• What Went Down: Alexia Nepola hosts a “Nuevos Horizontes” reunion with Larsa, Lisa, Nicole, and Guerdy. Todd doesn’t show—sparking tension. Guerdy storms out upset, and later reveals she’s facing a cancer diagnosis.

🏀 RHOM Season 6, Episode 4 – “Slam Dunks and Friendship Flunks” (Nov 22, 2023)

Location: Charity Basketball Court / Sprinter Van

• Name & Venue: Charity court at the Make-A-Wish event and a poor, unsuspecting Sprinter Van

• What Went Down: Larsa and Marcus hosted a Celebrity Basketball game for the Make-A-Wish foundation. Alexia, Nicole, Julia, Lisa, Adriana, Marysol, and Guerdy attend. It’s Alexia’s birthday, and we have the infamous sprinter van confrontation where Adriana’s famous “flatulence feud” ignites tension. We see the group playing briefly on the court and Alexia unwraps a very showy gift from Todd. Housewives should know better than to set foot in a Sprinter Van… but we fans love to see the Housewives learn this lesson the hard way over and over and over, lol. 

🎤 RHOM Season 6, Episode 6 – “Farmer of the Opera” (Dec 6, 2023)

“F*ck Cancer” Opera-Themed Party

• Venue: Private event in Miami (decor and setup borrowed elements of opera aesthetics)

• What Went Down: Housewives: Julia surprises Martina by singing an operatic aria. Lisa arrives late due to a police incident in her home. Guerdy confronts Larsa about spilling her cancer diagnosis to the other Housewives and for not being 

🌴 RHOM Season 6, Episode 7 – “Dildo & Dildon’t” (Dec 13, 2023)

1. Weekend in Palm Beach – Dinner at The Rooftop Restaurant at RH West Palm

• What Went Down: The ladies start out with a fun scavenger hunt before dinner at The Rooftop Restaurant. How gorgeous is that setting, by the way? At dinner, Marysol catches heat from most of the housewives, including, surprisingly, Alexia. And the ladies tell Lisa they’re tired of constantly hearing about Lenny.
