The Bravo and Cocktails guide to Bravocon

Cocktailers, if you tried to get tickets to this year’s BravoCon and were SOL, don’t give up. Besides the BravoCon Facebook page, if you are a Cocktailer, take advantage of Discord and mosey on over to the BravoCon channel. Ask around and see if anyone has tickets to sell or exchange. You never know!
APPsolutely!
Now that you have your tickets, you should absolutely download that BravoCon App. As of right now, the most useful information is who is coming to BravoCon. You can start manifesting your meet-ups and stay tuned for any updates. Eventually this App will be your chance to schedule your days accordingly. You don’t want to miss the Real Housewives of Miami panel, because you are on line for a photobooth experience. You will be able to check off all the things you want to do and not miss a beat.
VIP’s At The Airport
BravoCon starts before the wheels touch down in Sin City. Keep your eyes peeled and your phones charged, because our amazing Bravolebrities will definitely take a selfie with you at the gate, the food court, even on the plane. Social media will blow up, so if you’re curious if The Countess is in the Delta Lounge, enjoying some champs, and hitting on some zaddies, scroll baby scroll!

But you know what is?! The Wizard of OZ at The Sphere! If you are looking to do some extra curricular activities outside of BravoCon, this would be the thing. Click your heels together and get your tickets here.
Eat Me!
A Cocktailer has to eat, am I right? No doubt that reservations at The Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace will be impossible to get, but there are so many great places to eat in Vegas. You want to try to make your reservations early, especially if you want to go to a popular place like TAO or Nobu. Seriously, stop reading this and go on Opentable.com. I already booked Nobu and Vanderpump à Paris. FYI, there are still some spots left if you want to try Vanderpump à Paris.

BRAVOCON tips from Tracy, a two-time attendee
It is actually ALL HAPPENING! BravoCon will be back at the Caesars Forum November 14th – 16th, 2025. I was lucky enough to attend BravoCon 2023, so I thought it would be a great idea to share my personal guide on how to approach BravoCon anxiety free, so that Cocktailers won’t need to take a xanax! when making their BravoCon plans. Also, small disclaimer, the event could change policies and formats, but let’s pretend things will be similar, OKurrr!

Hotel, Motel!
The official hotel partners for BravoCon 2025 are Harrah’s Las Vegas, Caesars Palace Las Vegas and The LINQ Hotel. You can book a great rate right now though BravoCon’s partner link HERE. Now, if you are not ready for a commitment just yet, don’t worry! I booked the Caesars Palace less than two weeks before the big event and there were rooms available. Is it risky, sure! But there are so many places to stay in Sin City, if you have to take an Uber to the Caesars Forum so be it.
To VIP or Not To VIP? I May Have the Answer?
Now we all know if this was the Beyonce concert, we would be silly to not be VVIP honey! However, I have done BravoCon in New York with a general admission ticket and Vegas with a VIP ticket. So what should you do?
First off, let me say that BravoCon is such a well put together event and this is coming from someone that has been in the event planning industry for years. Whether you have a GA or VIP ticket, you can guarantee you are going to meet your fave Bravolebrities, see the panels you want and not feel overwhelmed by it all. Bravolebrities are freely walking around the event and beyond willing to take pictures and chat with you. So just be cool. Don’t be all, like, uncool.
Here are some quick tips if you are going with one friend or a group of friends. (Again, these are things I experienced and not guaranteed to work or happen again.)
- Have one friend buy a VIP ticket and one friend get a GA and then split the cost. When one of you has a VIP ticket, you both get VIP benefits.
- Photobooth experiences – Have the VIP friend put their name down, which allows them to get priority over GA ticket holders. You both get to do the photobooth experience together, if it is indeed a group photobooth, so consider yourselves both VIP baby!
- VIP bars! – I just went to the non crowded bars and got myself and my bestie a drink, it’s as simple as that. No one’s gonna check you, boo.
- The VIP Room – NOW, call this luck but I had the VIP band and my friend just moseyed on in with me. We went in when it was busy, so keep that in mind, if you are going to attempt this. The VIP room is a great place to hang, as your fave Bravo people come in and out all day long. You can stay there all day and see a TON of Bravo and non Bravo icons. I’m talking Heather McDonald, Erika Jayne and your fave podcasters a la Larry from Bravo By Gays ;).
- You both get General Admission tickets but buy “Add-Ons’’
- BRAVOPALOOZA!!!! Buy up a bunch of these, you will not be sorry. This is like being a VIP for 90 minutes, in a closed off room of Bravolebs. You don’t know who you are going to get in your room, but that is half the fun! More to come on this specific event below.
- BRAVOCON LIVE, BRAVOCON AFTER DARK – All great Add On Experiences that make your GA ticket feel VIP.
- 3 Day Ticket or Less?
- If you are opting to do BravoCon in one day, then use the App, schedule your panels, photo op experiences and absolutely buy a BRAVOPALOOZA ticket. I spent one day in New York and it was amazing! But I planned my day around the BRAVOPALOOZA I bought, because I knew it was my time to get up close and personal with Bravolebs. I met Shep, Austin, Emily and Shane and a TON of Below Deck crew and more!
- 2-3 days really gives you the ability to do almost everything. You can dedicate a day to photo ops and panels and then go crazy on VIP experiences the next day.

