The finale of “Love Is Blind” season 10 delivered exactly what fans expect from the hit Netflix dating experiment: emotional vows, dramatic breakups and a few surprising “I do’s.”
The season premiered February 11 and introduced viewers to a group of singles from Ohio who entered the pods hoping to find love without seeing each other. As always, connections formed quickly — leading to several engagements before couples ever met face to face.
But once the newly engaged couples returned to the real world, things got complicated. Some relationships didn’t even make it to the wedding day.
Before the finale, two couples already split: Brianna “Breezy” McNees and Connor Spies, plus Chris Fusco and Jessica Barrett. That left five couples to face the ultimate question at the altar.
WARNING! MAJOR “LOVE IS BLIND” SPOILERS AHEAD
Brittany & Devonta Skip the Altar
Brittany Wicker and Devonta Anderson didn’t even make it to the wedding venue.
Instead of walking down the aisle, cameras showed the couple having a serious conversation at home about the future of their relationship.
Devonta admitted that while things between them had been good, he wasn’t confident enough to move forward with marriage.
“I think that although things have been great, I just have this self-doubt of, ‘Can I love you how you need to be loved?’” Devonta explained.
Because of that uncertainty, he decided he couldn’t go through with the wedding.
“I think that’s why I couldn’t get to the altar. I just can’t do it,” he told Brittany.
Despite the setback, Brittany wasn’t ready to end the relationship entirely.
“Even if it’s not right now, it doesn’t mean that it’s not gonna be eventually,” she said, suggesting the pair might still have a future together.
Brittany explained that they were still engaged but pressing pause on the wedding timeline.
Devonta, however, appeared less certain about where things might go next.
“I’m not a fortune teller,” he told Brittany, explaining that he couldn’t promise what their future would look like.
Emma & Mike’s Wedding Ends in Heartbreak
Emma Betsinger and Mike Gibney made it all the way to the altar — but their love story ended there.
When the moment came, Mike admitted he wasn’t ready to get married. His hesitation centered around the couple’s ongoing disagreements about starting a family.
“I’m not ready to say ‘I do,’” Mike told Emma during the ceremony.
He explained that he needed certainty about their future together, particularly when it came to children.
“I don’t wanna say yes and jump into something, and then it change down the road,” Mike said.
Emma responded emotionally, telling him she still loved him before leaving the altar. The pair later spoke privately, where Emma admitted she had been ready to marry him despite the challenges in their relationship.
Amber & Jordan Celebrate a Wedding Day Win
Not every couple ended in heartbreak.
Amber Morrison and Jordan Faeth became one of the season’s success stories when they officially tied the knot.
Amber’s daughter Emma served as flower girl, making the ceremony even more emotional for the bride.
At the altar, Amber praised her new husband.
“Jordan made me a better person, honestly,” Amber said, adding that she admired his “positive attitude.”
Jordan shared the sentiment.
“I’m glad it’s you up here,” he told Amber.
After the ceremony, Amber described the moment as “one of the best moments of my life.”
Ashley & Alex’s Dramatic Altar Breakup
Ashley Carpenter and Alex Henderson’s relationship ended in one of the finale’s most dramatic scenes.
Just before the wedding, Ashley admitted she would be surprised if Alex said yes. When the ceremony began, she decided not to wait for his answer.
“I know your answer, and it doesn’t matter to me,” Ashley said at the altar. “I know you don’t choose me, and I’m not choosing you either.”
Ashley went on to say that honesty and integrity were non-negotiable for her, accusing Alex of falling short.
Alex pushed back on her comments but ultimately agreed that ending the relationship was the right decision.
Christine & Vic Find Their Happily Ever After
Christine Hamilton and Victor “Vic” St. John were the other couple to leave the experiment married.
The pair bonded early in the pods over their shared faith, and their connection only grew stronger after meeting in person.
At the altar, Vic became emotional while speaking to Christine.
“Christine, the first time we met, I lost words,” Vic said. “And then this time you came down the aisle, and I can’t find my words.”
He added, “I never thought I’d fall in love in such a unique experiment.”
Christine said she felt their connection from the very beginning.
“Even from our first 10-minute conversation, I think something in me knew,” she said.
After saying “I do,” the newlyweds walked down the aisle hand-in-hand as Vic declared it the “best day of my life times 10.”
The “Love Is Blind” season 10 reunion drops on March 11 on Netflix.
