Dolores Catania is weighing in on the growing chatter surrounding the future of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.” As rumors swirl that Bravo could overhaul the cast for season 15, Dolores shared her thoughts on the network test filming potential new Housewives — and Jennifer Aydin revealed what Teresa Giudice recently told her about the situation.

The possible shake-up has become a hot topic among fans after insiders claimed producers are exploring new casting options for the long-running Bravo series.

Dolores Catania Responds to RHONJ Test Filming With Potential New Housewives

Dolores addressed the rumors during a conversation on Jennifer Aydin’s podcast “Two Ts in a Pod” spinoff, “TV Gold,” where Jennifer asked about reports that Bravo has been filming potential new cast members.

“You did test film with some potential housewives, yes?” Jennifer asked.

Dolores did not reveal much but hinted that some hopefuls may not be ready for reality TV just yet.

“Test filming is not – I go, ‘You’re so far from being on camera,’” Dolores said cryptically while discussing the rumored newcomers.

Rumors about casting changes began circulating weeks ago when insiders claimed Bravo was exploring fresh faces for season 15. At the same time, speculation suggested that longtime stars Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga and Dolores could potentially remain part of the show if producers decide to blend current cast members with newcomers.

Jennifer also revealed that even Teresa does not appear to know what Bravo has planned next.

“But even Teresa [told] me, ‘Jen … they [are telling] us nothing,’” Jennifer said.

She added that the cast is still waiting to hear whether Bravo plans to keep some current Housewives, add new ones, or start over completely.

“So who knows if they’re going to keep some [castmates] and then add new [ones], or reboot totally,” Jennifer said.

Dolores also weighed in on the idea of a full reboot, referencing Bravo’s decision to overhaul the cast of “The Real Housewives of New York City.”

“It didn’t work for New York,” Dolores said.