- Nothing gets you more excited for an event than seeing pictures of your fellow members heading to BravoCon and running into Bravolebrities that do indeed stop to take pics. From the second Bravoholics get to their departure airport to arriving at the baggage claim in Vegas, you will get to see what’s happening from every angle! Legit BravoCon starts before you get there. Keep your eyes peeled on your flight. It is the best time of year!
- Be a BravoCon Professional
- The best part of this group is how members help each other out during the event. From the best places to stay, eat, and do during BravoCon there is no lack of advice here.
- You will already know what to avoid and what to run to before you land in Vegas.

Money can’t buy you class, but it can buy you BRAVOPALOOZAS!
- Pee, pee, pee before you get to your BRAVOPALOOZA
- Cocktailers, when I went to one of my BRAVOPALOOZA’s I had a few wines before. You also get two free drink tickets, which I happily used right away. Then I had to break the seal. But guess what?? Security informed me that if I leave to pee, I can’t be let back in. There are no bathrooms in these private rooms, so know your bladder or act like Rinna and wear a Depends, LOL! It was not fun holding it in towards the end.
- Bestie by day, Photographer by BravoCon – I had my bestie with me and honestly, being your friend’s personal photographer at these things is NECESSARY! I took pictures of her on her phone with her fave Bravolebrities and vice versa.
- Take a deep breath. It feels overwhelming at first and you think “How am I going to meet and take pics with everyone I want, with so many fans in this room?!” Trust me you will. Just have fun, walk the room and live your best life! I legit had a great convos with Paige, Ashley Darby, Aesha, Kate Chastain and the list goes on.

Finally Cocktailers, I want to speak about what to wear to this epic event. Obviously, you want to look good for BravoCon, this is the chance you come face to face with some hotties and get photographic proof!! Here are some tips on how to stay gone with the wind fabulous, while also being comfortable.
- Shoes – Even Louis Vuitton makes mistakes.
- You are on your feet all day, so wear something comfortable. That does not mean you have to sacrifice your look. Think cute combat boots, platform kicks or even a wedge. Unless you live in them, I would put the heels down until dinner time.
- Bags – Small enough to hold proof, receipts, screenshots and timelines, but not big enough for fucking everything!
- You don’t want to lug around your whole life at BravoCon, trust me. All you need is a bag big enough to hold your phone, charger, credit cards, ID, lipstick/chapstick and room key. Crossbody is your friend! You get the jist.
- If you buy merch, you will have to lug that around with you, so you may want to save shopping until before you leave for the day.
- There are some great sponsor booths, so if you can snag a tote bag, then you can throw your merch and other items you collect along the way in there and throw that over your shoulder.
- Outfit – Alexander McQueen or Alexander Shein?
- No judgment here folks! Some of my best outfits are from Amazon baby! I always go with a cute maxi or jean dress. Easy to pee, it’s adorbs and it keeps you cool, because trust me it gets hot! So, if you can fit a mini fan in your bag, do it.

- Of course I have to mention the fabulous Cocktailer merch you can buy HERE. I mean, can we say TRAVEL OUTFIT?! How cool would it be to be able to spot a Cocktailer on the way to BravoCon! Yup, I am definitely going to be doing this.
You may not agree with all I had to say, but THAT’S MY OPINION! I hope this personal guide comes in handy when making your BravoCon plans and more importantly, I hope to see you all there! Here’s to BravoCon 2025 and whooping it up with you all!
