‘Vanderpump Rules’ Alums Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney Celebrate Major Milestone for Something About Her Sandwich Shop

Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney are celebrating a major milestone for Something About Her.

The former “Vanderpump Rules” stars officially marked two years since opening their West Hollywood sandwich shop, and the occasion called for plenty of gratitude, sweet tributes, and a birthday celebration with family, friends, and staff.

Since opening its doors in May 2024, Something About Her has become one of the most talked-about businesses to come out of the Bravo universe. Now, Ariana and Katie are reflecting on everything they’ve built together.

Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney Celebrate Two Years of Something About Her

Both Ariana and Katie shared heartfelt messages on Instagram Stories as they looked back on the shop’s second anniversary.

Ariana posted a photo with her longtime friend and business partner and thanked everyone who helped make the café a success.

“Getting to build this business with [Katie Maloney] brings me so much joy. I love you Katie!” Ariana wrote. “Thank you to the most amazing staff we could ask for. We love doing this with you. Thank you to every person who has walked through our doors.”

Katie responded with a tribute of her own.

“Thank you to [Ariana Madix] and our incredible team, who we would be lost without!” she wrote. “Love you!!!!”

The celebration didn’t stop there.

Katie gave followers a behind-the-scenes look at the birthday festivities, sharing photos from inside the café as balloons filled the space and staff members wore party hats. A pop-up coffee cart was also set up outside for guests.

She also shared photos with her mother, Teri Maloney, and brother, Joey Maloney, who joined in the celebration. Katie’s boyfriend, Nick Martin, was also on hand as the group marked the special occasion.

The Former VPR Star Prepares for Another Season of ‘Love Island USA’

While celebrating Something About Her’s success, Ariana is also preparing for another busy summer.

The reality star returns as host of “Love Island USA” season 8 after previously hosting seasons 6 and 7 of the Peacock dating series.

Speaking with Peacock Blog ahead of the new season, Ariana admitted that the show’s romantic pairings still surprise her.

“I’m always surprised by who ends up coupling up,” she said. “Sometimes I think you can feel an energy between people that maybe you didn’t even see on camera, but when you’re there in person, you can always kinda feel like, ‘Oooh, there’s some chemistry here.'”

Ariana also recently spoke with Elite Daily about her role on the hit dating show and explained why she takes the job so seriously.

“It’s a show that I’ve loved for a really long time, and I’ve always thought it should be really popular,” she said. “I take the role seriously, and I really try to give it my best.”

For now, however, Ariana and Katie are taking a moment to celebrate the business they built together.
