Adriana de Moura is trying to rewrite history after taking heat for calling Marysol Patton “old and miserable” on the season seven finale of “The Real Housewives of Miami.” The 59-year-old star is insisting she was just giving Marysol, 58, a taste of her own medicine.

Fans Aren’t Buying Adriana’s Excuse

Adriana hopped into the comments section of a post by Virtual Reali-Tea to defend herself, pointing out, “She started calling me old first. First episode, she started with demeaning and ageist comments. Rewatch episode one!” She added, “I gave her back a taste of her own medicine after the first attack.”

In the finale scene, Adriana tried to explain why she once called Kiki Barth “ratchet.” According to Adriana, Marysol advised her to use “wretched” instead—so Adriana flipped the word on Marysol in the heat of their fight. She also accused Marysol of icing her out of group scenes and acting aggressively toward her. “When I respond, she acts like my response is the issue,” Adriana argued.

Adriana didn’t stop there. When a fan brought up Nicole Martin’s past claim that Marysol hired a private investigator, Adriana suggested Marysol may be watching her too. “I’m sure she has already,” she wrote.

The “RHOM” season seven reunion kicks off Thursday, October 2, at 9/8c on Bravo.
