On October 26, Jill, 61, shared a clip on Instagram joking about her “love language” being a cold Diet Coke from her own vending machine. But followers quickly shifted the focus to her appearance, saying the Bravo OG looked nothing like herself.

“You look like you’re in your twenties, Jill,” one fan gushed, while another wrote, “You look 15 years younger!” Not everyone was so kind, though.

“Wow— that does not even look like your face anymore. Not bad, just an entirely different face,” one user commented. Another quipped, “Between the Ozempic and the plastic surgery, I gotta ask … Who are you??”

Fans Compare Jill to Heather McDonald and Jennifer Grey

On X (formerly Twitter), users didn’t hold back. One post featuring screenshots from Jill’s video read, “Oh my god that surgeon put his foot on the back of Jill Zarin’s neck and yanked her so hard she became Heather McDonald.” Others piled on, claiming she looked like “AI” or “Jennifer Grey 2.0.”

“OMG. At first glance, I thought this was Jennifer Grey,” one person wrote, while another added, “All the Housewives are starting to look like each other!”

Jill has openly discussed her cosmetic procedures before, admitting last year to having a lower facelift and “a few other minor tweaks.” Still, fans weren’t ready for the dramatic transformation.

While some praised her for looking youthful, others couldn’t help but mourn the old Jill — the outspoken RHONY original who helped define the early days of Bravo.

Looks like even a vending machine Diet Coke can’t cool off this much fan heat.
