I worked for an iv company here in New Jersey and Danielle didn’t pay. My boss went there super early because she had a huge party and told my boss she would promote. She never did!

This is disappointing behavior, any way you cut it.
But, does she pay their fee and not promote or is it a barter situation and she doesn’t hold up her end of bargain (ie 0 $)
Good reminder to have everything in writing and collect payment upfront!
What pisses me off the most is that she’s doing this with small businesses, while owning a small business herself. It’s never okay to not pay for goods/services, but it’s particularly egregious when it’s a business who will absolutely suffer from non-payment.
Vendors should be asking for pre payment from her!!
