Heather Dubrow’s Family Weekend and Loyalty to Shannon Beador Played a Role

“Terry and I were invited to the wedding,Heather explained. We were at Parents Weekend this weekend with our daughter.”

Alexis and John tied the knot on Friday, October 3, the same day Heather and Terry landed in Connecticut to visit their youngest daughter, Kat Dubrow, at Yale University. The trip coincided with Kat’s birthday, making it a family weekend Heather wasn’t willing to miss.

“Happy 19th to our beautiful Katty!!!she wrote on Instagram. You are so special to us and we are so proud of you !!! I miss you already !!!!”

But that wasn’t the only reason. Heather admitted that her close friendship with Shannon Storms Beador — who dated John for years — also made the invitation tricky. You know, [it was a] complicated invite because, obviously, Shannon’s a good friend, and we’re not friends with Alexis and John as a couple,Heather said. But I do think Alexis is a great mom and a great girl, and I wish her all the happiness in the world.”

The Dubrows weren’t the only familiar faces invited. Jo De La Rosa,The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboysstar Galyna Saltkovska, and Tamra Judge attended. OnTwo Ts in a Pod,Tamra described the ranch wedding asbeautifulanddrama-free which might be a first for Orange County.
