Ciara Miller is navigating two very different chapters at once, balancing life in New York City with a deeply personal investment back home in North Carolina—all while “Summer House” drama continues to unfold.

The reality star and model is currently living in a luxury rental at One Manhattan Square, where, according to The Post, she reportedly pays around $12,000 per month for a three-bedroom, three-bath apartment overlooking the Lower East Side waterfront.

The high-rise unit features floor-to-ceiling windows, a modern kitchen with high-end appliances, and a spa-style bathroom. The building itself includes amenities like a saltwater pool, Turkish hammam spa, bowling alley, golf simulator, and even a stargazing observatory.

Ciara Miller Invests in Family Home in North Carolina

While her New York lifestyle reflects a polished city life, Ciara recently revealed on “Summer House” that her most meaningful move is happening elsewhere.

“I’m going to North Carolina this week. I’m going to go meet with an architect for my house,” she said. “It’s my grandparents’ house. So, I bought their house from my dad and his siblings.”

The home, located in Belmont near Charlotte, was purchased for $400,000 last March. The three-bedroom brick ranch holds deep personal significance for Ciara.

“My grandfather built this house,” she said. “It’s where my dad and his siblings grew up.”

She explained that the home provided stability during her childhood.

“Growing up, once my parents got divorced, we probably lived in like five different houses from kindergarten to high school,” she said. “My grandparents always just had that one house.”

“The holidays were spent here,” she added. “This is definitely the house that raised me.”

Ciara emphasized her long-term goal for the property.

“I want it to stay in my family’s name forever,” she said. “It’s just really special, and I can’t believe I have … saved my money, and been responsible enough, and also paid my taxes, [and] that I can buy this house and it belongs and remains in our family.”

She added that the purchase represents something bigger than real estate.

“It’s just a way of me honoring all my grandparents’ hard work, and the sacrifice that they went through to even have a home.”

‘Summer House’ Drama Impacts Ciara’s Personal Life

As Ciara focuses on her future, her present has been complicated by off-screen developments involving her “Summer House” castmates.

Ciara was recently seen visibly emotional in New York City after learning that Amanda Batula had gone public with a relationship involving West Wilson.

Amanda and West confirmed their relationship in a joint statement.

“We’ve seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity,” they wrote.

“It was never our intention to purposely hide anything. Given the complicated relationship dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before speaking on it.”

They added, “We’ve shown up for each other as friends over the years, through all the highs and lows, and what’s developed recently was the last thing either of us expected.”

The pair also acknowledged the broader impact.

“As our feelings evolved, we wanted to take time to understand exactly what we were feeling. We also recognize that this has had an impact beyond just us and never wanted our actions to cause any hurt or be perceived as careless.”
