Celebrity real estate is taking up a lot of real estate in our heads and inboxes this week – we’ve got receipts. Somehow, right off the bat, we start with a tangent about glow sticks for your mouth. Kim and Kroy had the seventh police call and visit to their home. For the sake of the kids, when will this stop? Congratulations to Tinsley Mortimer for getting engaged! Guess who her housewife neighbor is? We have all the casting tea on the next season of RHOC. And the Real Housewives of Potomac rumor that you DIDN’T hear us report on – we’ll tell you why. The RHONY reboot had its finale and we have some mixed feelings about it. B has a theory: did the RHONY wives make a pact? This week’s episode of RHOSLC was chaotic to say the least. We’ve got thoughts about the relationship between new Wife Monica and her mother LD, plus we read her mother’s latest Instagram statement.

So okay, I feel like there’s so much happening in like pop culture and celebrity stuff. But then also real estate strangely was a lot of what was kind of coming in to our inboxes this week. So with a tie with a housewife tie in to so So yeah, let’s let’s jump into it. You
know, it’s funny, I think recording the pod weekly kind of forces for me to like look at what are the hot topics and I just find it so funny. I don’t think that without the pot, I would realize like how we focus on real estate and legal issues. Like shot shot, you hear me I’m shot guys, I am shot. Shout out to our cocktail hours in real estate because you guys provide us with all the receipts. And yes, there’s Zillow and Redfin and all this stuff that’s public, but there is stuff that can only be accessed through multiple listings. And you need to be a broker or real estate agent to have access and moreover you need to be like in the town, right? So we appreciate that you guys go in and do all the digging and send us all the receipts. We actually had a follower we have Excuse me. A lovely follower who checks in daily on Kim and crows house God plus I like occasionally she’ll be like be just letting you know I’ve been checking but there’s there’s nothing new. I’m like love you so as soon as it was listed for sale again we were notified she must have an alert like in her multiple listings. They raise the price to something insane and a lot of a lot of you guys that live in in Atlanta in that area that know that area are like it’s it’s obviously a beautiful house but like 6 million. I don’t know like double
the price. Right, wasn’t it? Under? I thought it was like two eight. Yeah, okay.
So I don’t know is this a tactic to stall the sale, but then couldn’t that put them back into foreclosure? Sure, it’s my understanding, there are a lot of legal implications now that they are divorcing. We do know Kroy was given the bedroom by a judge while Kim had to sleep in the basement. So when I, when I looked at the listing, and I saw a huge painting, or blown up, photograph, close up, boy close up, like right in those pores of Christ’s face, I was just in shock, and awe. I mean, I do want Andy in the camera personally.
I mean, who, I don’t even know where to start with these two. Because I mean, first of all, Kim having to walk by that image of cry in the basement, she has to live down there is kind of hilarious to me. But you know, you might be a narcissist, when you have a five foot tall image of your face hanging in your basement. I just think they’re both. Right. But that actually got me to thinking. Because yesterday, I saw another news story. I’m at the point now where like, I’ll see something pop up in my social feed. And I’ll be like, that’s got to be an old story that I’m just seeing again, from a different account. No, yet again, the police were called to come to their home for a domestic disturbance. Police call. And it got me to wondering how many of those have happened since they filed for divorce? I believe it was in May, on
the call, I have to say disturbs me, because while we’re all laughing, and we’re making light of this, there are four minors in the house, the oldest being 12. Exactly.
And so I of course do like a mini deep dive so that I can kind of see. So there have apparently been seven calls since May, According to Radar Online. So that would be an average of more than one call per month. There were the calls because, you know, Kim got locked out. There was one from her where she said she was feeling unsafe in the home, there was one from cry, I think it was to stop her from taking stuff out of the house. Then recently cry called, because Kim was in the master bedroom, which as you just mentioned, she’s not supposed to be there, according to court order. And I guess he told police that she was also hitting him. She then bolted from the house in a white Range Rover in her house robe. But sadly, because I guess the what I was reading as a lot of these have happened after the kids have been asleep. But this one apparently happened during the day so that the kids were awake and apparently traumatized. I just I mean, at this point, I think, you know, while we were kind of making light of it, I couldn’t agree with you more that the miners need to be considered here. And I don’t I don’t understand why the courts don’t intervene and just make one of them move out. It’s absolutely toxic.
It’s absolutely toxic. And they’ve both really lost sight of what’s important. Because these kids are watching and they’re at very impressionable ages. And this is scary for them. And I don’t care if they’re quote unquote, sleeping and I don’t care how big the house is an incident like this is loud. There are police officers stomping around the house, the kids, the kids are hearing it.
