We end with some breaking news that Luis Ruelas has been hit with a $2.5 million tax lien by the state of New Jersey. But we start with the trailer everyone’s talking about – Vanderpump Villa, featuring the MomTok ladies. We have some exclusive and very juicy tea about one of the women (and it’s not Demi) being seen with Marciano from VV in public doing…well, you have to listen to find out. Are the rest of the Summer House piling on to Craig, or did they feel this way about him the whole time he was in a relationship with Paige? What’s up? Cocktailers, hello, Amanda. Hi. B Hi cocktailers, don’t mind my nasally voice. I have what was allergies, which I believe has turned into a sinus infection, because I never quite realize, yeah, I never quite realized, Oh, your allergies are starting. Take your medicine. No, I let it get to the point where I feel sick. I start medicine, and I think it’s too late. So after this pod, I shall be doing something with a doctor that includes a diagnosis, yeah, hopefully you get that. Yeah. And I’m one of those people. I have terrible allergies. I went through like, multiple rounds of allergy shots, where you have to get them once or twice a week. So now I just also to manage it. I just take an allergy pill on doctor’s orders every single day of the year, because it does make a difference if you don’t get ahead of it, if you don’t stay ahead of it, which is, that’s what I need to do. And I just don’t, because, like, in the dead of winter, I don’t really have anything, yeah, yeah. And I’m gonna do that from now on. I say the same thing every year. Get Wealthy. So guys, it is our 100 and 50th episode, like, of the regular pod, not including all the other bonus pods that we have done. So which means we have 300 parts, like something crazy, like that. Yes, so we’re still here. I think you guys were still listening. You know what’s funny with all these people announcing their podcasts like it, in one day we had Michelle from I know you guys are like, who’s Michelle. She is the completely new person from the Valley, which I call Valley village, who separated from her husband, Jesse, yeah, we have Erin Liche and her husband, Abe. And who the heck was the third we have Brynn, who is doing a video podcast from Spotify. Bryn, but there was, that was a couple days before then there was somebody else ever what are we forgetting now? Oh, Jax is doing his own in the mind of a man, yeah, but I hope, and a tour, whatever. There are so many and so then somebody posted, and they were like, oh, shout out, Gibson. What’s Gibson’s handle? I always say Gibson, Noma, who I.
Love. Shout out to Gibson. He posted a picture of Salt Lake City, and he’s just like to point out not a podcast among them, and I had a reposted and right Meredith actually did have a short lived one, and a lot of you guys pointed out that Whitney apparently also had one, which I don’t remember. So a lot of podcasters say it, but it isn’t easy in a saturated market, because there’s only so many so much time in a day for people. So the fact that you guys pick us for your Bravo scoop. We love you guys, and it is not unnoticed and it is not lost on us. We truly appreciate it. Yeah, it’s 100% because of you guys. So thank you. And I do want to take the opportunity just to ask you guys, because we don’t really ask this very often, and if we do, it’s never at the top of the pod, but because it’s 150 we would love it if you guys could review and share our pod with anybody who’s Bravo and gossip obsessed. Okay, originally we were gonna start out talking about something else, but shortly before we started recording, the Vanderpump Villa trailer dropped, and people are talking about it, my DMs blew up. So yes, the obvious. First, the obvious. So happy. Stassi is back, and it looks like she’s given us some stuff. So we love it, not just meddling Vanderpump style, but we see her kind of go to blows with Bo a little bit. So not that we want to see them fighting, but it’s nice to feel like we’re getting a real glimpse and she’s not just doing like the LVP leva thing, right? It’s not all. You know, rose and butterflies when you have two small children, so good for them. I don’t think Stassi has the capacity to not be authentic. I just feel like whatever’s happening, if there’s a camera, they’re gonna get it, which is why she is one of the top reality stars of all time, and why she’s had so much success. I am a big you guys know, I’m always been a big Stasi fan, so I’m excited for her. I came over to being a fan of hers later, because I think I realized how awesome she was looking back on it in the moment when she first came out, I was like, Oh my God, she’s so delusional, but that’s why she’s such good TV. And wiser and older, I’ve recognized that, yeah, and like her mean girl lines like, definitely mean girl, but makes great television, fantastic. Okay, so I want to talk about what we see in this trailer. So the mom talk girls come to Vanderpump villa, which is in Italy this year instead of France. I forget if we knew that they made an appearance. But if you guys remember back in September we got exclusive cocktail only. So if you guys are not cocktail members, you may not even know about this. Yeah, but Jesse of mom talk was reportedly making out with marchiato, who’s on, I know Vanderpump Villa didn’t have as many viewers season one, so you may not even know who that is, but he was on Vanderpump season one. He’s on the second season. We’re all tuning in second season. So yeah, with the program. So we knew that they were making out in bars because Jesse somehow made a friendship with Sheena. And it all makes sense. Now, Sheena was probably trying to get her ass on Vanderpump Villa at the time, we were like, Why is Sheena hanging out with Jesse from mom talk, but Ta da, she was looking to get on Vanderpump Villa because it was all around the same time. Oh, that would make sense, right?
