Grab a Pinot Grigio—because the drama is back. The first teaser for “The Golden Life” has dropped, and it’s giving everything fans loved about “The Real Housewives of New York City,” just with a South Florida twist.
The upcoming E! series reunites Sonja Morgan, Luann de Lesseps, Dorinda Medley, Ramona Singer, and Kelly Bensimon as they settle into a new chapter together—and based on the first look, not much has changed. From over-the-top parties to wine-fueled arguments, the group is picking up right where they left off.
Sonja Morgan and Luann de Lesseps Clash in ‘The Golden Life’ Teaser
The preview wastes no time diving into familiar territory: tension between Sonja and Luann. During one heated moment, Luann declares, “He wanted to marry me, not you!” prompting Sonja to fire back, “He asked me to marry him too.”
And that’s just the beginning. The teaser also shows Dorinda stepping in with some advice for Ramona, telling her, “Don’t let a boyfriend get in the way of finding a husband.”
While the group insists they’ve mellowed out, the footage suggests otherwise. “We don’t stir things up anymore,” Sonja says—but the clips tell a very different story.
Dorinda Medley Teases Drama and Strong Personalities
Ahead of the show’s premiere, Dorinda gave a preview of what fans can expect—and it sounds exactly like what viewers are hoping for.
“You know what the fun thing is about us? We’ve never not been united,” she told E! News. “I just love these ladies because they take a licking and don’t stop ticking. They’re always busy, going, doing.”
But that doesn’t mean things stay calm for long.
“I’m going to be honest with you, we all have very strong personalities,” Dorinda added. “If you put us in a room long enough together, there’s always going to be something that bothers someone. That’s just the animals we are.”
She followed that up with, “I think that makes us kind of great.”
From beachside parties to chaotic group dinners, “The Golden Life” looks ready to deliver plenty of memorable moments—and yes, they’re still feeling Jovani.