Yeah, I think you’re probably right. I mean, hopefully that I don’t understand where the court can kind of come in. And it’s hard because you don’t. But you would think if one of them can just move out, things would calm down a little bit. Or if they can do the nesting thing where one comes in and the other goes out and then they switch. Yeah, but the other juicy real estate t this week was regarding Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. Which by the way, be we were the only ones who posted a picture of the listing. I actually got it, you got it. We got it sent into the site. We got it from a couple different sources. And then one of our cocktail or broker rockstars confirms that it was the house. So
as this was going on. A bunch of followers reminded me that this isn’t the first time Taylor has bought a home near a boyfriend. So a couple years ago I forget exactly when she was dating Robert F Kennedy Jr’s son Connor, and she infamously bought a house in Hyannis Port Massachusetts. Across the street from Connors grandmother, Ethel. I believe she still owns this house. So, I mean, real estate’s a great investment. And
I think she wrote that song last great American dynasty, right about that house, or one of the houses in the name All
right. So the source who I really do trust the most, I would say, messaged me when I was posting and they said the house is for Travis, not Taylor. The source said that they think it’s for the privacy because both the home and the community are gated. So it all does nod to him wanting to protect her and their budding coupledom. And their budding fame as couples. And a follower who lives in the area basically was like, I don’t know, because she’s hearing different things. She said that some people, she messaged me today and said, some people are claiming Travis has been looking for a house for a year. She doesn’t buy that because this particular house has been in the market. She also sent the same picture, the other sources sent so it’s definitely that house guys that we posted this house that they’re he’s buying her she’s buying has been on the market since 2022. So she’s like, I don’t think he’s been looking that long because this house has been available. And there was a rumor a few months ago that he planned to build in Patrick mahomes. neighborhood. So this is definitely a location change.
Yes. So when the scoop came in, I checked, I have a lot of friends in Kansas City. So apparently, the rumor started that it was Taylor buying a house. And the rumor started because she actually did go with him to go look at the house. So another Kansas City insider told me that the privacy in that neighborhood would be very appealing. So just what you said gated house in a gated neighborhood, but also something that we didn’t talk about the proximity to the private airport. So it’s called Johnson County Executive, I believe the proximity is really good. And Taylor could come and go, like from the airport to his house. Pretty much I noticed that so often. It makes that makes sense to me, right? Especially knowing that she’s got two private jets very much a jet setter, and, you know, she’s going on, she’s going on tour. I don’t know how they’re gonna make that part work. But that’s up to them. But it makes sense to me. Where I know that neighborhood where his house, his current houses, and yeah, it’s not a mean, it’s a nice neighborhood a lot closer to the stadium. But not not private. Right. And I think if it surprise, surprise me that even somebody of his stature before being with Taylor, because while a lot of people never heard of him before. I mean, he was on Saturday, he hosted Saturday Night Live last year after the Chiefs won the Super Bowl. He’s like, definitely a personality in his own right. And it really surprised me that he was, I mean, to be honest, that he was still living in a $750,000 house, you know, in a neighborhood that didn’t have more privacy. And
so that’s why logically it makes sense that he’d be looking but like, there could be a plot twist where they’re both looking. Although with that said, if they’re dating and he’s buying a new big house, why does she need one? All right, but I can’t I can’t rationalize it, because I’m not a multimillionaire. Like to eat would be the same as me renting a hotel room, right, like dollars and cents wise. Something that’s also weird. Totally random. I saw a Taylor Swift Fan account. I think that’s the name something like that. pointed out, they, you know, they’re Swifties and they found out that her dancer cam Saunders is brothers with one of Travis’s teammates. Kaylin Saunders. So all roads lead to not only Bravo, but Taylor Swift as well. I
mean, I feel like they do you and I both took our daughters to go see the Taylor Swift movie. That was so
good. Was it so good?
I loved it. I thought it was great. My son was kind of like, not having it. And after a while.
I only brought I only brought my daughter. Yeah,
I yeah, I’m like, You know what, you’re fine. You’re eating all the popcorn and drink soda and eating all the candy you want. So you just chill?
Well, when she was begging for concert tickets, which I’ll be honest, I didn’t even attempt to go on because I just remember the news outlets reporting that you couldn’t even get them because of Ticketmaster and all this. Yeah. So I I’ll never even know if it was possible to spend my mortgage on a ticket. But at that time, all of a sudden, my son was like, I like her to I’m a Swifty. But when it came time for the movie, he was like, I’m good. Yeah, he said here Dad, it was great. I loved it. We were all rocking out in the theater. It was really fun.
Yeah, and I I am now the proud mother of the proud owner of the giantest Taylor Swift cup. Because you know, you can get a soda a regular large soda for what? $7 probably at the movie theater, but you can get a Taylor Swift large soda for 17 or 17
Wait, you’re eight but did you go to AMC? Yes. Did your AMC have that tube that lit up that you could wave like
no and they ran out of the posters to win because we didn’t go until Sunday so we want you Friday night
because I got the tickets in like August and the stupid thing so I get by one for my niece and one for my daughter. One doesn’t work so I go right back I’m like no, no, this doesn’t work. There’s two girls we can’t be having them fight over the thing. So my daughter’s swinging around like that swing it you know holding over your head shaking it and the battery falls out it dark in the movie. We can’t find it. Nightmare breakdown nightmare. We can’t have nice things.
Oh my god. It’s like any like carnival or any parade that I’ve been to like, you know, I wear Yeah, they give out like the stuff that glows in the dark. That is amazing when you’re there but then you never want again. Like I just spent $30 on lightup sunglasses.
I have to ask if you did something because we’re about the same age. In college my roommate and I would go to the mall to Hot Topic. Do you remember Hot Topic? Yes. And we would buy mouth glow sticks?