So in the clip we saw today, it’s not Jesse, but Demi, who we see her and marchiano hugging each other, talking about having a connection. Coincidentally, Jesse and Demi have recently, or maybe not recently, but they are currently in a beef. None of us know why Marciano is the common denominator, because we know he was making out with Jesse in a bar. Allegedly, we had eyewitnesses, and now we see him on the trailer say he has a connection with Debbie. So did he hook up with both of them, or maybe he hooked me out with Jesse, but him and Demi had a connection. Listen, we’re gonna find out. This is literally all unfolding in real time, so it could be entering my inbox now. So cocktails, keep your eyes open. I’m posting this all in real time, real time. I’m going to be reposting all of the Intel, but there is a Mom Talk Vanderpump Villa crossover that involves Sheena and potentially more Vanderpump people. It’s mess. It is mess. So for those of you guys, because I know a lot of people have a hard time, we I know who is who, but we hear from cocktails like I can’t remember who’s who and who the mom talk people are. So Jesse is the one who’s the hairdresser, who has the salon. Everybody comes in and she has the dark, the darker hair, with the highlights, and then Demi is that they look Demi and Jesse actually look like Demi is the one who is married to.
To the hot Silver Fox, who used to be married to Angie, blonde Angie from Salt Lake City, if you remember that, yes, I forget what his name is. Yeah, here is the post that we shared. We’ve got a couple posts for you guys, and these are definitely, I actually was googling today just to see if anybody else has picked up the story, and not that I can find out. So this is still an exclusive. It says, Okay, so we went to sir and Tom. We met Sheena, and she was with Jesse from Secret Lives of Mormon wives at both places, and one of the guys from Vanderpump, Villa, marchiano, Jesse again, guys, remember, she was married, is married. Was married. We don’t know. It says Jesse was kissing Marciano at Tom Tom. Publicly, she’s married, what the f? And they’re not separated. He’s in her current stories. And then a couple weeks later, we post, okay, this is another thing we got sent in. Okay. So yes, Jesse from mom talk was making out with Marciano. Ask any of the valley girls, Sheena told them all about it. I know you posted a couple of weeks ago. She was also all over another guy too. Lol, married and giving zero. F’s wild, wild. So I’m trying to figure out the timeline, because we posted the first post of them making out September 25 so the question becomes, when did she when did they film Vanderpump villa? I think it was an end of last summer. Yeah. So it seems like by a matter of weeks or days. Demi, I don’t know if we call her Demi or Demi. I don’t know, and not that attached to the mom talk, but I feel like we’re about to be attached because they’re dramatic. Demi. Demi was filming Vanderpump end of summer, and end of September was when Jesse was making out with him in bars while they’re both married and nine, neither should be in an entanglement, no, no with another man. And unless they have open marriages, it would appear that at least Jesse does, because she was publicly making out, and then on another visit, her husband was there. Like days later, she was out partying with him, and this is all in cocktail. I’m gonna make you guys a master post again, this was happening. We literally added this to our notes for the pod we are now recording. And once we hop off, I will make the master list. So let’s see. She even was in a few of Sheena’s YouTube vlogs, hanging out at events at Sheena’s house, and Mariano was there too. Yes, perhaps when she started making out with Jesse. Sheena does a lot, but Sheena, I can see there’s a very real chance that when she started making out with Marciano, and she realized, like, what the heck? Sheena didn’t want to be involved with her because she’s no longer commenting on her posts, and it seems that fast friendship has fizzled just as fast. Yeah. I Yeah, I agree. I’m sure Sheena is trying to distance herself after that happened, right? Please. I don’t blame her. Yeah, I think it’ll be good. I can’t wait for sassy, spicy commentary throughout the show. I think I actually like from seeing that, seeing that trailer, that they added a little element of competition for all the staff, where they’ll give a bonus and a special job opportunity, because I almost felt like last year they were almost almost motivated to do their worst because it made better TV. Yeah, I think is like the number one in this. I say this with so much love, the number one best meddler, and will be like, She’s perfect for the job. Okay, I want to move on to move on to what we were originally going to talk about, and what you and I actually started talking about before we started recording, because here we are. It is what today. Let’s say March 20, three months, four months after Paige and Craig have broken up, and we are still talking about this. We’re definitely starting to see the crumbling in front of our faces across both shows that are both currently airing, which reminds me of how we felt about watching Sandra pump after scandal ball without the scandal obviously. So we just had summer house last night. We just got the trailer for the southern charm reunion, we see Andy outright ask Craig if Paige left him for another guy or, I guess he calls him the new guy. Ouch. Yeah. And then we see so this is the Southern charm trailer, right, which we got before we got the latest episode of summer house, which we’ll get to. So we see Shep say if it looks like a duck and if it talks like a duck. So we can basically assume, because the reunion hasn’t aired yet, that they’re all kind of the Southern charm cast is an agreement that he got dumped for a new guy. We’ve discussed it. I don’t believe that’s the case. I think we’re watching it play out now that there were issues in their relationship, that although they’re being caught on camera.
