Tensions are already boiling over ahead of the season 3 premiere of “The Valley,” and a new sneak peek shows exactly why.

In the sneak peek for the April 1 episode, Jesse Lally arrives at a group event with girlfriend Lacy Nicole, marking her first on-camera appearance after being referenced but never filmed in season 2. The moment immediately catches Michelle Saniei off guard.

“What the f**k is she doing here?” Michelle asks as Jesse and Lacy walk in together, visibly surprised by the situation.

Michelle quickly shares her confusion with Lala Kent, explaining she had no idea Lacy would be part of filming.

“Nobody told me she was coming because she was like, ‘I would never in my life film,’” Michelle says.

As the scene continues, the tension builds. In a confessional, Michelle reacts to footage of Jesse and Lacy embracing and telling each other “I love you.”

Oh are we allowed to say her name this year?” Michelle says.

She goes on to describe their relationship as strained. “I’m dealing with a person, who thinks she knows everything and she wants everyone to love her, I can tell,” she adds.

Michelle also references past legal tension between them. “Just a reminder, this is the same woman, who had her lawyer send me a cease and desist,” she says in another confessional.

Lala attempts to lighten the mood by complimenting Lacy, saying she has a “banging body,” but Michelle remains unmoved. “She’s just not my cup of tea,” Michelle responds.

‘The Valley’ Season 3 Context: Jesse & Michelle’s Split and Lacy’s Introduction

The tense interaction comes after Jesse and Michelle’s highly publicized breakup, which has been a central storyline on “The Valley.”

The former couple separated in October 2023 and announced their split in March 2024. Their divorce was finalized in October 2025. Season 2 documented their fallout, including disagreements over co-parenting and moving on.

Lacy was not featured on camera last season.

Even without appearing on screen, Jesse referenced Lacy throughout season 2 as his “friend in Orange County.”

Since then, their relationship has become more public. The couple made their red carpet debut in April 2024, and Jesse later shared that Lacy has formed a strong bond with his daughter.

“She’s an incredible influence on my daughter, which is one of the reasons I introduced her to my daughter,” Jesse said in a previous interview with People. “She’s such a stable, sophisticated woman.”

Now, with Lacy officially stepping into the spotlight, season 3 of “The Valley” is starting with heightened tension.

“The Valley” season 3 premieres Wednesday, April 1, at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
