“Southern Charm” fans finally got an answer to one of the biggest off-screen rumors during the season 11 reunion. Charley Manley confirmed that she is officially dating another Bravo personality after weeks of speculation about her love life following her brief romance with Craig Conover.
During the March 25 reunion episode of “Southern Charm,” Charley revealed that she has been seeing “Southern Hospitality” cast member Justin Assada.
The confirmation came just over a week after reports surfaced that the two Bravolebrities had quietly been dating since September 2025.

Andy Cohen brought up Charley’s relationship status during the reunion, prompting the reality star to open up about her new romance.
“I am [dating]. He’s from Boston. He works at a club,” Charley said.
Salley Carson quickly jumped in to clarify who Charley was referring to.
“He’s on ‘Southern Hospitality,’” Salley added.
Charley then confirmed the speculation directly.
“It’s Justin Assada, yeah,” she said.
Justin joined the cast of “Southern Hospitality” during season 4 and works at Republic Garden & Lounge in Charleston.
Craig Conover Reacts to Charley’s Relationship Timeline
The reunion also featured Craig sharing his perspective on Charley’s relationship timeline. Craig said he had previously heard about Justin through mutual friend Austen Kroll.
“Yeah, I always say hi to him when he comes in the bar,” Craig said when Andy asked if he knew Justin.
Craig then claimed Austen was the one who first told him about Charley’s new romance.
“[Austen] had to tell me in Vegas because Charley and I were still, like, hanging out,” Craig said. “Finally Austen sat me down in Vegas. He was like, ‘Dude, whatever she’s telling you that she’s not talking to someone, I met him.’”
Craig alleged that Austen even met Justin during that time.
“He’s like, ‘He’s real. She brought him to the bar and said, “I’m in love!”’” Craig said.
Charley immediately pushed back on Craig’s version of events.
“I never said I was not talking to anyone!” Charley responded.

Craig continued to argue that Charley did not initially tell him she was seeing someone else.
“I gave you a lot of chances to tell me you were talking to someone else,” Craig said. “You actually never did.”
He added that he believed their connection went beyond what viewers saw on the show.
“We only went on a couple dates on camera,” Craig said. “But we hung out a lot.”
Craig claimed the situation left him confused about where things stood between them.
“I was strung on. I was love-bombed,” Craig said. “I really thought we had real feelings.”
Charley denied those accusations and said their relationship never progressed beyond a few dates.
“That did not happen. I swear to God that did not happen,” Charley said. “We were not together. We went on two dates.”
