Even if Luis is an absolutely perfect human being–Teresa should be getting a pre-nup just based on what Joe did to her. Her priority should be protecting herself and her girls financially. Period.
Let T and her girls lose everything they have. They don’t care and neither should we.

She’s not on the hook for his debt that occurred before getting married. She’s definitely dumb if she doesn’t get a prenup, but the act of becoming married doesn’t magically make the debt hers.
