131. Teddi Mellencamp’s divorce: we’re hearing a LOT of tea. New Peacock reality show; Karen having an existential crisis?

This week, we have our fabulous team member and fellow Bravo lover, Tracy on the pod! Teddi Mellencamp announced that she and her husband, Edwin Arroyave are getting divorced. There’s a lot to unpack, including a lot of exclusive tea about what has been going on behind closed doors, plus some theories on the odd timing of the filing coming a week after their PDA-filled appearance at an event. Why is Teddi getting so much hate during such a terrible time? And why, if they are such great friends, are we hearing that Tamra is allegedly spilling Teddi’s private business to people in a very public way? There’s a new Peacock competition show – what’s the premise and who might be appearing? And on Potomac, is Karen having an existential crisis?

What’s up? Cocktailers. Amanda, hi me. Hi cocktailers and guys. Today we have a very special guest, Tracy is here. You guys might have met her at bravocon, as she was the face of Bravo cocktails at the last at the last bravocon, and she is the one who’s been writing all the fantastic guides. She helps us with sales, for ads for the podcast. She at bravocon, had the fearlessly was going up to all the Bravo celebrities and asking them for shout outs. And she is a vital part of our team, and we love her, and just like us, she loves Bravo, yay. Hi B and Amanda, thank you for that intro. I’m so excited to be here. I guess it’s a good time to say hi cocktail ers. I’m Tracy. I’ve been a bravaholic for over a decade, which is why I’m a very proud cocktail er. And I guess the best way I can give you an insight of who I am is if I had to choose three housewives that match my personality, I’d have to say Brynn, because I will say inappropriate sexual things in public. Yes, I’ve been with her and she does and yep, I love it. I think, yeah, you must have held up, because when I met Tracy in person, my kids were there.
Oh, yeah, I kept it very PC. So yeah. And then my second housewife would be Sonia, because I’m very carefree and I love the gays, and I would choose Kyle because I’m a loyal friend, and I married myself a Puerto Rican Jew, which I know Mauricio is Mexican, but he’s still a Jew with flavor. So there you go. I love that, Tracy, thank you. That’s amazing. Okay, so I think we need to start out by talking about Teddy and Edwin’s split. The news came out. I want to say, was it last Saturday? It was over the weekend. It was Saturday because I had just finished lunch and I was Oh brother, I need to lock myself in a room and go through all my old messages. Yes. So it’s now so about a year ago, in October of 2023, we got some intel from many sources. We shared it in cocktail last year. This post said, rumor has it that Kyle is not the only person separating do.
Two of her friends are next up. And it says in parentheses d and t, and it said, and then, when we posted that, a source wrote to B and said, her friends are next Anon, please. And then another source cosigned on that. And then, of course, before dorit and PK officially announced we had heard, and we had a lot of details on their split, and I was wondering, was the Teddy thing wrong? It’s always odd when more than one source tells you something. So it is something that would pop into my head, because I do sometimes listen to 2t
and I have, and I don’t know if it’s because I had
from sources telling me that I was I thought, okay, maybe it’s just my perspective on things, but I noticed odd comments from Teddy in regards to her marriage over the last year, even longer than that, really.
So knowing, hearing that there was trouble and that this was happening, and the weird comments when I saw the post, I wouldn’t say I was surprised.
I guess it’s just that the week prior, they were posting making out on of the red carpet of I believe, a cancer shoes, a foundation. Yeah, I actually have a theory on that that I wrote some notes on I can share that in a second,
but yeah, it’s if you I listen to it too. I don’t always listen to two T’s, but Teddy herself has said their marriage has been in trouble, that they were in a really bad spot, apparently, right before she started housewives, and that they came through it stronger, and it wasn’t that shocking,
except for the time, yeah, yeah, yeah. I feel like it’s like a divorce domino effect happening in Beverly Hills, just my opinion, but I do feel Teddy, seeing Kyle go through all her Mauricio stuff maybe helped motivate her to just rip the band aid off. And also, guys, I couldn’t help myself the other day, but I’d written a song about this, and I most likely might get fired, and you’ll never hear me on the podcast again, and I literally couldn’t help myself in cocktails. By no means do I think I’m a singer, but I’m just gonna do this because I had to. But here we go. It’s a pity about Teddy Ned when he’s a serial cheater. She’s been labeled boring. Now she may date, oh, a football star. As far as Edward is concerned, she could do better by far.
