As Bravo and Cocktails previously reported, the original cast of Bravo’s beloved “The Real Housewives of New York City” has reportedly packed up their pinot and jumped to another network under the NBCUniversal umbrella.
Luann de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, Jill Zarin, Kelly Bensimon, and Ramona Singer have signed a deal with E! and are expected to have a new series on the air by the end of the year. Dorinda will also appear in a friend of capacitu! The series is rumored to be called “The Golden Life” and it will follow the cast’s lives in Florida, not in NYC.
Multiple sources also claim the network shift stems from Ramona being banned from Bravo.
I expect good ratings for the first few episodes but let’s be real. This group needs Bethenny.

I don’t care what anyone says, we are ALL watching this lol.
Aren’t Jill & Ramona the only ones who actually live in fl? Is Kelly going to run down the beach instead of in the middle of the street? lol
I get that the reason for Florida is because most of them live there now, but I don’t think it’ll have the same magic and NYC. Also, having Ramona and Kelly makes me less excited about it, but I’ll probably watch 1 or 2 episodes.