Yeah, it doesn’t seem like they shared too much, like it doesn’t seem like Paige, in real time, shared too much. We’re seeing her say a little bit to Amanda and Sierra. But I would like to note that when they broke up in interviews, Sierra and Amanda both acted like they couldn’t believe it. A lot of people call it. A lot of people calling Craig a liar are starting to get, in real time, caught in lies, but I digress. Yeah, and I’ll get to why I have an issue with that. Yeah, I don’t know. Let’s get to the summer house episode. I think, because that’s where I can really put it all together, as far as my opinion. So on this episode, Craig is actually there of summer house page’s show. Craig is there this weekend. He gets a warm welcome from everybody, and then they’re literally all just getting settled in. They’ve done this birthday surprise for Amanda. They’re eating all the snacks and the cake, and we see Jesse say to Sierra, as they’re all kind of sitting around the table, did they make up? Meaning Craig and Kyle, because Craig and Kyle were talking to each other, and the whole table was talking to each other, although there were a lot of non verbal cues, definitely a letter. She did not think they made up. No, he was yeah, he was definitely stirring the pot. Yeah, you could tell like things were not. All was not well. Jesse knows how to be a producer’s darling, doesn’t he? He is a great I said it from the very beginning. He is a great reality star. He comes out. He’s bold. He’s not scared. To get things moving, just him and pressed, doing that weird handstand thing in front of the mirror, just fucking around, putting their beds together, like they’re, why am I blanking on the names of the guys and step brothers? Yes, it’s like, it’s obvious they’re self producing, but they’re really good at it, and they are naturally funny guys. So it works for them. Yeah, it really works for them. Like they’re good at the sense that they’re putting it on for the cameras. But you also get the sense that if the cameras weren’t there, they’d be goofing off similarly. Yeah, just came. But do I think that Jesse would ask that if there weren’t cameras there, I think Jesse would mind his mother business, but we need him, and we need somebody to ask, so I appreciate that he asked. I’m not knocking it. Yeah? So Craig says, So then Kyle’s, yeah, no, we haven’t made up. And now when Kyle starts talking, because it was just a lot of like, handing around pizza and, like casual talks, but as it was dinner time, so we’re noticing, okay, Kyle’s slowing the word. So Kyle is the point in the night where he’s had 47 lover boys and is couple sheets to the wind, and so Craig’s Listen, we definitely need to have a conversation. But not tonight. I had a long drive. I think it was nice that Craig didn’t turn around and say, You know what, you’re slowing your words. And I don’t want to have this conversation. But I think that Craig wouldn’t say that because he doesn’t want to look like a hypocrite, because how many times have we watched him slur his words, but, but he wasn’t like, acting judgy. We was just like, Listen, I’m shot, I’m tired. I want we have to have the conversation. Let’s do it tomorrow. Kyle does some whole production and storms off and calls Craig a psycho, but then when nobody follows him, he just walks back in and everyone ignores it, which I thought was so funny, like Kyle is so intentionally funny, but like it’s coming around to where we’re always laughing at him and never with him, completely true. and how did Kyle, I don’t how, no, how did he get drunk so fast? Because it feels like they had, like, just gotten there. Essentially, that’s editing, right? Because they got there early afternoon. And so if he’s.