No, what did you do with what are those? We would
very excitedly put them in our little person. We would put our two top dresses on. We would go to like the club. Okay, and upstate New York, and we would pop in our mouth glowsticks like on the dance floor like so

D Andra from Dallas sold her home if you guys remember had all of that, like crazy, like animal furniture and like prints and stuff in our house, Lizzie Sovetsky, who was we’ll talk about her again, but who was like go from the new route, Roni reboot. And then at some point during filming, I think Did she I don’t know she just sell in Dallas and then Jessel, who, I guess had always also been filming in Dallas. She is selling their house for 1.8

This would help explain that photo of the two of them together from a few months ago. And then it says tins Lee’s fiancee lives at blank blank blank blank blank Augusta Georgia. And I saw it thankfully within like five minutes because I I wake up early before work to get posts up. And this was one of them. So as I was like getting my stuff like I get stuff ready for the day so that I could post it throughout the day quickly and that kind of stuff. And as I was doing that, I saw someone comment and I was like, Oh snap. So because I don’t want Tinsley is actually living at this address. So and it is so we’re never trying to Doc’s, anybody. But what a cool connection and it ties in perfectly to something that obviously we’re going to be talking about this week. A huge congratulations to our girl Tinsley on her engagement. Back in February, we had posted on the site that we heard she was engaged somebody sent in the photo you posted of Tinsley, that’s actually her fiance. He’s from Oregon, Augusta. He’s a widow, a very nice guy. And we heard a little bit but we didn’t hear too much about when the wedding was or what exactly was going on. Well, this past weekend, she posted to her stories, a picture of herself, a man and three little kids. She covered the children’s faces, and she wrote family vacation before the big day. So she confirmed the rumor that they were engaged. We learned that we learned from followers that she does in fact live with her fiance who is a widow in Augusta. They are getting married before the end of the year. I believe November. We also hear that she’s at school pickup daily. She has fully stepped into and embraced the stepmom role. I mean, I think collectively we all absolutely love this for her. She has always spoke when she was on Roni about her desire to be a mom to get married to have a family. It’s beautiful to see her dreams are coming true and touching to see that. You know these three little beautiful kids who’ve lost their mom are going to have who we know Tinsley will be a wonderful mother and loving. So clearly this is the reason And she didn’t go on the legacy scary Island trip back when she was
asked. Yeah, I mean, I’m I’m just so happy that she is finally getting her happy ending that I think we all feel like she deserves and like she seems to be. It seems to suit her living this quieter, more private life. And then today I actually just saw a picture of her ring. Have you seen it? It’s gorgeous. You’re I know you’re a jewel person. So it’s a big emerald cut emerald. Surrounded by a halo of diamonds. It’s gorgeous.
I’m so happy for her. Yeah, I really and truly and I think it’s, he seems so I don’t know if appropriate to the right word. But, listen, were a little bit younger than Tinsley. But Tinsley is, I would guess, mid 40s, maybe mid to later 40s Now, and we know as women Unfortunately for us, unlike men. Our window closes on time that we can conceive and have children. And so while I’m sure Tinsley froze her eggs, I don’t know that she did. I don’t remember that being a storyline. But I would have actually she did remember she was crying? Yeah. Remember, she was crying. She was like, Look, there’s my eggs. Yes, my babies. And certainly if her and her soon to be husband decide to have their own child, she could go the route of IVF with her with her eggs. But the fact that she’s getting a family, I think it’s just something that she spoke so much about wanting and it was something that caused her pain, the idea of not having that. So congratulations to
her. And I think it’s such a great example of how sometimes the happy ending isn’t the happy ending that you think. And it can be even happier. You know?

So we didn’t really talk too much about the second part of the Real Housewives of Orange County reunion.
But we did get so we know after reunions are filmed is when they start really amping up talks about what the cast is going to look like. So that has been coming in. So I thought you know, for I feel like for you and I it was hard for us to move past the hypocrisy and delusion. That was Shannon. So but now that the season is wrapped, the emails are coming in. So let’s share a little bit about what we’re hearing.
Okay. All right. Let’s see here. One email said Bravo is finally happy with their cast for Real Housewives of OC and wants to build on it. Everyone will be asked back but Emily might become a friend of they are looking at one full time woman who’s wealthy. So Heather isn’t the odd one out, either Alexis or Gretchen are not are being looked at as friends to only one of them. Alexis has said no over the years. But now that she’s single again, they hope she will have a different response. Jen, who was on last year will be the first housewives in five years that lasted more than one season. And yes, expect to see Vicki back. So
we’ve received a couple emails that Emily will be a friend of and that was followed by an email that said that’s not the case. My feeling is it depends on who else they cast, how filming goes. Who brings it? I certainly think it’s a possibility. I think it’s a possibility for her and Gina, you know, if we’re going there and Jen like, it’s all open, maybe Taylor could get promoted. Like there’s there. It could go a lot of different ways. And I think it would depend on who else joins the cast.

