Bravo is giving Carole Radziwill an even bigger role than fans expected on the upcoming season of “The Real Housewives of New York City.”
After previously being announced as a “friend of” the cast, Carole has reportedly been promoted to full-time Housewife ahead of season 16, marking her first full-time appearance on the series since leaving after season 10.
The promotion comes just as Bravo prepares to debut the season 16 trailer, which is expected to give fans their first look at the franchise’s latest chapter.
According to early reports, one of the season’s biggest storylines will involve questions surrounding Carole’s past connections to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. The trailer also includes a reference to her late husband, Anthony Radziwill, cousin of John F. Kennedy Jr.
“Everyone’s American Love Story is my American Horror Story,” Carole says in the preview.
Carole originally joined RHONY in season 5 and quickly became a fan favorite during her six-season run before exiting after season 10.
Season 16 Marks Another Fresh Start for RHONY
Season 16 is shaping up to be another major reset for the New York franchise.
Only three Housewives from seasons 14 and 15 are returning: Erin Lichy, Sai de Silva and Jessel Taank.
They’re joined by newcomers Hailey Glassman, Erika Hammond and Daisy Toye as Bravo continues reshaping the cast following the franchise reboot.
The new season premieres Tuesday, Sept. 8 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo, a little more than a year after season 15 wrapped.