Started slamming drinks, and we he’s always showing drinking lover boy, if he had a couple martinis in between, yeah, over the course of a couple hours, yeah. And I think Craig was smart to also say that page, like I didn’t like his Kyle’s implication, like the conversation, we would be quick, because they would just chat real quick, implying that it was just a small thing to sort out. Because it’s, it clearly is not a small thing for either Craig or Kyle. And we’ve seen in the press, we’ve that was a it was a big thing last summer. And I remember you and I talking about, I’m so curious to see how this whole fight over Spirit Society and lover boy. Like, how this all comes onto, yes, so, and then we, of course, we see more of the tension. Like, you can tell, like Paige is off that whole Friday, and then she even says she’s like, there’s stuff that has happened that’s she’s like, I’m annoyed by that whole situation, but I’m also annoyed by some things that had happened in my and Craig’s relationship, right? So she tells Amanda about their dinner in the city, where Craig says, I want to make sure you that I stay a priority for you while you’re on your tour. And Paige says to Amanda that the comments really bother her because she’s nervous enough for the tour and then without him adding this extra pressure, his words are making her feel like she also has to be worried that he’s going to be upset with her the whole time. And I can absolutely see why that would be upsetting to her. Yeah, I do think it’s I want to know what you think about this. Absolutely can see why that would be upsetting to her. His reaction of, whoa. We have to still make our relationship we’re both busy. We have to still make a relationship a priority. And she’s okay, dude, but I’m doing like a 60 city tour. Can you not put that pressure on me? I know I would feel the same exact way. Do you think it’s interesting that, like she chose because we know, and everyone has said it, even after they broke up, that they really Craig and Paige kept a lot of their relationship to themselves, right? So Paige isn’t like Amanda, who just fends to everybody. She’s not like that. So in the midst of the Kyle and Craig fight, which obviously Amanda was nice to Craig when he showed up and to page whatever, Amanda’s not happy with Craig, right? Because her and her husband are in a beef and she even said, I think Craig was wrong about the liquor deal or whatever. Yeah, so is it a curious choice that Paige, who never shared many relationship issues, chose to share them with Amanda like she could have chose to share them with Sierra. Hmm, she did it on camera. It’s almost I have to wonder if she had already made up her mind about the breakup, because she has always kept her relationship as private as they can. Anything that has gotten out has been like Lindsay getting it out, or other people getting it out, yeah, like even him getting thrown out of the wedding, which won’t Amanda and Kyle’s wedding, which we’ll get to that part. I’m wondering if she was. I’m so pissed at him, I don’t care. I normally wouldn’t talk about this stuff on camera, but I’m going to, and hadn’t fully decided. Or if she was, I don’t know. And I guess we’ll see as the season unfolds like I think that’s when she started thinking she might break out him and not I would think, I would think that anytime you’ve gone through a breakup, it’s not just like an immediate decision and then it’s done, right? It usually takes some time. And I definitely think this is when she was really starting to think of it. But also imagine, from her perspective, she’s if I really do this, like trying to go on this tour, going through a breakup, like, how can I make, how can I do that? She was herself, saying she was already really nervous about the tour. I don’t know. Yeah, key way. So then we have the after show. So there’s, like, just a lot of information, and we want to get it out there, and then weigh in. We typed up some of the highlights of what Paige said on the after show. Do you want to Yeah, okay. She says, if you missed it, watch the after show. It’s quite juicy. Summer House after show. She says, now that I’m out of it, meaning the breakup and I look back on things, I’m like, Oh, wait, anytime I had a career milestone, he found a way to make it about him. Anytime an event was about me, he would make me have a bad time. It was just embarrassing. I had to do a lot of damage control when I was the one performing and about to go on stage. So when I started having panic attacks this fall, when I was doing giggly squad, he just thought it was because I worked too much. So then a producer says to her, Oh, he never comprehended that maybe he was contributing to this stress. And then she says, No, it would never be his fault. No. And then Amanda says he told you to watch that documentary about how tours break up families. Paige says, After I had my panic attacks, he had watched a documentary about the band Abba, and he told me to watch it because it gets it’s about.
How to ruin their marriages and their lives. And then she says, I was like, I just got a beta blocker prescription. But thank you so much. Him voicing his opinion that he wants to be prioritized above my career. He knows that even if I marry you, my kids are going to come before you anyway, so you’ll always be third. Whoever I marry will always be third. So this is, first of all, a lot to take in, because the reason why I think it’s surprising when they broke up, she announced it on the pod. She said, Craig is the best boyfriend I ever had. She spoke completely highly of him. Had nothing negative to say, and basically said, we grew apart. We wanted different things. Then when fans started saying that she was cheating because she was spotted with that new guy, Joe demilio, she did another pod where she essentially said she’s pissed off that Craig didn’t come out and say that she didn’t cheat and didn’t stick up for her. Yeah. And then she filmed these confessionals after that and after the cheating rumors, which, again, we don’t believe are true, the entire cast has every week Watch What Happens Live. And now on the after show and on podcast, come out and slam Craig and slam Craig. So not only that, now Amanda and Sierra have come out and said, Yeah, Craig did get kicked out of Amanda and Kyle’s wedding, which is really interesting because they all previously denied it or denied it by omission. So if he did kick get out of the wedding, and they’re all calling him a liar, it also makes them look like liars, because there’s been a 180 on that hold, right? They definitely protected him when he was with Paige, when he was down with them, when they considered him a friend, he obviously apologized to Kyle and Amanda, and they squashed it. If it’s true that he got kicked out, which they’re all saying it is. But I do think it’s important to point out that on Southern charm, Craig has been very open about the fact that he had a drinking issue. He called himself an addict. He called himself an alcoholic. He said, I’m so thankful that Paige, that you stuck by me at my lowest. I have to imagine he’s referencing incidents such as getting kicked out of Kyle and Amanda’s wedding. Yeah, it probably was when Paige was like, I’m not doing this. I’m not enabling you. Good for her 100%
but is it fair for the cast? Because again, I feel like Paige is gonna get the blame for a lot of the stuff that other people are doing, which isn’t fair. Paige has not spoke on the wedding. Paige hasn’t been on Watch What Happens Live, which you gotta wonder. She is the meal ticket of that show. She is the most popular one. She did sell out a 60 city tour. Her podcast gets a million listens a week. The fact that she’s not on Watch What Happens Live seems to me like it’s probably a favor, because she doesn’t want to speak on these things. Now, in the after show, she gave her perspective about Craig, because in the moment, obviously it was right on the heels of him not defending her. I think I if I were Paige, I would actually be annoyed at my castmates, because they’re taking this opportunity like she’s sharing her emotions about how relation how, and they’re like jumping on it and acting like everybody knew how terrible he was, and it was a terrible relationship, when in reality, they themselves said she was very private about the relationship.
