Nah, this is definitely Karen Dodd. She tweeted not long ago how she’s speaking to Andy and will be making a return. She has this weird obsession with OC ratings to the point where she actually seems mentally unstable. She podcasts about it with her weird husband and tweets incessantly about the ratings and how they’re bad because she’s off the show. I actually believe that losing her spot caused her some serious mania. It’s akin to trump tweets at this point.
I mean they have fired people for saying MUCH less! Why does she get a hall pass! And the older she gets the less her filter seems to work! Girl Bye 👋🏻 (and i used to be a die hard Ramona fan, but it’s time…)
With how desperate she’s being on social media, I think this is true.
Ramona and Teresa both need to be done. Both are delusional narcissists, incapable of seeing how awful they are. There is no “fixing” themselves…because they think they have nothing to fix. It’s just tiring to watch and there’s better tv than that out there.
If Dorinda had to take a break then Ramona definitely needs a break or be done.

I enjoy watching Ramona or love to hate her. Like how Lu and Sonja get irritated with her yet they always come back to loving her. I hope she stays on the show, there are hardly any day 1 OGs left…and we have to hold on to them! 😫
I think she will stay because Andy Cohen LOVESSSS her messiness and insanity. He always laughs at her. While the rest of us roll our eyes or cringe.
But she said all these terrible things Long before THE ULTIMATE TRIp. like why did they even have her on for that!! She should’ve been long gone and forgotten and not been on that trip. So I find this hard to believe. They have a soft spot for her. Idk why she’s terrible.