it’s i Yeah, okay. All right. Here’s another email. Anon please. We may have a firecracker addition to OC. There have been talks going on with Mimi Morris to bring her onto Real Housewives of Orange County. With bling Empire cancelled on Netflix. Bravo thought it would be a great idea to consider her four OC a she is rich. lives a lavish lifestyle in Newport Beach with her rich husband, yet is very quirky which would make her good for the show. Mimi would add to the diversity aspect of OC which has been lacking for the franchise. Bravo hopes to make Mimi Morris as an anchor to the show and also bring on her friends in the future as they don’t want to rely on the trace amigos Mimi is also friends with former housewife Gretchen Rossi, so expect to see Gretchen back in the mix too. If Mimi gets finalized as they want someone on the show to go at Tamra to season 17 had been like a return to form. So bravo and evolution would like to add on to that and keep on bettering the show Oh, like during its prime. Okay,
we have another gretchin emails and the talk is getting louder about her. But I’ll get into that after you share the next email regards to me. Somebody reached out and told me it was BS. I’m not so sure I believe that because I think first I think they would be interested in bringing diversity. I think if any cast would need a little diversity, it’s OC. She’s also friends with Heather. So if the goal is to get Heather back, which I believe it is, let’s not forget Heather’s daughter has a couple more years in high school right her youngest, I can’t see her being able to move to Beverly Hills. I don’t see her uprooting her child for the last couple years of high school. So I do believe they’re going to try to get Heather back. And if this woman is in fact, friends with her, it’s another rich lady. I don’t make sense to me.
I like it. I like the idea of her joining the show, because they do they do desperately need some diversity, but it’s like I have watched blade Ampyra and I remember her having a pretty quick wit and you know, having some good one liners. So we need somebody else like that. Who can Yeah, go to toe to toe with Tamra. And he Pather kind of another
thing with OSI is they’ve had so many flops that I almost see them wanting somebody that they know is good reality television. Right?
Yeah, you know. So here’s this other email. Vicki, og of OC and Gretchen. In parentheses, Slade smiley, are 100% returning. Gretchen will only film in guest capacity at the moment, might film as a friend, but definitely not full time.
So I have a little scoop about Gretchen, Amanda. Oh, I haven’t even shared this with you. And I’m going to keep vague how I know but she was recently at an influencer event, a weekend away where a lot of social media influencers were invited. A source shared with me that she was pretty open about the fact that being an influencer is her main gig about the fact that that’s really she relies on the income. And at this event, she was pretty open with these women because they’re all successful at it. And she was leaning on them, hoping that they can help her hone her influence or craft. The other thing she shared. Apparently, she had a lot to say about Tamra a lot, a lot of accusations about her personal life and all sorts of things. Now we know they’re not friends, but I have to question if they would bring her back to spar with Tamra because the thing is, and I think most of our listeners are aware of this very tragically Slade’s son died. He was in his teens. He had battled a severe illness for many years and he passed a year or so ago. His sleds x the mother of his son Grayson has been very outspoken on social media about the lack of support from both Slade and Gretchen. Now, I don’t know what their relationship was like with his son. I can only say what the birth mother had posted publicly on social media. But I do have to wonder if Gretchen and Slade would be willing to put themselves in a position where they would have to address such

mean if Jen Pendente her boyfriend And she did. And that’s all we heard about all season. I can only imagine this would be a feeding frenzy. And
if Gretchen were to come on the show and go for Tamra, I mean, you know, Tamar is gonna go there. And I imagine it would be very intense. And does Bravo want this? Like, do we want this? I don’t know, if viewers, I, I don’t know that I would want to watch that storyline, because what ever the truth is, it is his child. And I don’t I don’t know if I would want to watch such a heavy topic.
Just even thinking about it just gives me the EQ I write couldn’t agree more. And I also like, I don’t know, I like the idea of having this new Mimi person. I’m not really that into having gretchin. Like, I wouldn’t, I wouldn’t mind seeing a complete reboot, like we did for New York City. And by the way, I had no idea you could go to influence or school.
Yeah, I mean, you want to know what? Well, so the thing that this person said was they said to her, like you have so many followers. And what she said was, yeah, but like a good portion of them hate follow me. And people who hate follow, you aren’t going to purchase off your links and let you get the commission.
And that’s so no. Yeah, maybe, maybe not. I feel like if it’s still something that’s like, very useful, like, I think I would still buy something from quality code,
right? Like, yeah, they if they’re the only ones that have it, but if you can just bypass that person in order anyway.
Yeah, that’s true. And the I don’t follow. I don’t follow Gretchen. I don’t I don’t really hate follow a lot of people because it just puts me into a bad spot. Mentally, I don’t like it. Okay, so I did want to talk about something that we got a lot of questions about. Because we didn’t talk about it. We didn’t post it. We didn’t put it on the website. We didn’t talk about it on the pod even though this came out before we recorded last week. So last week, a blogger and podcaster put out an interview with a woman who claims to have had an affair with Chris Bassett, who is Candace Bassett of Real Housewives of Potomac ex husband. So we got even a few questions on Discord saying, Hey, have you guys heard about this? I know you got a bunch in the DMS about why we didn’t cover it. So I guess let me just start by saying like, I think I can speak for both of us by saying like, we believe women. What to me was problematic about this woman’s interview because I listened she was very clearly intoxicated, and or under the influence of some kind of substance while doing the interview. So to me that I just find that to be problematic. I don’t want to say journalism, I don’t know it’s problematic interviewing problematic information source because the woman was not in her right mind. It just doesn’t feel right to give light to that interview in my mind.