Ship, and they were surprised that they broke up. So I think for Paige to share her experience is one thing, but for everybody else to Now dig up something that happened three years ago, which, by the way, he has since stopped drinking. I don’t know if he completely stopped or he doesn’t drink hard liquor, or drinks a lot less, whatever, but yeah, on camera said he’s an addict and admitted all of these things for them to hate him, to be this like awful, abusive person, is it? Not only is it not fair to Craig, but it’s not fair to Paige, because that’s obviously not her truth. She forgave him for whatever those situations were. She worked with him through his addiction and his alcohol issues, and that isn’t the reason they broke up. He didn’t have another alcohol incident where he was thrown out of another event, and they split. They split because they wanted different things, ultimately, is what she originally said. So I’m gonna sit down and dissect it. Yes, I can point out the reasons that I knew he wouldn’t be the one for me, but it’s not the same as all of my friends than making him this awful, terrible person. Does that make sense? No, I’m with you on that. And I think I do believe that the reason they broke up is they wanted different things. I think, though, the other thing that’s happening right now is because it is the thing that everybody’s talking about. The other castmates are having an opportunity on Watch What Happens Live on the after show, on press, on podcasts, deflect from themselves, deflect from anything to make themselves interesting, the same way that Lala did, the same way that cheetah did, the same way that Vanderpump casted with scandoval. Sierra was very friendly with Craig, and now it’s like he’s this terrible, awful person, seemingly overnight, I get it, your friend breaks up. You’re not going to be friends, but you don’t have to burn the person to the ground. So for me, it just seems like they’re using this moment for relevancy for themselves, to keep the clicks, to keep the views on their Instagram stories, to keep the partnerships coming in. And it feels icky from the standpoint like the only person I would actually give a PASS is Kyle, because him and Craig had a legitimate issue and a legitimate falling out, regardless of who, who’s it was Kyle, we all know was pissed off at Craig. Everybody else is just jumping on a scandal wannabe bandwagon. And if I were Paige, I’d be like, can you relax? Because Craig’s fans are gonna take it out on me. Yeah, I move a couple of the things that are happening here too, is because, of course, the question is, why? Yeah, why is everybody now dogging on him when they didn’t before? But I think a couple things. I think one is Craig and Paige’s relationship was a little more protected in terms of being on camera, because they’re not on the same show every week like Kyle and Amanda, that Paige and Craig made it a point to protect their issues until Paige didn’t. Yes, and I agree, I think it was probably also just because Paige really wanted to exactly what you said, protect that. But I think too, I think it really things really did take a turn for the worse when Craig came on watch what happens out live and refused to say she didn’t cheat, and had that kind of victimy front that really just sent the summer house cast into pissed off, let’s protect Paige mode. Even Carl jumped into that fray a little bit. I don’t think, I don’t think originally, there was a plan to go after him. I think Paige really probably did, and probably part of the reason they were waiting to tell the world is she was probably trying to reach out to everybody and be like, This is what I’m saying. I want your I want you to follow me with this. I’m trying to have this adult, calm breakup. But then, because of the way Craig acted, everything went out the window. Yeah, I think that’s probably a perfect take. They’re all in the same arena, right? So you have to say to yourself, I can understand why they changed, and clearly they should support Paige. And I think that Carl did it very respectfully. I think that like last night when Paige and Sierra, not Paige. Amanda and Sierra were on watch. What Happens Live? It was like, Sierra’s like, How would he know there were problems in the relationship? He only cared about himself. And then there was a poll whose fault was it Kyle or Craig? And Amanda said Craig is uh Bravo’s darling. The ladies love him, so of course he’s gonna win. It was just like a lot of built up resentment and your did they keep their mouth shut? For Paige’s sake, I don’t know. I just think they’re overdoing it and making themselves look bad in the process. That’s my take, because that’s how I’m seeing it. I agree with getting the truth out there, but to me, to make yourself look like a liar and come out and say, Oh, he was sore out of my wedding is just stupid because you doubled down in a reunion and said it wasn’t true. It wasn’t true, yeah? And like, through Lindsay on the under the bus for starting a rumor. And Lindsay and car were like, No, that’s what happened. They were all like, didn’t happen. Yeah, that’s so true. I forgot about that because I would also like, next time are we gonna believe this castle? There has to be some level of like, with the housewives, for example.
