Lenny Hochstein is facing multiple new legal challenges.
The Miami plastic surgeon, who is also known to Bravo fans as the ex-husband of “The Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein, has been named in three separate malpractice lawsuits filed in July 2026.
According to court filings released by law firm Morgan & Morgan, the lawsuits accuse Lenny and Surgery Center of North Miami LLC of negligence after three women allegedly experienced serious complications following cosmetic procedures performed at his North Miami Beach Surgical Center.
The lawsuits involve separate patients and different surgeries spanning from 2022 through 2025.

One lawsuit was filed by a 46-year-old woman who underwent a tummy tuck, liposuction, fat grafting and a breast lift with implants on May 27, 2025.
According to the complaint, she was discharged the same day but later developed worsening symptoms, including abdominal tightness, pain, swelling and discoloration around her incision.
The lawsuit alleges she sought treatment at a California wound-care center on June 17, 2025, where doctors discovered fluid buildup and dead tissue. She claims the complications resulted in months of painful wound care, permanent scarring and deformity.
A second lawsuit involves a woman who underwent breast augmentation on May 6, 2025.
According to the complaint, the consent forms she signed did not disclose that mesh material would allegedly be used in an off-label manner that lacked FDA approval for breast surgery.
The lawsuit also claims she reported that a post-operative drain had become dislodged. Although Lenny allegedly documented a change in breast position and the possible need for revision surgery, the complaint states that no corrective procedure was performed at that time.
The woman later sought treatment from another clinic in Long Island, New York, where she reported breast pain, implant rippling, asymmetry and concerns involving her nipples and areolas.
She underwent revision surgery with another plastic surgeon in September 2025 and alleges she continues to suffer permanent distortion, chronic pain and may require additional corrective procedures.
Third Lawsuit Alleges Years of Ongoing Pain Due to Lisa Hochstein’s Ex
The third lawsuit centers on a woman who underwent a breast augmentation and breast lift in March 2022.
According to the complaint, she developed complications that included breast asymmetry, cleavage distortion and early symmastia, a rare condition in which breast implants shift toward the center of the chest.
The lawsuit states that Lenny performed a second surgery in April 2023, but the patient allegedly experienced significant pain and swelling shortly afterward.
Court documents claim excess fluid had to be drained multiple times and that she continues to suffer chronic pain and persistent breast deformity.
The allegations have not been proven in court, and Lenny has not publicly responded to the lawsuits.
Attorneys Say Patients Continue to Suffer
In a statement shared with People, Morgan & Morgan founder John Morgan and plaintiff attorney Jack Cook said the women continue to deal with both physical and emotional effects.
“When injuries like these occur, ones that involve intimate parts of the body tied directly to a person’s identity, it creates an added layer of emotional damage,” they said. “Every one of these patients has suffered, and continues to suffer, emotional harm from the sense that the trust between surgeon and patient was broken.”