Yeah, and for me, we watched last season, the woman really tried to weave a story of Chris being unfaithful. And First it started with some nonsense about him making Giselle feel inappropriate at a Bravo event by asking her questions in a hotel room. And then it went up to the woman who can’t think of her name, but they referred to her as a Sesame Street character.
Yeah, I
love it. And like that none of it had any weight behind it. Right? I can tell you that. In, for example, where there’s smoke, there’s fire. And this there was nothing to it, right? If this was going on, it would have come out sooner. This is on the heels of a season where they tried to make Chris out to be a cheater. Why wouldn’t this woman have come out of the woodwork then? Why wouldn’t the ladies have had receipts to bring to the reunion? If there were receipts, they would be posted somewhere. I don’t want to have to remind everybody about the pictures we got of one with a woman Now granted, they were not having sex in the pictures. We have seen pictures of Michael Darby and hotel rooms with women. Naked naked. God help us. So I’m just saying I immediately was like, alright, let’s wait for the photos on this one. Right and yeah, I don’t think they’re gonna come. They didn’t come. I don’t think Candice has spoke on it because I think it’s like, I don’t know why they’re trying to make Chris to be a cheater, I would
love to know what that’s all about to and like what the if, if this is truly not true, I would love to know kind of what the motivation is. Because I don’t know if you saw this but I did this video yesterday from an Instagramer named at Giorgio says. So he decided to do some investigating and he actually reached out to this woman and spoke with her at length. Apparently she shared some pictures and videos that she said were proof of the affair. What I thought was really interesting is Giorgio says said, Okay, well I looked he’s talking to the camera at this point. He’s like, I looked at the build of the man in the pics and he’s like, first of all, it looked like at least two different men, two different white men. And he’s like funny enough neither of them looked like Chris’s build, like his body. And he said, and then Giorgio said I could see a tattoo on the arm of the person in one of the images. And so then Chris goes, Giorgio goes back, and like looks at a lot of footage of Potomac to see if he can find that tattoo on Chris’s arm and then he like from like season three. When Chris like jumped off of the roof at Monique Samuels house, he’s like, I Okay, there’s both arms, I don’t see a tattoo. And then he actually even asked Chris Bassett himself. Do you have any arm tattoos? And Chris Bassett said no. So
yeah, Giorgio did great work on that. Yeah, that shows the same. And I really can’t remember the Tasha something. It’s a Twitter account. The same person who posted that is the same person who owes Cardi B $4 million because Cardi B brought a lawsuit against her. And one. So that’s what shocked me. When I found out it was the same person. I was more shocked that she would do it without solid proof. I saw our friend Kiki over the talk of shame. Post that it was this person because, listen, a blind is a blind, right? So you would word it, I would word it like the interracial couple from Real Housewives of Potomac rumors are flying that her husband or the husband who stays in the kitchen, like show that you allude to the fact of who it is. But unless you have, even if you have a photo to name the person is risky because photos are photoshopped. I mean, would I believe it? If there were a photo? I’d be more likely to. But yeah, I and people keep asking me whatever came up that I’m like, I’m not the one who posted it. You know what I mean? Don’t ask me.
I’m just like I said, I’m not a fan of if you’re going to interview somebody, and then they’re just not in their right minds. It just I feel like it makes you look bad. Even though you’re the one that’s you know, even if you’re sober if you put it up. I have to wonder
if the ladies had something to do with this because they were like so dead set on making it a storyline last season. And now we’re here again or if just a crazy fan who reached out to an account and made a story up.
I mean, that is some lowdown dirty shit. If that is the case. I would really hope that’s not true. Same. So okay, Roney finale, I want to talk about something that I just thought, you know, I watched it, and it was like, gosh, like, I thought it, the show kind of ended where I thought that like last, the last episode was kind of weird. Like, there was something kind of missing from it. And even down to like, the very ending, you know, they always will do like a still shot of one of the housewives and then say, you know, here’s the update on what’s going on in her life. With this one, they took a still shot or a video from their social media and use that. So that was kind of strange. But then I’m like, it just felt like the whole Uber story came out of nowhere. And then that was the drama, right? And then like, we’re all meaning to Jessel and like, it just felt, I don’t know, it just felt like something was missing. And so I actually looked up the timing because I was really curious about how all this worked out because I remember back in like, right around, you know, fashion week so September is when they had started all filming. Right? And then we know that the whole Lizzie Sovetsky thing happened at some point. I can’t remember when that was but if you’ll remember it feels like if you watch the show, it feels like they went to Angola months and months ago. Because, you know there’s been a lot of episodes in between I mean, and now we’re at Brian’s birthday. But the truth is, Brian’s birthday is on February 8. And we know that they took some some time off at Christmas. And then they went to Anguilla, which was in January. So there’s very little actual time passed. So I just started to think I’m like, I think this whole Lizzie getting kicked off thing left a really big hole, just from an editing and story wise position. Because I think like she was naturally pretty involved in everything else. So they had to cut her out of so much of the previous footage said it made it a lot harder to tell a cohesive story. But that also makes me feel like even I still really liked this cast. I still really like like the seasons. So I feel like I can only get better.
