The “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star and her ex are back in the spotlight after alleged text messages between the two surfaced online amid their ongoing legal battle. The screenshots, shared by TMZ, appear to show emotional and heated exchanges between the former couple following their reported domestic disputes earlier this year.
Texts Show Emotional Exchange Between Taylor Frankie Paul & Dakota Mortensen
According to the screenshots, Dakota appeared to reach out first, writing, “I’m not doing well.”
“I’m sorry. What’s going on?” Taylor allegedly responded.
Dakota then opened up about his emotional state, writing, “I just feel so broken rn I just need love 💔 I just feel so lost. And I’m so sad rn I’m literally hurting I’m freaking out.”
Taylor allegedly replied, “How can I give that and help you?”
“That’s the thing you don’t love me or want me and that’s why it hurts so bad,” Dakota wrote. “I just feel so unworthy of love and I just haven’t seen you love me in so long i am finally breaking.”
The exchange continued with Dakota thanking Taylor for trying, adding that he “miss[es]” her and “hate[s] everything happening.”
“I know I’m sorry. I wish I was stronger for all this,” Taylor allegedly wrote. “I hate it too.”
Messages Turn Tense as Situation Escalates
The tone of the messages later shifted, with Dakota referencing Taylor’s public life.
“I know. And now I have to watch you fall in love with the rest of the world 💔 and give every guy a side of you I’ve craved everyday,” he wrote. “I can’t 😭💔.”
In another exchange, Taylor allegedly mentioned ordering him “a new necklace for the 1000 [time]” and later “apologize[d]” for something that happened earlier that day.
One message appeared to reference a medical situation. “My nose is broken and need to go to the ER is [gushing] blood out,” Taylor allegedly wrote.
Dakota responded, “I’m literally here. Open the door.”
“I can’t leave yet I have my kids I’ll go tomorrow and shove cotton in,” Taylor allegedly replied.
“I’ll watch them. Or let me help. Open the door,” Dakota allegedly wrote.
Final Exchange Ends With Court Mention
The conversation ended with a more heated exchange.
“You don’t wanna f**k?” Dakota allegedly wrote.
Taylor responded with a clown emoji before replying, “Fk? My nose won’t stop [gushing] blood. The fk is wrong with you.”
“Hmmm weird on the phone call you asked if I wanted to,” Dakota allegedly said. “Strange. … I offered to help.”
Taylor clarified that she only wanted to “talk.”
“Hahaha omg,” Dakota allegedly wrote. “Sure. … Actually I’m good fk this my truck is fked – Goodbye … F**k your abuse ✌️.”