Wait, wait, what football star? Because the rumor is, and we’re going to get to all the rumors we’ve heard since, but the rumor is that, there’s a lot of rumors that it was somebody at a stable, oh, like she’s a rider. She goes on, yeah, she is too her daughter. She and her daughter are and she travels to a lot of these
events, or turn I don’t know what they’re called, but she talks about it on the pod. Interesting, here is the thing I just wanted to say, before we get into so many other teeth
that’s really been bothering me, Teddy has been getting a lot of hate. She just generally, in life, I feel like she gets a lot of hate, especially when she was on housewives. I never really understood it. You know, I always liked her, and feel I was in the minority, but she is getting a crazy amount of hate now online, where people are saying things like, she deserves this and that she’s a terrible person. I don’t understand this level of hate that is coming at her when she is especially because she’s also facing skin cancer, she has asked in this filing for primary custody. That is, that is something big has got to be going on in that case. And divorce is terrible for everyone involved. And nobody, quote, unquote, deserves pain. And I also just want to say this is an especially hard time of year to file for divorce. I think she filed on what like November, 4, third. A lot of lawyers will actually tell people to wait until after the holidays, because it makes things especially difficult for everyone, especially for the kids, to have this going on and have parents trying to adjust to a new parenting schedule, and then fighting over the holidays, it can create really, potentially negative feelings around the holidays for children. So seeing that and just I am, my heart is really going out to her, because something really big must have had to happen to cause her to file now and not wait until January. 1 of all, thanks for saying that, because I feel like I can come out of the closet now and say I never thought Teddy was boring. I always had that like, wrap my head around why people thought that. What am I missing? I loved her in COVID.
Like being drunk together and having fun. But I agree the hate is harsh, and I put myself in her shoes. If I was a well known person privately, going through marriage problems, dealing with personal health issues, then yeah, I may be a bitch when someone wants to take my picture at the gym, it’ll be a rough road ahead for her, and then having to add the hate over social media on top of all that. Woof, yeah. So I’m gonna say I agree with everything you guys are saying, but I have a lot Yeah, and I have a butt because this. And I don’t think that it’s that people saw her as boring. They saw her as rigid. And I think that what they saw was she? Yes, when she was with Kyle, she was a very different person. She was so much fun. And what I have heard from a bunch of people who go to her orange Siri fitness class, who couple of people who are from Bloomington and their families know her dad and have met her is that she’s a snob, and she thinks her shit doesn’t stink. Listen, her father is not exactly Jon Bon Jovi or Mick Jagger or like a big name like John Mellencamp, to me, is I know Jack and Diane, and he had his moment in the mid 80s. But for our generation, would you girls say that John Mellencamp is like a name you think of immediately as, like, big rock star. Yeah, I do hurt so good, yes, but he’s not too it’s not Bono. I get it, yes, of course, he’s more famous than my dad, but I’m just okay. So there’s that, there’s the fact that she went to a prep school with Shep, right? So there’s this rich kid thing about her, I think that’s what it is, where I don’t think the hate is fair by any means. And I personally never loved her on the show. I’ve heard a lot more on the podcast. She went to prep school with Shep. So what does that mean? That means you come from money. So she has a famous dad. She comes from money. It’s like an a snobby mentality. So when I get the messages from people who’ve interacted with her in real life, or who know her a little bit in real life, there is that thing. And I think she’s the sort of person who, if she’s interested in being friends with you, like Kyle, like Tamara, she is fun and great company, and I think that she is selective in who she gives that energy to which I mean boundary setting. She’s not somebody who wants to be friends with everybody. That doesn’t make her a bad person. But I get why people I don’t get the extreme hate. I think it’s crazy. I like her takes on the pod. I like her on the pod. She seems much more, I don’t want to say relatable, because that’s not the word I’m looking for, but she’s more likable for me than she was on housewives. But I also have come to learn based on and we’re going to share a bunch of stuff that we’ve received, that her and Edwin have had a troubled marriage from before, housewives, and that can certainly weigh in on someone’s not their personality, but on how they are right now, how they present themselves every day, for sure, but even if she is a total bitch, I don’t think anybody deserves that kind of No, I agree, and that’s the thing. It’s It’s so strange to me about the level of hate I think that she’s getting. But I did want to share so we’ve got B was just mentioning it a little synopsis of some of the stuff that we have shared exclusively in cocktail party. People want to blame her cash cow podcast that did give her the financial freedom to leave, but he cheated on her a long time ago. They tried to make it work after that, but it just never did. Sad, but for the best, based on what I know, here’s another piece. She needed to leave for a long time, but was concerned about the kids, her health and finances. In parentheses, it says he doesn’t support her financially at all and actively roots against her. This is a really brave move, and will probably get much worse for her. People love to hate on her, but if they knew what she has to manage, they might give her more love. I hope they do now. Anon, please listen, basically, it seems that the consensus from our sources was that, like I said, trouble for years, some of the stuff that that was sent in, we can’t know. And I think to both of your points about how much hate she receives, it’s if there was a blind out there about a guy going with escorts, and it was somebody in the housewives, I think people want it to be Teddy, which is gross, but true. So I don’t want to say is for sure, Edwin, but I do think that based on what Teddy shared, I do think it’s safe to say that he’s cheated. And from what we’ve heard and what we’ve received, she may have also cheated. The sudden filing, apparently the two of them were racing to file. That is vindictive. That’s.
