The divorce is actually still on, but she dismissed temporarily because of the stress. She’ll file later on only on irreconcilable differences. If it’s done like this she won’t have to submit the evidence against him & risk having details leaked to the public, which would harm his career. This way, everyone gets what they want. But rest assured, no reconciliation in Nashville! Allegedly.

I figured she will refile sinc she had the baby because in Tennessee you can’t be pregnant and get a divorce.

What?? Incorrect. You can get a divorce while you are pregnant in Tennessee!

You can file for divorce in Tenn. while pregnant, but custody can’t be established until the baby is born. In some counties though a judge typically will not issue a divorce wile a woman is still pregnant. If she thinks custody might be an issue, it’s in her best interest to wait till baby is born to file.
