Meghan King is pushing back after Jim Edmonds’ wife, Kortnie O’Connor, called the cops on her earlier this year, accusing the Real Housewives of Orange Countyalum of barging into their Missouri home without permission. Kortnie didn’t stop there — she also filed for a restraining order.

Meghan King Denies Kortnie O’Connor’s Claims

According to a police report from the Frontenac Police Department on September 3, officers were called to the Edmonds’ residence on May 1 after Meghan was reportedlycausing a disturbance.By the time police arrived, Meghan had already driven away in her Jeep, but when pulled over, she insisted she was only there to drop off clothes for her daughter Aspen, 8, after arranging the hand-off with Jim.

Meghan’s team claims that’s exactly what happened. The recent incident involving Meghan King has been mischaracterized. Meghan was simply attempting to drop off her daughter’s dress at the request of Jim Edmonds and in coordination regarding their child’s needs, her rep told Us Weekly.

They added that video footage would clear her name if made public:Meghan briefly called to her daughter from the doorway, never stepped inside, had the door slammed in her face, and calmly left her belongings on the porch.”

But Kortnie painted a different picture, telling officers that Meghan rang the doorbell multiple times, yelled for Aspen, and even kept her foot in the door so it couldn’t be closed. After Kortnie demanded that she leave, she sought harassment charges, but the police later deemed the case a civil matter and refused to pursue the charges. Instead, Kortnie pursued a restraining order, which resulted in Meghan agreeing to stay 150 feet away and keep Kortnie off her social media.

Meghan’s rep brushed it off as overblown:Meghan is unfazed because she doesn’t want to escalate conflict. She just wants to take care of her family in peace. Meanwhile, a rep for Jim and Kortnie kept it short, telling the outlet,We’re going to let the facts speak for themselves.”