Something came out is that, where we’re hearing that she wanted to file before him? Why? Because maybe he had proof that she was cheating. It could be a lot of different scenarios, but suffice to say, they were kissing on the red carpet a week before. So even if they had a rocky marriage, something happened recently. Yeah. Listen, I think the whole thing is sad, but from what I’ve known from years of watching Bravo, divorces, the women come out way better in the end. So that, I’m really hoping that for Teddy. I know people are saying she’s rude or whatever, but I’m here for that Ariana Maddox moment. First of all, she’s like, really hot. She is really hot, totally, yeah, I would scissor her. I’d ask my husband, she is stunning. And also she has been like, labeled this boring housewife forever. And I think once she sheds this negative relationship and gets everything in order, we’re gonna see like a teddy on fire, and maybe she’ll finally allow pics at the gym. I mean, nobody wants pictures of them at Orange Siri. I don’t care if you’re Teddy and you look amazing. Nobody the lighting in there is terrible.

So the person who told me this has always gotten things right, but of course, I wasn’t at that event. Can I see Tamara over sharing knowing that it would be announced? Yeah, it’s hard, because she’s such a public person, and so much clearly has been happening behind the scenes. And when I say a public person, I almost think it’s easier to be on a housewife show that films a few months where you can make the storyline about your girlfriends and have your husband. Your husband pop in here and there. We watched Kyle and Mauricio really be able to craft like around you know what I’m saying? To be on a podcast that every day or a few times a week, you’re sitting you’re sitting there for an hour, and you’re making comments, and you’re relating to your own life and all of those things has to be really hard. Yeah, really hard. And I can identify with Teddy. I’ll just put it that way. Yeah, Amanda was going through stuff you didn’t want to speak about, private, publicly, and we have the leisure of being anonymous, which is a gift, right? Because at the end of the day, we’re not on a television show, we’re not celebrities, we’re just people with opinions, and we have wonderful people who follow us, who like to listen to our opinions, and that’s that. But nobody’s checking for me at Orangetheory. So I can say all of these things, but and I always say, and you girls know and the listeners know that, I always say, if somebody were to meet me on any given day. I can certainly be a bitch. I can be a bitch on here. I can be women, men, wear, wear a lot of different things. Nobody’s always nice, nobody’s always mean. But there is a vibe I think, okay, I know what it is. Thing about Teddy is that whole accountability program, which was like very shady to begin with, but beyond that, it makes her unrelatable. She’s strict or, like, sterile. There’s something about her that isn’t there’s no self depreciation, there’s no humorless. And I find it very hard to relate to people without humor, without being able to poke fun at themselves. It’s not a vibe for me. I agree with you on that. I do have a theory, and I think it sounds like you might feel the same way. So we’re hearing a lot of people are asking about the timing, because she literally shared those kissy pics with Edwin on the night of October 24 which is, I think, the Friday before Halloween she where she was hosting an event, but then she filed and announced that she was filing on no she, let’s see, announced she was filing November 1 filed, November 3. When she filed, she listed the date of separation as October 20. So that is four days before the kissy picks. So let me just preface, there’s no insider T on this, guys. This is really just a theory that I think Teddy found out that something happened after the 24th the event on October 24 and I think it was probably something about Edwin cheating, or him discovering she was cheating, because that’s the other room. Yeah, could have been Yeah. Could that could be possible as well. But that’s why the date of separation that something happened on the 20th and that’s why the data separation is that day. I get the feeling that there had been some conversations with divorce lawyers and this whole race that he mentioned, I just, I don’t see any way that she would take PDA pictures with him and post them right knowing that she was going to file a week later, because she’s not a maybe she was trying to be she was probably trying to be tampered with the race, because, Obviously she’s got a little bit of a big mouth. Oh, but maybe it got back into her that people at the Neph cure, because those housewives all text each other and stuff and not care was after that. Yeah, nap. Care was after the 24th and I’m sorry, I don’t care. Maybe, Oh, here’s another important husband. Go with you because you’re putting on a brave face, because you’re hosting the awards, and maybe he was contractually to be there, but you don’t make out with him and then take pictures of it and then post it. It doesn’t No. Something went down, yeah, and we need like a forensics person here. Oh, I lost my train of thought. Something went down. But guys, my brain.
