This house is in Leawood Kansas, but it’s only 19 miles from KC, MO so still feasible. It is in pending which means that it has an accepted offer with no contingencies remaining (either through them already or someone offered cash no inspection, etc.)

Do people not understand geography? KC is in both MO and KS. Kelce’s current residences (Briarcliff and that high rise) in MO. But it seems the new place is Mission Hill area – which in on the KANSAS side. I don’t understand why people aren’t understanding this is no big deal moving between the MO and KS sides.
