When “The Real Housewives of Orange County” first hit Bravo in 2006, no one could have predicted the pop culture juggernaut that it would become. As the franchise expanded — from Beverly Hills to Dubai — the show proved one thing: drama pays. Viewers tuned in for the luxury, stayed for the chaos, and eventually became hooked on the cast’s complicated personal lives and lavish lifestyles. But just how rich are the Housewives when the cameras stop rolling?

From generational wealth to entrepreneurial empires, there are a few Housewives who have stacked serious fortunes. Whether they earned it, married into it, or launched multimillion-dollar businesses, these ten women are the richest in Housewives history. And yes, number one on the list is a name you probably didn’t see coming.

Adrienne Maloof $60 Million

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”

As part of the Maloof dynasty, she didn’t need “RHOBH” to make her fortune. According to Celebrity Net Worth, her three seasons as a main cast member and her multiple guest appearances sure added to her pop culture cred.

From owning the Palms Casino Resort to co-owning the Sacramento Kings and Vegas Golden Knights, Maloof spent over two decades managing major family business ventures. Her time on “RHOBH” and her marriage to plastic surgeon and “Botched” star Paul Nassif gave fans a peek inside the glamorous and sometimes tense world of big money in Beverly Hills.

Heather Dubrow — $70 Million

“The Real Housewives of Orange County”

A former actress turned lifestyle mogul, Heather Dubrow, made her money alongside her husband, celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow. Together, they’ve launched skincare lines, written best-selling books, and built (and sold) multimillion-dollar mansions.

Dubrow’s podcast, champagne brand, and Bravo comeback have made it clear that she knows how to turn fame into fortune.

Bethenny Frankel —  $80 Million

“The Real Housewives of New York”

Frankel transformed reality TV fame into a business empire. Her Skinnygirl brand sold for a reported $100 million. She’s also flipped homes and invested in startups, such as Cameo, with significant returns. Love her or hate her, Frankel is the blueprint for building wealth and creating a brand built on Bravo fame.

Lea Black — $85 Million

“The Real Housewives of Miami”

Black was one of “RHOM’s” original stars and a longtime Miami socialite. Married to high-profile attorney Roy Black, she’s also a skincare entrepreneur, author, and philanthropist. Her charity gala alone has raised millions, and has made her one of the few Housewives equally known for giving as much as she has.

Lisa Hochstein — $90 Million

“The Real Housewives of Miami”

Hochstein made waves for her opulent lifestyle and very public divorce from Dr. Lenny Hochstein. The couple co-owned Hochstein Medspa and multiple real estate ventures. Despite ongoing legal battles, the former model’s net worth continues to be near the top when it comes to the Housewives franchise.

Lisa Vanderpump — $90 Million

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”

A restaurant mogul with her own spin-off, “Vanderpump Rules,” Lisa Vanderpump and her husband, Ken Todd, have built an empire of eateries, retail lines, and pet brands. From SUR to Villa Blanca, the Queen of Pink turned fine dining and dog rescue into a multimillion-dollar brand.

Kyle Richards —  $100 Million

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”

An “RHOBH” OG, Richards is a former child star who has stayed front and center in the Bravo universe for over a decade. Married to real estate magnate Mauricio Umansky, her earnings come from multiple business ventures, a memoir, and reality TV. Her family’s ties to the Hiltons don’t hurt either.

Diana Jenkins — $300 Million

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”

Jenkins’ journey from war-torn Sarajevo to Beverly Hills multi-millionaire is remarkable. After a massive $300 million divorce settlement and successful wellness drink company, she dipped into the “RHOBH” drama for just one season. Just long enough to flash her wealth and make headlines.

Since then, Jenkins has bought and sold a three-acre clifftop property in Malibu that earned her a substantial profit. She sold the property to her neighbor, Whatsapp co-founder Jan Kourn, for $87 million.

Kathy Hilton — $350 Million

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”

Mom to Paris and Nicky, Hilton was a child star just like her sisters, Kyle and Kim Richards. But her wealth comes from her marriage to Hilton Hotels heir Richard Hilton and her own savvy fashion and business ventures. Though she’s only appeared as a friend of the Housewives, her luxurious lifestyle puts her near the top of the list.

Hilton has designed her own collection of party dresses for Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Nordstrom. She also sold her own line of skincare products on the home-shopping network HSN. Richard Hilton recently sold his real estate firm, Hilton and Hyland, adding millions more to the couple’s net worth.

Nina Ali — $1 Billion

“The Real Housewives of Dubai”

Yes, you read that right — $1 billion. Nina Ali starred in the first season of “RHODubai” before choosing to walk away from the Bravo series.  She is married to crypto and finance entrepreneur Munaf Ali, who founded a cryptocurrency company in Dubai.

Ali’s own ventures as social media influencer @lipstockmommy on Instagram and as a fruitcake entrepreneur have helped build her brand. But, it’s her billionaire husband who rockets her to the top of this list.

The Real Housewives franchise is now streaming on Peacock.
