Lisa Hochstein is pushing back against serious allegations tied to her ongoing divorce drama. The “Real Housewives of Miami” star entered a not guilty plea on Monday after being charged in connection to an alleged spying incident involving her ex-husband, Lenny Hochstein.

According to reports, Lisa did not appear in court in person. Instead, her attorney entered the plea on her behalf as the legal battle continues to unfold.

Lisa Hochstein Pleads Not Guilty in Ongoing Legal Case

Lisa, 43, was arraigned on a charge of “interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications,” per Local 10 News. A judge has scheduled the next hearing for June 8 and set a tentative trial date for June 21.

The reality star’s legal troubles stem from allegations that she and her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, installed a listening device in Lenny’s vehicle during their contentious split in 2023.

Authorities claim the device was placed in the driver’s side floorboard of Lenny’s 2023 Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 SUV — a car he had reportedly allowed Lisa to use at the time.

Lisa previously turned herself in at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center last week, just days after Jody was arrested on the same charge. She was released on bond hours later.

“Timelines matter,” Lisa wrote on Threads on April 20, appearing to reference the situation.
