After years of tough treatments and emotional updates, Teddi Mellencamp has finally shared the kind of news fans have been praying for — her cancer is currently undetectable.

Teddi Mellencamp Gives Major Health Update on Podcast

Nearly three years after receiving her initial cancer diagnosis, the former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star shared the life-changing update on her podcast “Two Ts in a Pod,” which she co-hosts with Tamra Judge.

“Just to give a little life update to you guys … at this point there is no detectable cancer,” Teddi said, her voice emotional.

She explained that she received the news during a recent appointment. “When they told me I was in such shock I was like numb,” she recalled.

But Teddi also made it clear that while the scans came back clean, her journey isn’t completely over. “I still need to stay on immunotherapy,” she said. “And I’m not considered in remission or anything like that.”

She added, “I’m still going to be having days where I’m feeling sick and stuff because I still am in immunotherapy so I’m still fighting. People think just because the cancer’s gone that I can’t still get sick or whatever but I’m still in treatment so I still have a compromised immune system so I have to still be careful.”

Her co-host Tamra Judge was visibly moved. “Oh I’m so happy,” she said. “That took my breath away.”

Following the episode, Teddi took to Instagram to share the good news with her followers, who flooded her comments with love and support. Dolores Catania of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” wrote, “[Teddi], you’re a beacon of hope! Your unrelenting spirit is a testament to your strength.”
