The LA Times article is the truth. She got him falsely arrested. She was a favorite of mine but now I know how horrible she could be. It’s been years of federal charges over his head and tons of legal fees. He used his inheritance (his dad passed not too long ago) to help pay a lawyer. He is no longer the same person. Complete collateral damage!

The LAT writers are Pulitzer Prize winners. The article is legit. She shouldn’t come back. BRAVO needs to be consistent; if Shaw wasn’t allowed at the reunion (and obviously won’t be returning to regular filming) then Girardi needs to be kicked out, too. Both of them are scammers and liars. Enough.
He should sue Erika, Tom, the secret service and whoever else is responsible for bringing false charges against him and ruining his life. I bet Ron Richards would do it for free.
