New details are emerging in the criminal case involving Lisa Hochstein and her ex-boyfriend Jody Glidden—and it’s getting serious.
According to an arrest warrant obtained by People, the “The Real Housewives of Miami” star and Glidden are each facing felony charges after allegedly placing a hidden recording device in Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein’s car during their divorce in 2023.
Authorities claim Lisa borrowed Lenny’s silver Mercedes-Benz GLS 600 Maybach on March 10, 2023, telling him she was considering purchasing one herself. The vehicle was returned two days later, but on March 31, Lenny reportedly discovered a “suspicious device” on the driver’s side floorboard.
The warrant states the device was “covered in tape,” which Lenny believed was used to conceal it under the seat.
Hidden Recordings Allegedly Captured Conversations & Key Moments
After discovering the device, Lenny alerted his attorney and hired experts, who reportedly recovered multiple recordings.
According to the warrant, one recording captured Lisa and Glidden in conversation, along with “the distinct sound of a device such as the hidden recorder being wrestled into place.” At one point, Lisa can allegedly be heard saying, “Done.”
The device later recorded conversations involving Lenny, including discussions about Lisa, their children, his medical practice, finances, and a construction project.
Investigators also reportedly recovered deleted material, including a recording of Lisa and Glidden “engaged in intimate activities,” as well as additional conversations.
Further investigation found that Glidden allegedly purchased “two devices of the exact same make and model” months earlier.
The warrant concludes that authorities believe Lisa and Glidden “installed the hidden recorded device without the victim’s knowledge or consent.”
Lisa Hochstein Surrenders, Enters Not Guilty Plea
Lisa turned herself in on April 15, according to her attorney Jayne Weintraub. She was booked into the Miami-Dade County Corrections and Rehabilitation Department and charged with one count of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications. Lisa was later released on a $5,000 bond and entered a not guilty plea.
Glidden was arrested earlier on April 12 on the same charge. He also posted a $5,000 bond, entered a not guilty plea, waived his appearance at arraignment, and requested a jury trial.
In a statement to People, Weintraub said, “This matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court.”
Lisa Hochstein’s Divorce From Lenny Hochstein Remains Contentious
Lisa and Lenny finalized their divorce in November 2024 after a highly publicized split that began in May 2022 following 13 years of marriage.
As part of the settlement, Lenny was ordered to pay $15,000 per month in child support for their two children, Logan and Elle, with an additional $10,000 per month for Elle once Logan turns 18.
During the divorce, Lisa alleged she was being “financially strangled,” while Lenny’s then-girlfriend Katharina Mazepa filed a restraining order against Lisa that was later dismissed.
Lisa began dating Glidden in early 2023 following her separation, though her January 2026 social media activity sparked speculation about a possible split.
