Basically if they are more than 5 days late the landlord can evict them, seems a bit ridiculous.
So basically there are some very landlord protecting laws in South Carolina because you can be evicted there if you are 5 days late on payment. It looks like it was actually an issue with the bank payment and she’s not in danger of being evicted.

This is true. Every lease that I’ve ever signed in downtown chs have clauses saying that you can be evicted if payment is more than 5 days late