Today isn’t working. I was something about Tamara. We were talking about Tamara, well, beating her. I’ll just jump in, because I just think it’s just so poetic that Tamara, who got pissed when Jill Zarin congratulated her on being a housewife before it was announced, thought it was okay to share Teddy’s like real news before she got a chance to announce it, I feel like that’s really gross, and like, as far as who cheated on who it seems, I’m not on Eddie’s side. So Edwin Munster, don’t tell me you don’t see semblance. I’m just gonna say that he wasn’t the best spouse, and I literally can’t wait to see I know this is superficial, but I have to agree, she’s so gorgeous, and he’s really not cute when I posted another day after she announced it, so this is what I was gonna say, somebody told me that she filed and she wasn’t going to immediately announce it, but your public name, one of her people reached out and was, listen, TMZ is gonna flag this. Somebody’s gonna do, you know, how often we get things from people, because people work, people watch, bravo. Work in the courthouse. They see your name come across. They’re inboxing somebody. And I love when it’s me. Guys love, I love the people who work in the courthouses. So, yeah, so she and she it was funny, because then on the next pod, she was like, I had when you’re a public person, it could get out. So that’s why she announced so she wasn’t planning to announce it. She’s been hiding trouble in her marriage for years, but I agree, you’re making out on the red carpet. It’s not the same. We’ve seen Hollywood couples. We’ve seen public figures present on a red carpet, and look back and be like, Yeah, they did look tense. They didn’t look tense. And she’s a person who looks tense, and she looked very like something jumped off, something popped off. But I just have to say, in regards to Jill, Zarin, shocking ally, called off her engagement two months after her and the fiance broke up. Two months after the engagement. They had been dating for a long time, so long that I in my head was like, why is this guy not proposing? So everyone wants to know why. I think that anyone who knows why is somebody who is a very close friend of theirs, and anyone else would be scared, because I could see Jill being very litigious and suing and all that kind of stuff. But here’s my speculation, you’re dating for three plus years. You’re engaged, you break up. Zarin is worth a lot of money. Somebody told me she is worth about $20 million
okay? Or that’s what was left to her by Bobby Ali’s company is also her mother’s company. My feeling is that they started to talk pre nump, and essentially Jill ally said it. But Jill basically said, you get nothing. You have no skin in our company. That is me and Ally is, I feel like he was basically told, because it’s one thing to not be entitled to anything of Jill’s right, because rightfully so. That’s her mother’s money from her life that she lived. But when you get married, if Ali’s company is doing well, I would imagine that he wanted the prenup to read something like, if you’re married five years, you’re entitled to 5% of Jill and Ali or whatever. I’m making up numbers, and I’m willing to bet that’s why. Because if it was cheating, believe me, if he cheated on her, I would know by now, because that they would leak, that would be leaked, and the fact that the reason has not been leaked. I’m telling you guys, I’m good at guessing. I’m good at putting puzzles together, not to toot my own horn. I’m telling you it was a pre numb situation. Maybe it’s like it just what’s meant to be and and luckily, she does have such a strong family and so much strong support around her, because I can’t imagine, even if work our guess is right, that that’s an easy thing to I could be totally wrong. Maybe they got engaged and she thought she wanted it so bad, and then she turned around and was like, You know what? Because this does happen, and I’m sure we all know somebody in our life who’s, you know what? I wanted this ring. I wanted this ring, but I don’t really want to marry him, and maybe it was her call, and maybe I’m completely wrong, but she posted this tick tock where it was, like, I forget which song. I think it was your girl, chapel Rowan, but it was one of those heartbroken songs you betrayed me kind of song. So I feel like, if she called it, my kink is karma. Yes, I think that was it. I feel like it was something shady on his end. But I also know that Jill would have got him cheating out there because, to Tracy’s point, Jewish mamas. I like Italian mamas, because I had an Italian mama, very similar. They got it on lock, and she would want that bad press for that boy. Yeah, yeah. I think that’s very valid. But again, Ali, if you’re listening,
