Reza Farahan is spilling tea about Jill Zarin — and according to him, she was not exactly heartbroken when “The Real Housewives of New York: Legacy” fell apart.
On a recent appearance on SiriusXM’s Page Six Radio, Reza claimed Jill told him point-blank that she was “proud” the spinoff collapsed because she demanded more money.

Reza, who previously starred on “Shahs of Sunset” and now appears on “The Valley: Persian Style,” said the conversation happened while they were filming Prime Video’s competition series “The Goat.”
“While I was at ‘The Goat’ and [Jill and I] were standing in the doorway walking out to do a competition, she said to me, ‘You know that [Legacy] fell apart because of me. I wanted the same amount they were paying Luann. And they told me that I didn’t deserve it because Luann had been on this whole time, and I wasn’t. And I demanded the money,’” Reza recalled.
According to Reza, Jill wasn’t upset about the fallout.
“And she was proud that the show had fallen apart because she put her foot down,” he said.
As Bravo fans remember, “RHONY: Legacy” ultimately stalled after contract negotiations reportedly broke down because of Jill’s demands.
Reza Recalls Jill ‘Coming Out Against’ Him
Reza also revisited past tension with Jill, claiming she publicly criticized him during the height of “Shahs of Sunset.”
“When ‘Shahs’ was in its heyday, she had been fired from ‘RHONY,’” Reza said. “And she came out against me and was like saying, you know, ‘Bravo’s gone to the gutter. He’s at a gay bar sniffing armpits.’”
He later encountered Jill at a dinner party and said she attempted to smooth things over.
“She had to write an apology card and gave me some cookies,” he shared. “So I was like, ‘You know what? Let me give this lady another chance. I don’t even know her.’ And then we did ‘The Goat’ together and it went left.”
Reza added that people at Bravo had cautioned him.
“Everyone at Bravo warned me about her,” he said. “And I was like, okay, they were all right. I thought she was my friend while we were there… but I realized, ‘Oh, not only is she working against me, but she’s in everyone’s ear about me.’”
Jill’s Racist Instagram Post Immediately Sparks Backlash

The comments come just days after Jill was let go from E!’s “The Golden Life,” a planned reunion-style series featuring former RHONY castmates.
Her exit followed backlash over a since-deleted Instagram video criticizing Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show. In the clip, she called it the “worst halftime show ever” and questioned the performance being in Spanish, adding it was “totally inappropriate” while questioning why there were not any “white people.”
Afterward, Zarin Fabrics — the company founded by her late husband Bobby’s family — publicly distanced itself. The business posted an image of Jill with a red X over her face and wrote, “Zarin Fabrics stands firmly against racism, discrimination, and rhetoric that seeks to exclude or diminish people based on identity, culture, or background.”
Andy Cohen addressed the situation on his SiriusXM show, saying he didn’t “really have anything to say” and added, “If you want further comment, call E!.”