So and I have to really go back and look, because I do have a master post of all the drama and cocktails have read it. I think that the network tried to play it like oh, you know, she was gone at the beginning. It’s no problem. And I don’t think it really was that I certainly noticed the flow of the first of this first reboot season felt a little off. With that said, I think that we have the makings of really good housewives. Yeah, I think it was a success. I think that everybody’s talking about these women. I’m a little surprised when I see the numbers I think it’s going to catch on. I know it’s going to catch on. I just think you don’t want to say young because these aren’t kids, right. They’re in their late 30s, early 40s. It’s sort of the age of their fan base. So I do think I know personally, I think for us, and we’ve talked about it, it has, it’s a different experience for me watching these women. Because with the exception of Jenner, they all have young children, school aged children in size case, even Jenna has a teenage son. So we’re really seeing women who I think the viewers relate to differently than when you look at Dorinda, and you look at Ramona, like I know, for myself, when I look at those women, I sort of you’re kind of like in on the joke, like they’re a little bit older, they can be a little kooky, or does that make sense to you? Whereas with these women, it’s more, you’re in the same or I’m in the same stage of life. So from my personal opinion, there’s that and I also think they sort of had a packed together and I think that Uber not sharing her romance. I know when you and I spoke you asked me what I thought about that. I think it’s bullshit. And I think these ladies seemingly supported each other keeping things private.
I couldn’t agree more. I mean, we never saw a brand go on a date. Right? You know that. I mean, girlfriends gotta be going out on multiple dates to eat. We know Jenna, just flat out and very publicly refused to share anything about that.
Right. And so the animosity towards the cast for Jessel when she is the one who shared and here’s what it made me sort of remember although my memories terrible. I’m almost positive that Jessel was a friend of and I think that when Lizzie got cut, I think that they made her full time. Oh, she got promoted. Got it. And I think that’s why they focused on the Jessel story. I think that’s why Jessa wasn’t as protected by her cast mates. I think that they sort of brushed her aside and maybe even when they knew she was going to be full time they almost resented it. Not all of them. But seemingly Aaron and certainly sigh
I was listening to Heather McDonald. This week, as you guys have heard both B and I are big Heather McDonald fans. And she had Angie Harrington from Salt Lake City. I listened. I thought it was very interesting, actually. Yes. And the thing that I had never knew is that there’s a lot of drama behind the scenes about who gets to host like the opening big party. So you know, in Angie had mentioned like in her season when she first came on. She hosted that big charity dinner party at her house and I guess it caused a lot of drama because she was new and the more established housewives wanted it to be their thing. So that to me, was fascinating to hear that because I didn’t realize that that was a thing but I guess it makes sense when you know that they get paid if they are.

But the reason they were doing it is because they were almost boycotting her being full time. Yeah. So here’s the thing. I listened to Erin, Erin on Heather McDonald. And Erin said that she was friends with Lizzie. And so what I heard was that there was a fallout between brand and Lizzie. And I want to be careful what I say because it’s a sensitive topic. So but in any event, there was a fool out there. And I’m not exactly sure if she was let go if if it was a mutual decision. I think it was spun as a mutual decision. I don’t know how mutual it was. But in any event, at the beginning, when Aaron was very pissy with Bryn, she couldn’t say it. But I think it’s because she was resentful that whatever went down caused Lizzie to no longer be on the show. Now clearly she got over that, right. So we’re putting all these pieces together. And we’re going to find out and I hope they I hope they talk a little bit about it at the reunion just to fill in the pieces, and also maybe even allow sigh an errand to be like listen, we didn’t know what production was doing. And we were sort of like your friend of and we were just trying to do our job like because there is behind the scenes stuff. Right. So maybe it wasn’t so personal to Jessel. Does that make sense? Like, okay, you remember last season, when Jackie said to Danielle, was it Danielle or Rachel rather? No, it was Rachel. I think she was like, hello, I’m standing right here. And he was like, Oh, I’m sorry. But the reality was Rachel was new to housewives. And she wasn’t including Jackie, because she was told by production, like focus on the main housewives. Jackie doesn’t get as much airtime. So she was doing her job. So like there are layers and levels of that, that the viewer are nuanced. The viewer doesn’t know that. And if production is telling you to do something not for anything Jessel would do the same. If she were told, don’t pay as much attention to PSI. She’s not going to be on it all the time. Give Aaron the floor. Right.
