PK Kemsley Accuses Dorit of Ignoring Foreclosure Crisis

Dorit Kemsley’s milestone 50th birthday celebration has taken an unexpected turn after estranged husband Paul “PK” Kemsley filed new court documents accusing the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star of ignoring the couple’s ongoing foreclosure crisis.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, PK is asking a judge to give him control of the former couple’s Los Angeles home so he can sell it before it falls into foreclosure.

The filing comes as Dorit celebrates her birthday in Paris, where she was recently photographed having lunch with Hermès executive Michael Coste.

PK Kemsley Says Dorit Isn’t Cooperating as Home Faces Foreclosure

In the filing, PK claims he has been trying to resolve the financial issues surrounding the couple’s approximately $8 million home but says Dorit has not cooperated.

According to the documents, PK says he personally contributed $300,000 to stop the property from entering foreclosure after Dorit allegedly agreed to reimburse him once the home sold.

He now wants sole authority to move forward with a sale, claiming waiting for Dorit to return from Europe could put the property at greater risk.

PK also alleges he moved out following the couple’s separation but continued helping with household expenses while Dorit failed to keep up with the mortgage payments.

The filing further claims Dorit spent more than $1 million on luxury purchases and travel while he worked to keep the home from foreclosure.

Dorit Kemsley Celebrates Milestone Birthday in Paris

As the legal battle unfolded back home, Dorit marked her 50th birthday in Paris.

The RHOBH star was spotted celebrating with Michael Coste at the upscale restaurant Siena. According to TMZ, PK claims Dorit has no confirmed return date.

PK also alleges in the filing that the former couple’s two children are currently staying with Dorit’s parents and claims they do not know where their mother is or when she plans to return home.

He further accuses Dorit of prioritizing personal travel over “addressing the urgent financial crisis facing our family home.”

Dorit and PK announced their separation in May 2024 after nearly a decade of marriage. Dorit officially filed for divorce in April 2025.
