Well, BravoCon 2025 certainly didn’t waste any time giving fans a headline-worthy moment. “The Real Housewives of Potomac” star Dr. Wendy Osefo made her first public appearance since she and husband Eddie Osefo were arrested in October — and yes, the room was watching closely. Wendy didn’t shy away from addressing the elephant in the gold-stage room, but she kept it classy, composed, and just vague enough to keep everyone hooked.
Wendy Osefo Thanks Fans and Costars Following Fraud Arrest
During the RHOP panel on Friday, November 14 at Caesars Forum, Wendy joined Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, Tia Glover, Angel Massie, Monique Samuels, Keiarna Stewart, and Stacey Rusch. It marked her first major event since she and Eddie were booked in Westminster, Maryland, on October 9 on 16 fraud-related charges — including seven felonies. The allegations stem from a reported 2024 burglary in Jamaica and claims that items listed as stolen were actually purchased and returned.
Wendy addressed the crowd directly, saying she had read messages of support and was grateful to those who reached out. “You know, it’s an unfortunate situation and right now I can’t say too much,” she told fans. “But I will say when the time is right, I will share my story with everyone. And for now, they’re just allegations. So we will continue to push forward.”
She also thanked her castmates for checking in: “I would just like to thank my cast members for being there for me during this time. I think it’s a tie between Stacey and Monique who reached out first… Tia reached out multiple times, and Gizelle reached out as well.”
Wendy added that she has also felt supported by Bravo and production: “I am overwhelmed by the love so thank you so much.”
The appearance comes as RHOP celebrates season 10, which premiered October 5, and as Wendy continues to publicly maintain her innocence. After her arrest, she posted an Instagram message saying “GOD remains faithful” and thanked fans for their prayers.
Even Andy Cohen weighed in on “Andy Cohen Live,” calling Wendy “a great housewife and a great role model,” and saying he hopes the entire situation is “some big nothing.”
For now, viewers will have to wait and see how this unfolds — but if BravoCon 2025 proved anything, it’s that Wendy isn’t hiding.
New episodes of “The Real Housewives of Potomac” air Sunday nights on Bravo.
BravoCon continues through November 16 in Las Vegas.
