Looks like Whitney Rose’s “healing era” is hitting a snag. The “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star and her husband, Justin Rose, are in for a rough ride when season 6 premieres — and money is at the center of the storm.
Whitney Rose Has Another Business ‘Misstep’
During the season 5 reunion, Whitney promised she was going all in on her jewelry brand PRISM and keeping Justin far, far away from Housewives drama. Well… fast forward to season 6, and according to Bravo’s official synopsis, the Roses are “picking up the pieces and rebuilding their finances after a devastating misstep with her company.”
Apparently, another business rebrand didn’t pay off. Whitney has already changed her skincare line from Iris + Beau to Wild Rose Beauty, and now to something else entirely. (Maybe someone should just take her Canva login away.) She also co-hosts “The Wild Rose Podcast” — but at this point, Cocktailers are wondering if even the podcast is headed for a new name.
Money Woes and Marriage Rumors
Of course, Whitney’s financial stress isn’t the only storyline coming her way. The season 6 synopsis also teases her feud with Lisa Barlow hitting “an all-time high.” (Shocking. Lisa fighting with a co-star again? Groundbreaking.)
As for her marriage, Whitney swatted away rumors on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” in January, saying the breakup chatter always kicks up “every time I get in fights with a certain cast mate.” She doubled down that “Justin, obviously, is not going anywhere,” even pointing him out in the studio audience for good measure.
Still, longtime viewers know Justin and Whitney’s road hasn’t exactly been smooth. Back in season 3, Justin lost his job — partially due to his participation on the show — and the couple’s finances took a major hit. Whitney has admitted that the cameras have put extra pressure on their relationship but insists the experience has made them better communicators.
“Marriage is up and down. Relationships are up and down,” Whitney told “Bravo’s The Daily Dish” in late 2024. “But the show has really taught us the importance of communication.”
Financial struggles, Lisa drama, and marriage rumors? Whitney’s season 6 tagline practically writes itself.
“The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” season 6 premieres September 16 at 8/7c on Bravo.
