He’s posting pictures from their son’s birthday with his (soon to be ex) wife in them. Make no mistake, this is all for court and his public image. As a matter of fact he still has photos of her all over his office and waiting rooms. He’s making a show of being civil for the business aspect and also to get a better settlement in court.

I get that what he did was shitty and he most likely cheated, but why is it so wrong to believe that maybe they are actually civil right now?

I don’t know if I believe this. He probably is just too lazy to take them down. He is leaving rude comments all over IG. He’s not even trying to hide being a sleaze.