Right. Well, and as seasoned reality TV fans. Yeah, you and I are Yes. You know, we know. But also it was interesting. Again, to hear Angie Harrington say this that sometimes production makes these decisions such as letting Angie be the first one to have that party, knowing that it’s going to cause drama,
right or says to them like Oh, B’s hosting an event, Amanda Show up at two. And so when she shows up, I’m like, what the hell you’re showing up at the end of my event, and you’re like, and then it’s a fight between you and I and you’ve done nothing wrong. You followed your schedule that you were told to follow. And I’m not aware, which has been said many times. These shows aren’t scripted, but they’re heavily produced. Okay. So, again, that’s not the viewers problem. And it should seem seamless, and we shouldn’t be playing the guessing game. And that is because of the situation with Lizzie and it was out of their control. With that being said, these women, this whole pact of not revealing stuff is not going to fly going forward. I really hope somebody’s sitting down with them. Like from production and being like, Listen, ladies, it’s the hottest ticket in New York City right now. If you’re not going to show it sigh if you’re going to only talk about your past and you’re not going to tell us how you and David got together and what there was and why he lived in Canada for three years before you know when your child was Baby. Bye bye.
Yeah. For real. There’s an email that I want to read. But before I say that just wrapping up a little bow on the whole Jessel topic, it must be killing the other woman that Jessel was in Rolling Stone. I
mean, you know what, though? Good for her man. I mean, I love Jessel, I don’t, I won’t say you have been a fan of her since the beginning. I warmed up to her, you know what it is? I feel that she’s being authentic. And even if I don’t necessarily agree, or whatever it is, her and her husband got on there. And they were like, we’re on reality. Here we are. Yeah. As a seasoned professional viewer of reality television. That’s what I want. Right? Those are the most successful people. And we’re going to try to touch on. I don’t know if we’ll get there, if not this week. Next week, we’re watching Amanda and I are watching the house of villain. The reason all of those villains are successful. Is it because the the nicest people in the world isn’t because they’re the most copacetic people who get along with everybody. It’s because they don’t give a shit. And they say what they want to say and they are who they are and they bring it and that’s reality television and it isn’t for everybody. And it doesn’t make somebody not cool or like Psy is clearly cool. She’s got a million cool friends. She’s in a million events. She’s an influencer. She’s a boss. I’m sure I would love her in person. Doesn’t mean your great reality television.

With big names comes more press and a wider audience. Why do you think certain women have been on Watch What Happens Live lately or hanging out with a woman I how do I say her name? Ziwa. Is that right? Zhi. Wei Zhi Wei. Okay, see ya. Julia Fox, M Rada, Bridget Barr, who is an influencer, who just got married in New York City, and apparently it went viral, are all being asked about it. Especially if Jenna Lyons doesn’t return. They need a couple of known people combined with the other four who will remain. Bryn Jessel, Aaron Ooba are all definitely being asked back. And possibly one woman as a friend of who all the women know who interviewed for last season.
Okay. I wish I would have edited that women to women, because I personally despise it. And a couple of people commented that this was in my early morning 5am shift of getting stuff done before my day job. I have to say this. I don’t know if I believe that site isn’t asked back. I firmly believe she hasn’t come back. It’s her choice. And I think that because I think that they know that she could be good. And I think that it’ll be her decision if she wants to share more. I did look into this. Bridget, who somebody reached out and was like, No way. She’s very good friends with Lizzie. She wouldn’t do that. But Bridget’s new husband, both of them are gorgeous, by the way. And Bridget new husband’s a plastic surgeon. And we know how those plastic surgeons just love reality television because it’s good for this.
Yeah. Because I follow Lizzie and I saw the pictures from this wedding and it was insane. Her wedding dress.
Did you see her wedding dress? Yes. Oh my god. I told you the story of when I went to the wedding at the Plaza right when I was like three weeks postpartum? Yes, you did. Like a wedding at the plaza is the most quintessential New York thing. I mean, there’s the Pierre. There’s the New York palace. But a wedding at the Plaza. Yeah, it doesn’t get more posh, iconic, iconic. I mean, and it was everything. You’d imagine it to be the wedding I went to which were very wealthy people. I couldn’t even tell you what a wedding like that would cost but oh, she would be great. I don’t know anything about her. I just know what she looks like the fact that her husband’s a plastic surgeon and that she got married at the plaza and that’s all I need to know.

I’m gonna have to steal that. Okay, and then the other kind of standout. There are quite a few standout moments but Mary’s conversation with her son about did you or did you not get married? I just have to ask like, is he a full grown adult or a 10 year old because what in the actual f was that?
It kind of made me like sad to watch. Now I can’t say if Robert is just like that with his mother. If like that’s their the way that they communicate if he reverts to being a baby or if he’s stunted because it did seem like he was a 10 year old. How old is he? 20? No idea. I think he’s early 20s. But you know, honestly, with Mary being so odd apples trees. I also have to say, first time Watch What Happens Live. She was judging everybody’s outfits, and she was wearing the most bizarre outfit. And then she’s always judging people the cabinets in her kitchen. Or for Micah teal. It reminds me of like a birthday party place in the mid 80s and her chair hers are like somebody on an acid trip like Alice in Wonderland multicolored like Joseph and the Technicolor raincoat or whatever the hell that just No,

It starts with her playing the piano and like frickin terribly like, like a toddler. And then she ends it with a dean and like, Oh my God, you’re you she is I think she’s a little anyway. Then they walk into the foyer and there are white leather couches, just sitting like all this furniture just in the foyer. She’s like, Oh, yeah, this is supposed to be in my living room, but it’s all in here. And then she’s like, Yeah, we’re doing a remodel. And I guess she is finally taking out those green carpets from her living room.

