Dorit Kemsley is facing criticism from an unexpected source after sharing a Father’s Day message that many fans believed was directed at her estranged husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star recently reposted a video message from Rooted & Blooming, a social media account that describes itself as a page focused on “life post domestic abuse.” The video included a pointed message about fathers who fail to support the mothers of their children.

“I don’t care who gets offended, I’m gonna say it anyway,” the message began.
“A man who makes the mother of his child struggle is a complete failure. There’s nothing respectable about watching the woman raising your child, carrying everything alone without real support.”
The message continued by criticizing fathers who leave mothers overwhelmed while raising children on their own and concluded, “Leadership isn’t control. If she’s doing everything while you’re doing nothing, that’s not strength. That’s neglect in its clearest form.”
Dorit not only reposted the message but also “liked” it, prompting reactions from fans and friends alike.
One of those reactions came from longtime family friend Boy George.
The singer took to his Instagram Story and shared a screenshot of Dorit’s repost. Alongside it, he wrote, “This post on Fathers Day? Absolutely disgusting!”

Boy George’s comments came just days after “The Valley” star Lala Kent revealed that PK had been speaking positively about Dorit during a recent encounter in Las Vegas.
On the June 17 episode of her podcast, “Untraditionally Lala,” Kent recalled seeing PK at the opening of Lisa Vanderpump’s new hotel and said he had nothing but kind things to say about his estranged wife.
“He talked about how proud he was of her,” Lala shared.
The timing of Dorit’s repost quickly caught the attention of Bravo fans, especially given Lala’s recent comments about PK praising the “RHOBH” star.
Dorit and PK announced their separation in 2024 after nearly a decade of marriage. The former couple shares two children: son Jagger, 12, and daughter Phoenix, 10.