this one isn’t the right one for you, and it’s going to be okay, yes, and we’ll all support and buy rugs from Zara. Better and that this is not comforting, I’m sure, at the time, but better to break up now versus later, when you have assets together and kids and all of that. Okay, so the back to the Tamara and Teddy thing, because they had that, I think they called it twatcom. That’s what they call themselves. Is using it, I love it. So they had their live show, and Tamara, during the show, said something that I’m guessing. I would guess any of us would think this, that Bravo would not be very happy about this, because Tamara said that while Vicki was filming the Morocco girls trip, so the one that we know that we’re probably never gonna get to see, and that Caroline is suing the network over. Tamara claims that Vicky texted her that brandy had assaulted Caroline. This is especially wild because Vicky has publicly defended brandy. So what’s wild about this is that Vicky has publicly defended brandy. So is Tamara completely lying? Is she exaggerating? Clearly, she’s trying to get back at Vicki, right? Because she’s, first of all, going against what Vicki has said publicly. Second of all, she is involving Vicky. Technically, Caroline could call her up and say, Oh, you said this. You have to be a witness. Or, you know what I’m saying? Like, yeah, there’s so many different levels. Never mind. Obviously, the network is not going to appreciate, appreciate Tamara saying this. We’re just watching a clip of Tamara at the reunion, which airs tonight. We record Thursday afternoons. Guys.

really for me, I know that Tamara has always been there’s always been shadiness, and there’s always been but for me, I’m really over it, and I think that the audience really is too. I do think she’ll be back next season, and I think after that, it’s a wrap. I although this comment may be the nail that finally makes, because Bravo has a lot to choose from right now. In OC, they really don’t. They brought her back because they needed her. They really don’t. They’ve really picked up steam. Gina and Emily came to play this season. Katie Janella is a fantastic addition. Shannon continues to give us a lot. Heather Dubrow, they’re talking about bringing Gretchen back. They’re talking about bringing Joe De La Rosa back. The Green shit was on Tamara’s face during her procedure, I feel like seeped into her brain. She’s like the definition of a bad friend. I feel like she’s spiraling and just trying to say things and do things that seem relevant, but really she just looks like me, and she had such a bad season, and now it’s like dripping into the off season, and I hate it. She can’t seem to get it together. I think, Amanda, you make a really good point. I think that, as opposed to years ago, and then even in more recent years, the pod has certainly given her a platform. The live shows have given her a platform, other people’s pods have given her a platform. So yes,
the extra exposure gives her more opportunity to show what a piece of shit she
is. But what, but what comes across is like, for a long time, I said, Oh, she wants to just keep her job, and it’s almost like you gave her credit because she had lost her job for a while, and she isn’t a person of means outside of her Bravo career, right? She is a person who now does quite well as a result of her podcast, and I won’t take that away from her. She built that up. She made many smart decisions. Along with Teddy, they built something that a lot of other housewives have tried to do, but they made it work. They have a little bit of lightning in a bottle. Yeah, I don’t think building an empire, I think, I don’t think it’s a forever thing. I think that the tides turn on them. It’s a fragile thing. There’s always competition, all that sort of stuff. But with that being said, they built something good totally. I think that there’s more to it. I think that something’s going on with Tamara. I have no knowledge. I wouldn’t be surprised if her and Eddie separated, I think it’s more than her being who she is, because we all know who she is.
