Natalie Swanston Fuller is setting the record straight after wrapping her first season on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” After joining the cast midway through season 15, Natalie is now explaining why she showed up late—and opening up about her experience, her castmates, and what fans didn’t see on camera.
Natalie Swanston Fuller Explains RHOBH Season 15 Debut Delay
Natalie didn’t appear until Episode 6, and she wants viewers to know there was a reason.
“I think it’s important to clear up that when we agreed to do this, I had already arranged to be in Europe for a month,” she said to BravoTV.com. “So, I kind of come in very late.”
Even with the late start, Natalie quickly made an impression, from her bold fashion to her candid moments—and even stepping into drama with Kyle Richards.
“I thought it was a really amazing experience,” she said. “We’ve had the opportunity to watch 90 percent of it back, and I got to live it. And it was really fun.”
Natalie also shared that she knew Rachel Zoe before filming, but most of the group was new to her.
“I was kind of really meeting everybody else for the first time,” she explained. “Each woman on the show is fascinating, and I really enjoyed getting to know everybody, [especially] Jennifer Tilly and Kathy Hilton. The ‘friends of’ club felt very, very nice to me.”
As for who she connected with the least, Natalie pointed to Dorit Kemsley.
“But she had her hands full,” she said. “Anytime I saw her, there was so much going on personally… But I think she’s lovely. And I think everybody is a really interesting, dynamic woman.”
RHOBH Newbie Fuller Opens Up About Life Off Camera
While Natalie’s personal life wasn’t fully shown, she said her family remains her top priority.
“Obviously, my kids weren’t a part of the show,” she said. “But the most important thing I do is be a mother to three girls. It’s the thing I’m proudest of, the thing that brings me the most joy.”
She joked about life at home, sharing a recent milestone.
“Just in the last week” her oldest daughter grew taller than her and can now wear her shoes. “Which is a real problem,” she added. “She’s already marked her territory.”
Natalie said raising three daughters helped prepare her for reality TV.
“I think it was great training for the show,” she said. “Because I have three very distinct characters at home that I sit at the dinner table with most nights.”
Outside of the show, Natalie is focused on her business ventures. She co-founded Blackmore Hair and continues to work across creative industries.
“I have a background in different creative projects,” she explained. “My husband has had several different entertainment properties that I’ve very much been a part of. I don’t think anyone knows that. And I really enjoy that process.”
Looking ahead, she is exploring new opportunities.
“I’m kind of enjoying the process of identifying things that I want or need or love and developing them in a way that I can share them with people,” she said. “I’m working on a champagne project right now.”
She added that she hopes to combine her passions in the future.
“I love to cook, and I’ve been around some incredible chefs in my life. I love music, I love vibe. And I, at some point, would love to look at how I can put that all together as well.”