but she’s doing a house tour while there is this renovation. Then she goes into the kitchen and the kitchen like not because the remodel the kitchen is just kind of a mess. There’s like I remember watching last week’s episode when she and Meredith are having champagne and like there’s so much crap on that woman’s I mean, she’s got every single type of tabletop countertop of plants out. Yeah, it’s like out on the counter. Like it’s so strange to me. But anyway, back to the kitchen tour. There’s all these trays with like cloths over she’s like yes, we had after craze everybody eats in their room. We’re old school like, so strange. Then she goes and walks the window shows the view out of the house like down the mountain at the Salt Lake Valley and says there was an earthquake a few years ago and that as a result, the house shifted down the hill and gave him a better view.

At Angie’s Easter party.
Yes. We had posted in August. I told you guys first that she cheated on her husband with her brother with the brother in law. So we knew that and also in that post was that she threw a shoe at the Greek Easter party that Angie Kay hosted on when the person said it pitched Angie Kay off because her daughter was there. Well, yeah. Angie, for not Angie, excuse me, Monica and her mother. Now the mother going over to her at the party and like stopping her fight was weird. This is housewives. This was what they do. I think a lot of followers reached out to me and said that they have experience with toxic parents and that their mother gives them like bad, that bad vibes. I wanted to know your feeling on that. And now today we see Monica’s mother come out and make public because initially, I felt a little sympathetic for the mom like Monica left her there and like yelled at her in front of everybody. But then today mom came out on Twitter and made this statement about my daughter begged me to be on the show. And I love her so much. And Bubba, the only mother I can remember being like this sort of toxic relationship was Bronwyn. And her mom kind of what are your thoughts on this? And
I mean, to me, it goes back to the episode before where they were at the nursing home did I was like, Oh, I don’t like this woman. I can tell this Monica is Mother I can just tell like she is one of those people that she I think she makes life harder. I I got the I just get the feeling like she’s like, you know, there’s someone who’s there’s those mothers who kind of compete with their daughters for attention. Right, I got that vibe from her. And so I really felt like her coming and getting involved, felt more about her than it did about really trying to calm any of the drama down. And it almost was made to design like designed to make Monica look bad. And then especially when she then later goes and sits down and like is pretty much talking shit on Monica. Right? I didn’t I really did not care for any of that. But yeah, I actually I pulled up that her Instagram post. I’m going to read it really quick because now especially seeing her come out and post on Instagram a statement like yes, I really don’t like that
turned it for me because I was kind of like because the the place that I was coming from was not that I think that the mother doesn’t have faults before the Instagram post. I was like Well, the thing about it is and I know that we can all probably relate to this is first of all mothers and daughters relationships can be complicated because you’re very close. And it sometimes you know your mother can help so much like Monica’s mother moved to Salt Lake City to be near her daughter and grandkids and I imagine helps her out a lot as a single mom. So it can sometimes there can be the scope on it. That Monica is like kind of being too hard on her mom not being grateful for the help. But Monica mom coming out publicly first of all, you’re not a housewife. Second of all, why are you publicly like talking bad about your daughter? Like handle it privately. So yeah,
yeah, and let me just say too, I thought Monique has behavior and you know, yelling at her mother was completely inappropriate to so don’t really like either the way either of them behaved. Here is what Monica is mother posted today. Monica begged me to do this reality show with her begged. I didn’t want to do it. She told me all I had to do is cook and speak Portuguese. How did she return the favor? She did me dirty. mean your mother saying this, your mother. Meanwhile, I would never compete with my only child. Unless it’s sports. Who the fuck says that? That’s so weird. So weird. That tells me that she would compete with her anyway. I’m too smart to go up against to try to go up against Monica. She chewed me up and spit me out. So
again, like a backhanded way of making her the bad guy. Lastly,
I never abandon her. I always put her needs above my own, even in her adults, dolt hood. I’m not a perfect human, but I am a devoted mother, mother and Volvo which I think must mean grandmother in Portuguese. God bless us, everyone.

I I do want to see Monica only because I think that the other women are like, carefully crafting what they’re going to do when they’re gonna get activated. And Monica is like, fuck that shit. Yeah. But essentially, she’s out to dinner with Justin and says she feels like she’s drowning since he went back to work and tells a story of him sitting on the couch while she’s making bacon for the kids making lunches the kids are fighting and the dog peed on the couch. And that he sat on the couch the whole time. And then the fire alarm went off because she was dealing with all of it. I mean, I couldn’t identify with that. I mean, I think a lot of a lot of people have gone through that. But just a PSA, asking your partner how can I help is not helpful. You get up and you flip the fucking bacon. You make so many
followers said that to me. They’re like, like, have said that to be like, talking about like house husbands like, you want me to write you a list. There’s another job you just gave me?
Exactly. Yeah. It’s what we call like the shadow work or the invisible work of motherhood partner, hood, domestic life. So I have to say wet knee. I don’t I completely understand. Like, it’s funny to me that Justin is confused about why Whitney doesn’t want to have sex with him. Like,