There’s a change happening here. Yeah, I just he’s dissatisfied. Maybe she’s dissatisfied, because what everybody says, like she goes, he owns a million dollar business, yeah, Veno, which you have based on your platform, like she’s a narcissist, and maybe she’s starting to look at him, and not that she publicly says this, but I can see her based on her personality, looking at him like everything we have is based off of my work, whereas when they own the gym, it was both of that, and certainly he was the head of that and everything. I just can see her being that way, and I can see her being dissatisfied in her marriage. I see that I just feel like she’s just pre planned what she was gonna do this season. And I hate that when that happens on housewives, like, I just want the real shit. Yeah, I just want to see, obviously, I love housewives money and seeing the trips and obviously, like the fights and stuff. But when it’s so toxic and planned and feels fake, I’m like, I’m ready to move on from this housewife. I agree. We can see it from a mile away. So switching gears, there is a new peacock show that is being developed. It is a reality competition series with the working title queens of the jungle. The show is rumored to feature roughly 12 female reality stars or celebrities who will compete in the jungles of Fiji. Expect some big name celebrities. This is slated to film in the spring. So, like, she basically had said that it happened before they were serious. Yes. So I believe her, because Katie Maloney has dealt with such toxic bullshit relationship for so long, I don’t think she’s coming out the other end and being like, Oh yeah, let me get treated by shit, by somebody now, like she is just again, like, I’d scissor her. Like, she like, she looks so good. She just, she’s coming to her own. It’s like another, like, woman of Bravo, that got divorced and now is like on fire. So I really have to believe like she’s smart enough to not fall into that trap.
Fingers crossed. I like that. Yeah, I just hope that she’s not getting because I think it’s very hard to distinguish love bombing from somebody really being truly interested in you. And I actually think there is a it’s very possible that sometimes love bomb is such an overused word, but at the beginning of a relationship, somebody really does is in love with you and is showing giving you all of their attention and has the best intentions, and then things change. And it could be that he he’s a guy who is being truly legit and genuine right now and but maybe that’s his pattern and where he’s done that and, like, serial monogamous. It’s not sustainable, yeah, and maybe he’s not scary, because how Okay, obviously, he has threads on Reddit saying he’s this way, but, but how does an average, your average Single Girl dating in today’s world? It’s impossible to know that, because
assuming that the ex is going to reach out to you, which they might not, but if one ex reaches out to you, and you’re in this wonderful relationship for a few months with a guy who is otherwise great. You have no reason to think that x isn’t just upset that it ended or whatever, right? So you believe the guy, and then after a year, the same thing happens to you, and it’s scary, like for a single girl, because I do think that there are men like that where, like, they start off hot and heavy, and that’s, I guess, where you get the love bombing, but like, without the malignant part of it, because they’re writing genuine, yeah, yeah, they’re not writing scrolls for you.

So the subject is traders. Casting. It says traders us four, so there’s there’s traders and other it. Casting is happening right now, and they are looking to film in the winter this time because they’re looking to switch up the theme, New Castle, new twists, new challenges, different themes. We’ve heard Countess Luann is a sure fire. Pick other Bravo names likely on will be Vicky Dorit, Kemsley, Jackie Walters, from married to medicine and Gigi goldnessa, not sure about her, because we’ve heard about her from season three, but she wasn’t on that either. There are many names floating around and nothing is finalized, but these are likely. Diversity is important with this casting, so important to note guys, this was where as the jungle show was in a source. This is an email. So this just landed in our box. And a lot of times, some of it is true. Somebody actually DM me, and they were like, Oh no, the Countess said she wouldn’t be interested in traders. And I was like, I’m gonna just run something by you. When has the Countess ever turned down a check for Bravo. Stop it. She was made for that show, right? Stop it. And I love her for it. I want her on it. I’m not knocking her, but I just, she may have said that, but that doesn’t mean the second they called her, she would, I don’t know about Gigi, I just, I think maybe her name is in it because she wants to be on it, and MJ was on it. But there’s the problem is, like, there’s so much competition to get on these shows, because there’s so many big names in Bravo, Dorit. Listen dorit talk about saving yourself. She was like, literally about to be cut, promised to bring it, I believe, took a pay cut, allegedly. And I’m hearing it’s her season this season on Beverly Hills, that is the word she’s going in on everybody. She’s spilling about her own life so her, I can definitely see, um, again, Vicky just did that show on, I want to say the vice network, like the dark side of reality TV, which I have thoughts on. Maybe we’ll save that for cocktail pod. But I don’t know how happy Bravo is with her, she’s and I loved your point. And there’s a guy that was on a few seasons ago, Matt clots. He was the first deaf contestant on that show, and he made it really far. And people are like, whispering on that show, like he had to be very