People, they don’t lie for each other. When they go low, because they just put the truth out there and they forgive each other. I move on. So the fact that they lied for Paige, really about Craig getting thrown out, just proves that can we ever believe they’re telling the truth about anything, any storyline that comes up, none of them are ever gonna say if Paige does anything, they’re just gonna follow her playbook. And is that an interesting show? I guess it has until up to now. I don’t know. I don’t know. I think, I just think part of the other thing that’s maybe gone on with Craig is, I do wonder if he had some jealousy of Paige’s success, and if, for sure, I think was an element too. Yeah, I think, I don’t think Paige is wrong in how she feels. I think that before he didn’t come to her defense and play the victim, I think she had sympathy, because she felt like he really loved me and I let him down. And then after he didn’t come to her defense, she was like, You know what? There were reasons we broke up and he didn’t support me in the way that I needed. And I’m not blaming her for I don’t want to use the word retaliating, but being like, okay, you know what? Since we’re all like, since you’re not going to help me out of this situation, I’m going to tell my full truth where I may have protected you if you would have just been like, he could have said, I watch what happens live. Listen, guys, we are broken up. I don’t believe she cheated. He could have said that. He could have, yeah, I could have said that, and he chose not to, and I don’t necessarily agree with that choice, but I don’t think that then the entire cast should bring up every single grievance that they never brought up before, and instead of saying, Where do I fit in? And aren’t you worried about our relationship with this tour, like it’s okay to say to Paige, I know you’ve never done a 60 city tour. I have never been dating you while you’ve done a 60 city tour, what does support look like for you? That is an okay question, but making it sound like she’s already going into this tour, like with Craig Matt at her like, that doesn’t feel like support. I agree. Okay, let’s move on. I want to talk about the rumor that you shared on cocktail party about an Atlanta OG so guys, there is chatter that Nini is making a return by appearing on traitors this season. This is a Bravo and cocktails exclusive. I heard it a while back. Somebody else mentioned it. Now we know, especially with the traders cast, things change all the time, but she has publicly said that her and NBC have made amends. So is she gonna pull a Phaedra and Tamara and make her way back via traders figures crossed. I’m here. I’m here for it. I want all the nene on traders. I don’t know if they can do this. I don’t know if they work this way on that show, but I’m gonna need traders to figure out how they can keep me protected, so that we can see her at the round tables and all the breakfast tables. We can’t have her voted out the first week, please, and Reza. And they always vote the really well known Bravo. People out Reza first season, and then Dorinda this season. It’s like, yeah, of course, we eat Reza and justice for Reza, Dorinda too, but Dorinda was a little better at the reunion. Okay, so you mentioned Tamara. We did have some an exclusive tea that even got republished in US Weekly. Shout out to Us Weekly, because they’re very good to us and we appreciate our we do. And although one of the cocktails was like, they called you a fan blog, you’re not a fan blog. I was like, listen, I mentioned in US Weekly, as I mentioned in US Weekly, what do you call us a gossip blog? I don’t know. I don’t know what you would call us, like an official you crazy women, gossip assessed women, so you got a photo and we posted it on the site of Tamara filming with Heather debro at a restaurant, which then got published, which implied that she is back to work. Yeah, there were cameras there, yeah, in a shock to no one, less than a week after she quit, we knew she’d be back. Yeah, I do want to say, though I do think in the moment that she did mean it when she quit, right, that she was like, if I think she was talked into coming back by, probably by Andy, probably by production, which we heard they were doing, that? Yeah, we’re begging her back. Which Tamara enjoys that I don’t know. Do if you got all the chance to listen to the 2t podcast where Teddy and Tamara talked about Teddy’s hospitalization, I did not Oh, my God, it sounds like it was very scary. Teddy tells a story about, like, how she had been having all those headaches and then and how she just hadn’t been feeling well and didn’t want to work, which is not like her. And then Tamara jumps in, and she’s, yeah, we were in New Orleans, and we got in this fight. Because she was like, how do you? Was just acting weird, right? And so they come back in town, Teddy needs realizes she needs to go to the hospital. Add one.
