The “Real Housewives of Orange County” never forgets a scandal — even if it’s 15 seasons old. This week, Tamra Judge reignited the infamous “Naked Wasted” drama, accusing Gretchen Rossi of straight-up lying about what really went down that night.
The ‘Naked Wasted’ Story Comes Back Around
Back in season 4, Gretchen Rossi was the newbie, and Tamra Judge hosted a barbecue that went down in Housewives history. Tamra and her son Ryan were accused of trying to get Gretchen drunk to embarrass her — and the incident has followed both women ever since.
Fast forward to season 19, and newcomer Katie Ginella claimed Gretchen once told her she went to the hospital the morning after, even suspecting she’d been “roofied.” But when confronted, Gretchen denied it all. She claimed she never said she’d gone to the hospital — and Katie quickly backtracked with, “It didn’t happen. I’m sorry.”
Tamra Judge Calls Out Gretchen’s Contradictions
Tamra isn’t buying it. On the August 28 episode of SiriusXM’s “Jeff Lewis Live,” she told Jeff Lewis that Gretchen has contradicted herself multiple times.
“I asked Gretchen point blank, ‘Did you go to the hospital?’ And she goes, ‘Yes … because I didn’t feel well,’” Tamra said.
Tamra then revealed that unseen footage exists where Gretchen once again said she did go to the hospital. But later, Gretchen changed her tune on Heather McDonald’s podcast, claiming she “misspoke.”
Even Jeff noticed the constant flip-flopping: “So she said, ‘I went to the hospital; I didn’t go to the hospital; I thought about going to the hospital; I needed to go to the hospital.’”
Tamra’s response? “It’s called lying. She’s like, ‘I misspoke. Tamra misspoke.’ That’s always her go-to … Girl, when someone asks you to your face, did you go to the hospital? And you go, ‘Yeah, I did … because I didn’t feel well,’ that’s not misspeaking.”
As for Katie, Jeff wondered why she didn’t just own up to what she said Gretchen told her. Tamra teased that confrontation may still be coming.
