Craig Conover may have found love with a familiar face. The “Southern Charm” star is reportedly linked to country singer Kelsea Ballerini as filming continues on season 12 of the Bravo series.
According to a report shared by Deuxmoi on April 13, Conover is rumored to be dating someone “from his past.” While the outlet did not name the woman, a separate post from the Instagram account Your Moms Are Watching identified Kelsea as the rumored match.
“I have it on good authority that Craig Conover is dating Kelsea Ballerini!” the account claimed. “After bidding on a date with Craig for [$2,000] in 2014 in Southern Charm, (a date she then forfeited), Kelsea is finally getting her money’s worth!”

The connection dates back to season 2 of “Southern Charm,” when Kelsea appeared during a charity auction organized by Patricia Altschul.
During the event, Kelsea bid $5,001 for a date with Craig, surprising him at the time.
“I did not expect Kelsea Ballerini to bid on me,” Craig said in an interview featured on the episode. “I was worried about the auction because I was like, ‘Oh, shoot, I hope it’s not some like weirdo or creepy person.’”
After winning the auction, Kelsea and Craig shared a moment together on camera.
“At this moment, I’m dying,” Craig added in another interview. “Like, I am so happy on the inside. I’m giddy as hell.”
The moment also sparked a reaction from Shep Rose, who joked about the outcome.
“He went first, it’s not fair!” Shep said. “It’s not fair. She’s a singer.”
Kelsea later clarified the situation in a February 2024 interview with Cosmopolitan.
“It haunts me forever… I have to tell this story to clear this up,” she said. “I was on [a] radio tour, and I was doing a show for the radio station on a boat and they were filming Southern Charm on the boat, and I didn’t know that, so I was just there.”
Craig Conover and Kelsea Ballerini Dating Rumors Continue
While neither Craig nor Kelsea has confirmed the relationship, the timing has caught fans’ attention.
Deuxmoi’s report noted, “Rumors are swirling that Craig Conover of Bravo’s ‘Southern Charm’ is dating someone new and not just anyone, but someone from his past.”
The outlet added, “If these rumors prove true, it would be quite the twist. Adding to the drama, insiders claim her ex-boyfriend is spiraling over the news.”
Kelsea was previously married to Morgan Evans and recently split from “Outer Banks” star Chase Stokes after a long relationship.
Craig, meanwhile, split from Paige DeSorbo in late 2024 after a three-year relationship and was briefly linked to Charley Manley in 2025.