Then her ex takes her, and that’s when they find out they have the tumors. She has the tumors. So not only did she have this open brain surgery to remove the tumors, but after the surgery, Teddy had some really crazy, scary, not crazy, but, like, really scary reactions. I guess she was seeing things. She thought that Heath Ledger was stalking her. They She, at one point had to be restrained. They literally had to strap her arms down the post surgery, like the swelling was really bad. They had to put her in the neurosurgery ICU. They almost had to do another surgery, like Tamara was, like, it was so scary, because it just felt like she was going back for words instead of getting better. And I don’t care who you are, if your close friend is going through something like that, I don’t think you can compartmentalize it. So you’re sitting there and like people are attacking you in New Orleans, like, I fully believe that she meant it and would have been okay with it if they were like, You know what? Okay, you quit. That is, yeah, I hear you. I didn’t listen. I meant to, but we spoke about this a couple weeks. Yeah, sometimes when stuff is like, hard, I avoid it. And it was hard to listen to the whole Teddy situation breaks my heart. I saw she met up with Shep, who we know they grew up in Hilton Head together, and it was like they did, like, funny Q and A together, and it was just like, it’s really hard to watch her and and Edwin, and she calls him her roommate. She she did say they’re still getting divorced, but he’s the best roommate, and he takes her to her treatments. It’s really hard to watch, and we are praying for her full and speedy recovery, and just wish her nothing but the best. But to your point, yes, everyone likes to give Tamara a hard time, and in most cases, she deserves it. In this case, I don’t believe she deserves it. Yeah, she’s a human too, guys. Okay, so I want to talk about Atlanta so good I can. I like it’s I’m way more I think this might be my favorite season of Atlanta ever, maybe, and then we’re only two episodes in Portia had found out through, was it Kenya? No, who told her about Yeah, Shamia told her that it was talk around town, Drew and Emma’s were, quote, unquote, boot up and then push also knows through Dennis that Drew had asked Dennis to film with her, and so Portia in this confrontation in shamias, super fancy drawing room, it’s like just hers. Apparently, Portia just says production. She’s, can I have permission to break the fourth wall? So then you know it’s gonna be good. So to me, during this conversation, drew just looks guilty, like she knew she did something wrong. Yeah, I don’t know if she’s guilty because she’s hooking up with Dennis, or she just recognizes that she overstepped and is, quite frankly, scared, because you can see Portia, like she crossed the line with Portia. Portia does have her working for her hair company, so I 100%
see where she’s coming from. I didn’t really understand when Drew was like, I was trying to call you, were you? Because it’s not that hard to call somebody, but you were able to get through to Dennis, who, you say, gave him the blessing, which is still not the same. They’re not married or whatever. It’s not the same. Yeah. And Drew asking or expecting Porsche’s daughter, pilar’s father, to film with her. I agree with Portia. It is inappropriate. Why would he be filming with Drew? And then again, my mind goes till Portia did steal Fallon’s man, and they were friends and karma, and I don’t know, it just still feels wrong. And Drew shady, yeah, like Cynthia pointed out, like we know she’s a liar. So yeah, I agree. And I think in this situation, two wrongs don’t make a wrong right meaning, like Porsche and her reported way that she started her relationship with her ex husband and drew now being quote, unquote boot up with Porsche’s ex man. Like it’s definitely making a bigger.
Young and drew knows better than to try to film with Dennis, just like Shep said, If it looks like a duck, cracks like a duck. Yep, we know what we’re talking about here. So yeah, I think Cynthia. Cynthia is right that Drew has been known to lie, and I do love Cynthia’s role in this because she’s a friend of right now, although I think when Kenya’s gone, she does get like, more playtime, but I like her role because she knows the group so well, and she is level headed when the drama isn’t about her, when the drama is about her, she’s not so level headed. She’s not but when it’s not directly about her, she’s a very good narrator, and she’s very honest, like she can be friends with everybody, but she doesn’t like ride for anybody, like she’s, listen, I love drew but so I like that, that she calls it like it is. I never care. She’s like. And I really wanted to give her, what’s that? Oh, I was just gonna say, all right, Cynthia, the almost plays like a Dolores to me. Yes, perfect, perfect comparison. Yeah. We wanted to give. Drew the better for the day. She’s going through a hard time. She’s divorcing Ralph. We see her later at the at the workout, saying where I was taking my money and blah, blah, blah. But something about her has just always seemed fraudulent to me, her reaction to the whole situation, the way that she operates. It’s not for me, but I loved that answer, all that drama. They all go outside and jump into it with the pool, with their fancy clothes on, their fancy hair and makeup to a foam party. I know. Have you ever done one of those? I did spray break girl, yes, you’re gonna laugh at me, because I have always been too scared. Like, even when I was in college on spring break, it grossed me out. Like I was, like, I was I’m like, I’m gonna get, like, a ringworm, or worse, I’m gonna get groped by some gross dude because of think both of those things did happen when I was in the foam party, you got warm. I probably, probably, but I was young, and my body healed itself. I don’t know it was disgusting, yes, strangers like spit in the forwards, yeah. But if it were shamias party, I would do it. Yeah, Shamia, if you do another party and invite Amanda and I, we will jump in. I believe you have a pool. We should do one at your house. Oh my god. Last year we were at a friend of mine’s