Bravo fans finally got their first official look at “The Valley: Persian Style,” the highly anticipated Shahs of Sunset reboot — but Cocktailers had this tea days ago. While BravoCon 2025 attendees gasped as the trailer rolled out on November 14, Bravo and Cocktails readers already knew the premiere month.

A tip sent in on November 11 spelled it out clearly: “Shahs of Sunset reboot will air in January.” Once again, Cocktailers stay winning.

Details on the ‘Shahs of Sunset’ Revival

Bravo first announced the reboot on May 7, confirming that Reza Farahan, Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi, and Mercedes “MJ” Javid would return for season 1 of “The Valley: Persian Style.” The three became household names over a decade ago on “Shahs of Sunset,” and now fans will see what their lives look like in a new era, with bigger families, bigger challenges, and — from the looks of this trailer — bigger drama.

According to Bravo, the reboot follows Reza, GG, and MJ as they navigate life in the Valley with friends who feel like family. The network describes them as having “an unbreakable bond — one built on years of friendship, fiery clashes and the kind of history that never fades.” Their connection to Persian culture remains front and center, even as the group tackles new complications. “As they take on the next stage of life in the Valley, their world is bigger, their circle is bolder and their challenges are more real than ever,” the announcement teases.

Joining the core trio are Tanin Nikpey, Greg Haroutunian, Amir Boroumand, Natasha Kashanian, Sky Askari, Bamshad Akhbari, Tommy Feight, Adam Neely, and Reza Jackson.

The new trailer shows that the reboot isn’t easing into anything. The drama is immediate, loud, and exactly what fans expect from this crew.

One major feud forms between Sky and GG over — of all things — whether Sky even likes the Valley. “I don’t like the food, I don’t like the vibe…” Sky complains, prompting GG to clap back, “Bro, we’re on a TV show called The…Valley!”

The tension escalates until GG shouts, “I wasn’t raising my voice until you raised your…voice at me!” Sky fires back with, “I will drop you like the napkin that I clear my nose with.” Bamshad gets dragged for “just sitting there,” because of course he does.

Elsewhere, GG reunites with her ex-husband Dennis DeSantis, admitting, “I haven’t spoken to him since a week after we got married.” Reza reflects on how much life has changed: “Since ‘Shahs’ ended, we’ve all become, like, grown.” MJ agrees, saying, “In the last five years, a lot has happened. We have kids now.”

But MJ’s marriage to Tommy Feight appears to still be on shaky ground. She confesses, “I just don’t feel happy,” while her mother Vida warns, “you cannot teach an old monkey a new trick.” In a separate scene, Vida tells Tommy that MJ is unhappy, and he bluntly replies, “Then she should get divorced.” The couple ultimately filed for divorce in October 2025.

And yes — Cocktailers already knew this too — the series premieres Thursday, January 8 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo, with next-day streaming on Peacock.