strategic. And I like, love him so hard. He’s adorable. It would be so great to see how he would navigate this, especially like being a trader, and then, like, in the Bravo sphere, I’d love to get Heather Altman, because now that we’re not going to see her a million dollar listing, I would love to see her, like, Girl bossiness on here. I wouldn’t believe anything from Karen at this point. Why would Mia make this up? Just there’s always been Karen drinking rumors, which we now know aren’t rumors. She actually had a DUI before the one we know about. Maybe we did know about it. But again, there’s so many podcasts and Bravo and cocktails.com and so many ways to get information out now that weren’t available when this show first started, or people didn’t use them as much. So we’re all aware of that now, I believe the cheating rumors. Mia is not the first person to accuse Karen has been accused of this for years. This is from three years ago. Is it shady of MIA, yes, but it’s reality television and joy was at that meal to bring this out, and Karen doesn’t do a good job of shutting it down, because she’s not a great liar. Yeah, Karen, like, in her tagline, she’s the fence. If you’re the fence, it’s falling down for me, like when it comes to rumors like this, where there’s smoke, there’s probably Karen drinking and driving and probably cheating on ray. So that’s all I have to say about that. And yeah, Mia, totally shitty for bringing it up. But I do love that she did it for her friend. That’s the kind of friend that I want. Yeah, back, yeah, yes. I think Karen is having a crisis, in a crisis of self. I think Karen thinks of herself as La Grande Dom, right? And the person who has the perfect children and loves her Ray and is so prim and proper, but then has the current who comes out right, and she does all these things, and it’s she, I feel like she’s having this almost dissociative and, yes, using that, but like she doesn’t recognize herself and is freaking out. For anybody pointing out or implying that she’s anything but look on dumb and I Yeah, something very odd going on with her internally too. Something is, yes, yeah, she’s and it’s it to me, I just feel like it’s not because of the DUI, but I feel like something about it reminds me of Shannon in ways. I think that Karen needs a break. I think she needs to be off the show like i Guys, we’ve seen the women, the other women, they’ve been tiptoeing around this for a long time, like they’ve never come out and really said anything like me I did this time. There was the whole picture that was passed around on the vacation last year of the guy that Karen was out there was the talk of the blue eyes. But there it’s just been there’s been a lot of whispers about it. And I think I.

And I feel like that’s what’s gonna happen. Like the onion is being peeled. We see who you are. Like, you know that you talk to the press. Lisa Vanderbilt, so that’s what I feel like is happening. Like she’s like, the protected queen, babe. And now people are like, I don’t think I want to do that anymore. But nobody would. I think everybody would like to see that. So I would love to see this other side of Karen when I think everybody would, I think it’s really Karen who’s having the problem with herself that she is not always the La Grande DOM. And I think she’s the one who I think she’s really having this crisis of self because she’s like, in denial about how she like people are not one thing, who I am when I wake up and go to work or, you know, or am an event at my child’s school, is not who I am right in this moment when I’m cursing and yelling about housewives like people are a lot of different things. And Karen’s also from a different generation. She’s a woman of a certain age. And I do think that how old is Karen close to she’s 60 right? 61 Yeah, triple 20, yeah. And that was a couple years ago, so she’s got 20 years on us. And I do think that it was less acceptable to be the mom who also likes to drop it like it’s hot. It’s like plenty of women did that, but we’re not supposed to talk about it. And I think you see that, and I think you see the generational differences when she’s sitting across from somebody like Mia, because the other women always respected it. Think about somebody like Giselle. Giselle always let it bubble under the surface, but Mia’s not having it. Yeah, yeah, when Karen brings out the whole Jacqueline thing, because remember, she calls MP her estranged husband, and that Karen calls out that her husband has 25 convictions, and then she asks, Jacqueline, did you stand by him? This has got to be something we could Google, by the way, to see if it was true. I haven’t. I didn’t. It’s just occurring to me, so I haven’t yet and again. Okay, so Jacqueline insists that he was fired. It wasn’t criminal. He was rehired. He’s in a new position as a police officer. Of course, Karen claims she left him because of the charges. Jacqueline and Mia claim she’s stuck by him. That’s not why they split. Wendy jumps in to point out that they were worried about Wendy’s friend dating a drug dealer, but Jacqueline’s husband had 25 convictions, and like Jacqueline’s all pissed off girl, I don’t blame Karen. Like Jacqueline, you want to get in the mix with Karen’s mess. You’re going to be exposed to. You’re not exempt. I don’t know if somehow Mia convinced her that person they won’t look into it like you’ve been watching housewives for as long as I have. I’m sure Jacqueline, the skeletons will come out. The skeletons will come out. And then it’s ridiculous. And then when Stacy, when they start reading the charges to Stacy, and she pretends she saw she’s shocked, Stacy, how did you not know about this? It was posted all over the internet. And then she confronts Karen. It’s the first time she learned there were charges. You are not Amish.