house, and we weren’t like we were paying attention, and I say all of our kids could swim and everything. I don’t mean that we weren’t paying attention, but they weren’t even in the pool. They were outside of the pool, and we weren’t really paying they were putting soap on a mat to make a slip and slide, so that when they all started slipping in it, as we’re watching, we didn’t realize they had put the soap and so it was like a gymnastics mat kind of thing. And so as they all went in her pool turned into a freaking soap suds bath. It was a nightmare. Perhaps we were like, what’s happening? That’s funny, though it was. It was because we were sitting there, but we didn’t see the soap actually applied to the mat, yeah? And then once they started going to the pool, plus moms were like, okay, they’re in the pool. Eyes back fully on them, yeah? And it started charity right before our eyes. And we were like, who ordered the phone? Oh, my God, that’s hilarious. Portia and Kenya go to lunch, and Portia reveals that she was Simon’s fifth wife, okay, like, In what world was she in love with this old crook? Stop it. It. The whole thing’s ridiculous. She should just be like, I thought he had a lot of money, yeah, yeah. I was wrong. So I left him, yeah, yeah. Do you think though, like, he was nice to me. I liked him. It seemed like a good situation for him. Fairy Tale and yeah, so we also see Angela, a little bit more of Angela and Charles oakley’s home life. They have four kids. Three are from like, their blended family, and one their youngest is theirs together. I really like his personality. I think he’s gonna be funny and give like us, like good one liners and content. Yeah? They met 10 years before they exchanged numbers. He never called, and then they were living in the same condo community. She’s actually in finance, and she’s a self made millionaire. She’s bought five properties. She’s selling them. She’s a business woman in her own right. So it’s not just the fact that he’s a rich Yeah, PEX bowler, yeah. I like their vibe. I liked that Charles was in that in the kitchen, like cooking a really big meal, you can you can tell it’s like something that he actually does. So I don’t know 100% I think they’re gonna be fun. I mentioned this last week, but I also find him very attractive. He’s very cute. And I have to say, I don’t know if this is a sign of my aging, but for the first time, because they keep showing the flashback pictures of him when he was playing professional ball. For the first time in my life, I think I prefer the salt and pepper version to the younger version. Yeah, interesting. It’s always height. There’s something about like a and even though he’s older, because he’s like, an athlete, he’s still fit. So I think that plays into it, too. Yeah, I agree. Let’s see, do we have a little time to talk Beverly Hills? Okay, good. I just started laughing because I’m like, I’m Beverly Hills. We cannot have nice things if nice are nice boat rides, because they’re all from hell, hell. Kathy hails and I.
Think boat rides work for us. I don’t, yeah. And Jennifer Tully is on this episode of boat rides from hell. I was laughing so hard, and nobody even reacted to her. And I was like, That was hilarious. Good job, Jennifer Tully, I think you’re Yes. Erica goes really pretty hard on on Sutton. She says Sutton doesn’t treat women who are going through like, their lowest point, that she doesn’t treat them well, and then she’s using herself and Kyle and now dorit as an example. Sutton was like, looking shocked. Tried to spin it to be like, What do you mean? I don’t treat women as if she met all the women in the world. Listen, Erica is factually correct, but all of these situations are different, and I wish that Sutton would have been able to articulate that like with Erica, Sutton had concerns, and at the time, I think it’s easy for viewers to forget that the general public thought that Erica was guilty of illegal things. And I did find Sutton saying, Oh, this could implicate us, a little odd. But then again, if it came out that you were involved with illegal stuff, I’m obviously closely involved with you, right? I might have those same concerns, like, Oh my God, how does this implicate me? So on the surface, it seemed weird, because they’re friends, but we forget that they quote, unquote, work together. This is a job. So, and I think Sutton, in the case of Erica, said a lot of what the cast was thinking and took the hits for saying it while they all looked there with ice, like it’s not like many of them ran to defend Erica at that time. I think maybe part of the reason that Sutton was shocked is I think Sutton had felt like, Okay, we’ve apologized. We should be okay. I think that’s where she’s Wait. Why are we coming at me again. I thought we were
in an okay spot. And then line that Erica said, when she’s you come in as a friend, but you operate as an enemy. That was Ouch. I do feel that we could agree that Erica goes low. But the thing that Sutton didn’t articulate, which you’re a fan of the show, a long time viewer, as we are going back to the very beginning of Sutton coming on the show. Let the mouse go. The fierce five really treated Sutton as a joke. They treated her very poorly. It was clear they didn’t want her on the show, and nobody took her seriously. And so I wish she would have said that like when I first came to this friend group. You did X, Y and Z to me, but she was so taken aback, that’s her problem, and why she ends up looking bad, because she feels these things, and if she could put them into words and say it succinctly, the audience would understand it, but she’s just left looking like a bitch. Listen, it wasn’t cool what she said to Dorit, but let’s remember that dorit didn’t make a joke. For the second season in a row, Dorit called her an alcoholic. They had a conversation in Kyle’s kitchen last year where they were calling her an alcoholic behind her back. They were talking about how she has vodka in her bag. They’ve set it on watch. What happens? Live? Yeah, it’s not cool that she’s calling you broke, but it’s pretty offensive that you’re calling her an alcoholic. Think it comes down to Sutton doesn’t explain herself.
