The original cocktail was April 15. If she is with child she’s at least 1.75 months along (or more). There are a lot of liability forms with conditions. If the contract says “you cannot compete if you are more then x weeks” then she can’t be in the show. If she lied, that’s liability on the network. The challenges don’t seem dangerous, but if she fell or someone fell on her, fell in the shower, or accidentally drank alcohol and something happened with the alleged bebe she could sue.