You know what I’m saying. You’re on a show. You’re getting every Potomac alert, and if you’re not, you should be, yeah, yeah. I feel like, yeah. I feel like Karen is the new Sandoval, and I guess Stacy’s the new Teddy, because Karen Sandoval won’t take accountability for her wrongdoings. And brings up another story, like Jacqueline to deflect. I’m like, Hello Tom. Is that you? And then like, Stacy being labeled boring, and it definitely may be too early to say Yes, she is, but she is not getting laid and she’s playing dumb when it comes to all things character. Oh, do we believe she’s not getting late? Absolutely not. I do. She doesn’t look like somebody who’s getting it in really, she’s like, very uptight and very, like, prim and proper, making sure she says the right thing. And I have to say, though, and they’re all beautiful, but she’s so pretty, yes. Like, I find myself just stare, you know what, when there’s a new housewife that’s so pretty, I do. I did this with Lisa Milan too. Like, I just stare at their face. Like, Wow, you’re so pretty, yeah.
And then when you see them in person. It’s like, on another level, yeah, oh my God, I didn’t tell you guys something. This is big news. We can end the pod with this. These women look pretty on TV, and then you see them in person, and they’re so beautiful. First of all, and I know candy lost weight, she did cite ozempic. I believe she also has a deal with hydroxy cut, whatever it is, she’s tiny, like, even when she, let’s say she was 20 pounds heavier, she’s still at this little she’s got the cutest body, like this little tiny waist, this cute button, the boobs. Her face is gorgeous and so young looking. It was the coolest thing. And I said hello to her, and spoke to her for a minute, and I was, I love you, I love you. I love you. Oh my god, yeah, I’m obsessed with, like, her nose. It’s been a thing for me for a while. I like, love her nose. I yeah, she’s pretty on TV, but like, in person, you’re if I were sitting in a restaurant and she weren’t on housewives, I would be, like, looking her like, oh my god, that girl’s so pretty. She is definitely on my top 10 list of all time, favorite housewives for sure, just what she has been able to do with her platform. What a smart business, how creative she is, how many different plays and songs and just business and cod are such a power couple. Like, I love them both. Like, I love their partnership. I just think they’re so cool. Yeah, right, how they met, the whole drama of it, like, what a story I do. I just have to bring it back to Stacey, who I do agree, is very beautiful. But am I the only person who feels like she is like newscast during the show, like she is commentating, like the news like, almost like Kristen teethman on The Real Housewives girls trip for New York. Oh, but so much more like, almost like she’s I am, like, fidgeting to try to not put a microphone in front of people’s faces as we’re sitting here at this brunch drinking champagne, like she’s great now, my nerves, I’m with you. Yeah, I feel that she I don’t love her, and I want to love her, but something about her isn’t honest. I don’t know if it’s the lack of the sex. Like I don’t believe that. I don’t I think her split with her husband. I think there’s a lot more to it than we’re getting. I just the whole thing, yeah, it could be like first season jitters too. Oh my god. What do I do? But also, okay, she is an on site personality, though, didn’t they say? Didn’t she say that they’re still living together and she’s not telling her daughter they’re divorcing? And when you go from vacationing as a family of three to going away with your dad and then going away with your mom, and mommy and daddy always sleep in separate bedrooms, and Mommy and Daddy never cuddle on the couch unless those things were all in place previously and they had a completely non traditional marriage. The daughter knows, yeah, I agree. Kids are smart. She might not know everything, but she’s gotta know. She’s picking up on the fact that that mom and dad are not not getting along.
