ciara replies, before adding, “I’ve been praying about it.”
Jesse calls the moment “huge,” while Ciara tries to downplay it — unsuccessfully.
“Don’t make it a big deal,” she tells him, as he grins ear to ear.
If fans needed even more fuel, Ciara recently appeared on “Watch What Happens Live,” where Andy Cohen asked about West’s fashion sense. Ciara praised his style — and specifically his ass in jeans. When Andy followed up by asking if she liked it out of jeans, Ciara answered without hesitation.
“Yes, very much so.”
